Alien Castaways Volume 1

Rate this book
Six genetically engineered aliens flee the destruction of their world and get a second chance for life and love on planet Earth. Alien Castaways Volume 1 contains Chameleon, Wingman, and Psy, books 1-3 of the six-book series.

Alien Castaways 1 (Intergalactic Dating Agency)
When his ship tumbles out of the sky and lands on Earth, Chameleon never expects to fall for a human woman. Unfortunately, he can’t stay. His mistake led to the devastation of an entire planet, and now the survivors are depending on him to get them to safety. He must repair his ship and leave before the Xeno Consortium finds him and Earth becomes endangered, too. But oh, he wishes he could stay with Kevanne forever…

Alien Castaways 2 (Intergalactic Dating Agency)
Traumatized by the death of his family and the destruction of his planet, Wingman comes to Earth in search of a haven and the solitude to nurse his emotional wounds. When a chance decision foils a kidnapping, he’s drawn into the life of a young widow and her daughter. But when dangers from Delia’s past resurface, he’ll have to conquer his demons to save her and her child.

Alien Castaways 3 (Intergalactic Dating Agency)
Soon after encountering the beautiful, shy Cassie, Psy realizes she’s his genmate. It doesn’t matter she can’t talk—he loves her as she is. But as their telepathic connection deepens, he begins to suspect her inability to speak is more than a congenital happenstance. Something far more sinister appears to be keeping her a virtual prisoner. He’s certain his psychic powers can unlock the secrets in Cassie’s mind. But will revealing the truth liberate her…or destroy their bond?

These books also are available in the Alien Castaways Complete Edition, the six-volume omnibus.

This is a great three book collection with the Intergalactic Dating Agency. The author brings three hot couples together each telling their own story. She does a great job pulling you in and keeping you reading with her detailed and descriptive writing. She brings strong characters and three entertaining alien romances with perfectly painted scenes and delivers a terrific collection of stories I enjoyed reading.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

The story is a spin-off of Ms. Cara Bristol's Intergalactic Dating Agency series, with a fun new twist. The mention of IDA will play a role in the story, but not be directly involved. From a twisted tale of control, an escape from a planet being destroyed, and a spacecraft named Castaway with a menagerie of inhabitants and landing on Earth—this tale will have the unique characteristics that Ms. Bristol is talented for spinning in her adventures.

Chameleon: Alien Castaways (Intergalactic Dating Agency)
CAN A TWIST OF FATE MAKE THEIR WISHES COME TRUE?

Chameleon is a member of the high council with a conscience for others, especially the Topians. When he learns that the planet and its inhabitants are going to be destroyed, he tries to save as many as he can. Those who he lead to Castaway are Tigre, Psy, Wingman, Shadow, and Inferno (all to have their own story later.) Escaping isn't easy, and risky maneuver will bring them near the Milky Way, and they must land on Earth and attempt repairs on the ship.

Widow Kevanne Girardi is a survivor after a ten years marriage to an abuser. She never plans to become involved with a man after the horrors she has endured. The only saving grace was a life insurance policy that allows her to relocate and buy Lavender Bliss Farm.

The plot will have Chameleon doing all he can, with limited time and helping a rag-tag group escape imminent death, but in the process, he is viewed as the enemy and not trusted. Landing on Earth will allow Chameleon to change his looks to imitate humans, and that will be how he will meet and befriend Kevanne. Every time he is around her, his altered persona will be challenged, and his blue hue will spot through. The crew news money and a source to repair their ship, and Chameleon, who Kevanne thinks is Cam Leon, will give him a chance as a handyman.

The story is full of humor, angst, and a touch of romance as Kevanne and Chameleon get to know each other. His lack of knowledge as a handyman leads to several mishaps, but she is forgiving. But what will happen when she learns he is alien? How will she react? It’s hard enough with some of the Topian crew members doubting him, but there is something about Kevanne that calls to Chameleon—could she indeed be his gemmate? Could fate be so cruel with them here on Earth only long enough for repairs? The Consortium is hunting them, and they can’t risk Earth’s inhabitants.

Wingman: Alien Castaways (Intergalactic Dating Agency)
WHAT IS PAST IS PAST. WHAT IS NOW IS NOW.

The Castaway's crew has received approval and protection via IDA and are slowly working to integrate into acceptance in Argent, Idaho. While out, Wingman will watch a little girl trying to buy ice cream and then witness the driver attempt to abduct her. He will fly to her rescue and save her, and she is so in awe of her angel that she asks him to come to her birthday party.

Izzy will inform her mom that she has invited an angel to her birthday party, but her mother, Delia, believes this to be another imaginary friend with her vivid imagination.

The plot will have widow, Delia, and her daughter, Izzy, relocating from Pittsburgh to Argent, Idaho, to escape a stalker. It’s a small town, and she is grateful that an older lady is willing to watch Izzy while Delia works at a local tavern. What a shock when Wingman comes to Izzy’s birthday party---scaring Delia. But learning of the near kidnapping of Izzy makes her feel bad for her behavior after learning Wingman saved her. Meeting up with him and others at a festival gives them a better chance to get to know each other.

The story has an instant connection between Wingman and Delia, and that includes her daughter, Izzy. The story has the good, the bad, and the evil of people. Delia learns that Wynn—his Earth name, is there for her and her daughter---no matter what. Will his PTSD from what happened on his home planet get in their way? Are Delia and Izzy able to give him a chance for a new future—and has he found his genmate? The story will have life and death danger, along with humor, angst, and romance. I laughed and cried happy tears with this tale.

Psy: Alien Castaways (Intergalactic Dating Agency)
SOMETHING LOST HAD BEEN FOUND

The Castaway's crew has received approval and protection via IDA and are slowly working to integrate into acceptance in Argent, Idaho. Psy is a Verital, able to read minds and even work telepathically. When he meets Cassie, he is pulled toward her. Cassie is a young woman who is intelligent but is mute. She is trying to gain independence and is now working for Verna at her Timeless Treasures antique store.

Psy will ask Cassie out, and she will agree to a date, where he will take her for a romantic dinner at Lavender Bliss Farm. Psy will also tell Cassie he is an alien, and she thinks he is messing with her as a joke. But when she agrees to allow him to prove it, and he enters her mind, they can communicate.

Psy believes that Cassie is his genmate, but will Cassie be open to learning more about this. When he explains how several of his fellow Castaway members had found their gemmates, and that they are human females, she is more intrigued.

But this story has good versus evil, and not everyone will approve of Psy and Cassie’s relationship. Rosalie is very protective of Cassie and doesn’t like how Psy can become important to her. Will she be able to control Cassie and destroy her chance for happiness and a future? How far is Psy and his crewmates willing to learn more about Cassie and help her—and Psy so they can have a future?

This story has the good, the bad, and the ugly, and what a shock to learn about some people. With Psy's help, Cassie can overcome her fears, nightmares and maybe even find a voice.

Chameleon

Alien experiments, Alien refugees seeking sanctuary, a possible spy, miscellaneous small town adventures, and a sweet hero with the naivety of being new to Earth and a human female who needs an injection of love into her lonely life. What a great new series!

Chameleon went against his own people to do the right thing. He still feels insurmountable guilt that he wasn't able to do enough. Some of his "shipmates" don't trust him and think he's still a spy for the Xeno Consortium.

On the hunt for a way to make some money and attempt to buy and/or replicate parts Chameleon meets Kevanne. He later realises that she is the person looking for a handyman and decides to go and get the job, frightening the life out of her in the process! But Kevanne has secrets of her own that she feels tremendous guilt over. She soon realises that Cam may be a "man" but he's not all that handy, though he does attempt everything with a sense of hopefulness.

Great little story. I loved finding out Cam's backstory and what Kevanne has been trough. You know they belong together from the start but it still a nicely woven story with engaging and empathetic characters. It's great that Cam isn't universally loved, so he has to work hard to gain ground with the 'Topians.

Wingman

The 'Topian refugees are back and still acclimatising to Earth.

Wynn AKA Wingman is still a bit out of whack with his new Earthling neighbours. But when he sees a little girl almost abducted in front of him, he swoops in and saves her and finds himself invited to her birthday party! But when he arrives and meets Izzie's mother...well feathers fly!

Delia thought "Angel" was just a new imaginary friend her daughter had created. She did not expect a very full-grown, beautiful, sexy male! She understandably freaks out and Wynn runs off. When Izzie finally explains how she met her "Angel" Delia is mortified that she ran off her daughter's saviour. But fate steps in and gives her another chance to thank Wynn.

What evolves is a weirdly quickly evolving but slow burn romance. I know that doesn't make sense but it feels like our leads take the time to get to know each other, even though it actually takes over a short period of time.

Delia and Wynn are just so cute together. She, the lonely young widow with secrets of her own, Wynn, the psychologically scarred refugee with nightmares and PTSD. Izzie is just a little tornado of mischief. Her pony pleadings are so cute!

A great mix of peril, romance, family building with a dash of sleazy ice cream man, and other possible dangers for our leads to face.

Psy

Cassie is growing ever more frustrated with her overbearing mother! She understood the guardianship order when she was younger, but she is 23 now! She thought that getting her job at the antique shop would have loosened the reins enough to be able to broach the subject but just as she gets one foot out the door, her mother always seems to be able to yank her back with some drama or other!

Psy is enchanted with Cassie. She may not be able to speak but her thoughts are clear and untainted by malice like some humans. As they grow closer he wonders if their medical bay would be able to repair whatever may be wrong with Cassie's vocal cords. But he doesn't want her to think that he only wants her if she can talk!

Finding out Psy can "talk" with her is such a relief, no more having to scribble things down. But will their fragile, new romance be able to withstand mother dearest?

Psy finally gets his genmate! I so love this little story, it's nice to have heroes and heroines who aren't "perfect". Disabilities do not need to be hidden away and whispered about. I appreciate the way the author handled Cassie's differences and whilst we find out that it's not a "true" disability, it's still seen that Cassie just communicates differently and it never makes her "less" than any of the other characters. I LOVED hating on mummy dearest though, what an odious beatch of a woman!

I am sharing my reviews of the books in this boxset, with hopes they will be of help... I read the stories out of order, starting with book 2, which allows me to note to some degree that these are solid, entertaining, stand alone stories leaving me wanting to live in a town like Argent.

Chameleon - Castaways Book 1

"Send me my dream man—a handyman."

Kevanne is the proud owner of a lavender farm... well, it might be fairer to call it a fixer-upper, future lavender farm, but it is all hers.

Chameleon and his companions are carrying some personal, emotional, baggage having just fled a world being destroyed... but they are trying to balance that baggage with actively working towards and building their future.

This done in one story launches a series with interesting characters, A cozy little town, and a focus on two characters who have a pretty good idea what wounds they have, but minimal concept that someone else, with a sincere and caring heart, could help them heal.

Wingman - Castaways Book 2

Delia is a single mother with an imaginative daughter...

When your six-year-old says she invited an Angel to her birthday party, you don’t actually expect a man with wings to show up, especially when said child has two imaginary friends, but Delia should know, with a daughter like hers, you’ve got to pay attention to the details.

Wingman is positively charming, from the moment he first interacts with six-year-old Izzy, he’s a heart-melter, a man who respects others, and their boundaries, yet will not sit idly by while an innocent is harmed.

This done in one quick read was loads of fun, the sense of humor is captivating, the plot is a page turner, with hints and clues gently laid out as the author plays fair leading up to the ultimate events of the story, in a well crafted, dang it, whodunnit. (Yeah, I thought so, but only because the author carefully crafted the story to help keep me on track.)

I haven’t read the previous story, and as such, feel this is a solid stand alone story.

Psy - Castaways Book 3

Psy is the perfect castaway to help Cassie find her voice...

Psy is a Verital, a telepath, and he’s all too aware it’s not all some might assume. He’s grateful for the Code his people live by, it instructs them to respects other’s minds and privacy.

Cassie is unable to speak, she can write, and pass notes, but the experience isn’t the same as immediate unfiltered conversation... then she meets a telepath, and does just witness what she’s been missing, she experiences true conversation.

This stand alone done in one quick read was a delight. Focusing on the comments we simply ‘toss out’ when our hands are full, or we are turned away from others, a reminder that for most of conversation is rarely getting 100% of our focus.

A Series of Out of this World Fun with Passion and Love, Part 1

I’ve been a dedicated reader of Ms Cara Bristol’s for quite some time. She remains one of my favorite authors. In this Series, we get her signature combination of passion, humor, gasp-worthy twists and turns, and characters you’ll want to invest your heart in.

Here are my reviews of the books included in this set.

1. Chameleon: “For his short time on Earth, he vowed to be her rock, steady and true.”

Be still my heart!! In this novel, we meet an alien named Chameleon and a young widow named Kevanne (pronounced “Kevin”…wait…what?). I fully bought into this storyline and was so happy at the way this first story completed. I have this overwhelming desire to go plant some lavender. But I digress. We have another interesting Series Starter by Ms Bristol! It does a great job setting up the rest of the series!

2. Wingman: A Couple Perfect in Their Imperfections

The “Alien Castaways” Series continues with this a “wing and a prayer” second installment. I have to admit, I didn’t like Wingman very much in Book 1. He was a bit of a jerk! Boy oh boy did he make up for that in this novel. TOTALLY not a jerk AT ALL. A very damaged individual with SERIOUS mistrust for another alien group….Yes. An Avian with a heart of gold…..YES! I usually am not a fan of novels involving the H or h being a single parent. In this instance, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Joining Wingman, Delia, and Izzy on their journey to an HEA was fantastic. Great twist and turns. Well wrapped up plot lines.

3. Psy: This is my FAVORITE BOOK in the SERIES!!!

WoW!! I knew I was going to be a Goner for this Novel when I read Chapter 1 before it was released. I was a good girl and waited patiently. WELL WORTH THE WAIT! Not only a great Love Story as I joined Psy and Cassie on their mental adventure to their HEA, but the twists and turns! My! My! My! Cassie, with her many issues, was still a strong, spunky woman; loved her! I was even more excited to finally get to meet the tech magnate, Elo….. I mean, Edwin Mysk. *giggle* As a person who lives on the Space Coast of Florida, I was happy to FINALLY understand how “Edwin” got his futuristic tech savvy.

I received and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

I love this series! Great world building. I loved that each of these brothers is a different species, so each book feels unique as each brother has a different appearance, abilities, and of course temperament. I actually read this series a little backwards, as I started at book five Inferno, followed by book six Tigre. Then I went back and started from the beginning. lol I have to say, out of all of them, Wingman was my favorite book, but Inferno was my favorite Topian. Though I did enjoy all the books. Each one was a fun adventure.

Chameleon

Where it all begins. Starts with the action right on the first page as the 'Topians were trying to outfly and escape a pursuing Xeno Consortium fighter ship. Death would be preferable to capture. Chameleon, however, is a Xeno but opposed the genocide and tried to save as many as he could. The others don't trust him, but with the ship all but inoperable, they crash on Earth and need to make repairs and escape the planet before the Xeno Consortium discover them, as well as try and aid other escapees. He never expected to fall in love with a human woman in the process.

Wingman

Wingman is an Avian. When he rescues a little girl from a kidnapper in an ice cream truck, she mistakes him for an angel and invites him to her sixth birthday party. He reluctantly agrees. Delia's daughter Izzy tells her an angel was coming to her birthday party, but believed him an imaginary friend. Seeing a strange man who also has wings suddenly in her house is a shock. Until she gets to know him.

Psy

Psy is an alien with telepathic abilities. Cassie was born with a congenital defect and can't speak. Because of this she's overprotected and craves independence. She gets a job at an antique store, and communicates through writing. One day the most beautiful man she's ever seen is looking at her through the store window. Cassie's strong emotions drew Psy's attention and he had to meet her. He explained that he was an alien, proving it to her via telepathy, and they agreed to go on a date. He wondered why she couldn't speak if she could make sounds. Maybe he could use his psychic powers to heal her..

Love this series! Definitely pick up this boxset! 5 stars

These reviews have all been copied from the individual book pages.

Chameleon

Chameleon, the male alien lead, is trying to place himself in a position to help other aliens. Kevanne, the female human lead, is trying to get her lavender farm up and running. When Chameleon asks for a job, they spend time together and build a relationship, with Chameleon realising she’s his genetic mate. But he and his shipmates are supposed to be repairing their ship and leaving the planet...

This story is dual POV, well written, and contains a sweet hero trying to work his way through a seriously confusing (for him) situation. I really liked the character and relationship development and had fun with the character interrelationships.

Wingman

Wingman, the male alien lead, is so named because he has wings. They function as weapons as well as flight aids. He’s also suffering PTSD but has been ignoring it and hoping it goes away on its own. Delia, the female human lead, has moved to town to escape a stalker boss but then her daughter is almost kidnapped, with Wingman foiling the attempt. As her daughter invites Wingman further into their lives, Delia and Wingman both work to overcome their previous trauma.

This story is dual POV, well written, and I enjoyed the individual and relationship development. Whilst it deals with several potentially triggering issues, I believe it does so in a sensitive manner.

Psy

Psy, the alien male lead, is intrigued by Cassie, the female human lead, when he sees her in a antiques store window, then even more so when he engages with her. Cassie is mute, having been told by her mother that her vocal cords never developed. But when they explore their relationship and their psychic connection deepens, Psy discovers that muteness has no physical basis...

The story is dual POV, well written, and a lovely story about the intertwining of lives and minds. I really enjoyed the building of relationships and the engagement of secondary characters and the found family execution.

In Volume 1, this set contains the first three books in the Alien Castaway Series. As the book blurb indicates, there are 6 alien men, known as T'opians. They crash land in the tiny town of Argent, Idaho. Each of these alien heroes have their own stand-alone story, and are better read in order. Having the sets will make binge reading the best way possible!

This set contains:

CHAMELEON: Chameleon's and Kevanne's story. It really gives us the T'opian background story and presents the dynamic of the series, while giving us the steamy romance for these two characters.

WINGMAN: The story between Wynn, or, to his friends, Wingman and Delia. Delia has a six year old daughter who steals the show in this book! Anyone will love this read, but especially single moms who can appreciate a protective, truly nice guy out there.

PSY: This is Psy's and Cassie's story. In this book, Cassie cannot speak. She lives with her overly protective mother, who is also very controlling. With Psy, she finds that she can communicate with him through telepathy. But there are many walls of secrets that Psy must help her break through before he can win her.

There are so many wonderful gems in this series. The characters are all so lovable! The world building skill with this author is outstanding. The writing is superb, and plot that flows from one book into the next grabs you and won't let go. And there are subplots contained in each book that will have you staying up late to finish the story. And this is all done with romance and the steamy bits presented in a way you will love! I swear, every time I finished a book in this series, I just knew that nothing could top that one, but I was proved wrong with each new book. And though I loved them all, I must say that my faves were
Wingman, Shadow, and Tigre.

Be sure to see my review for Volume 2, with the three remaining books of the series.

'Alien Castaways Volume 1' by Cara Bristol is the first three books in her Alien Castaways series and includes:

Chameleon:
Centers on Chameleon (Cam), an alien castaway, and Kevanne, a human widow. Cam has escaped from a war and Kevanne is getting over the death of her abusive husband. They end up getting together and have a sweet and steamy romance with lots of secrets and challenges.

Wingman:
Centers around Delia, a widow raising her young daughter Izzy, and Wingman (Wynn), an alien refugee who suffers from PTSD. Wynn stops a young girl from being abducted and she invites him to her birthday party. Izzy tells her mom about her new friend "Angel" but her mom just thinks it's an imaginary friend. Until she meets a very grown up, good looking man.

Psy:
Centers on Cassie, who has not been able to speak since birth but craves independence, and Psy, an alien with telepathic abilities. Psy notices Cassie in the store and goes to introduce himself. He learns that she cannot speak so with her permission he mental connects with her.

Ms. Bristol has written delightful romances with great characters, witty dialogue, fascinating world descriptors, and an intriguing plots. These stories have drama, action, laughs, mystery, and romance. I enjoyed this collection and recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of sci-fi with their romance.

Chameleon - There is a scene in the story where Chameleon reveals his true image to Kevanne (pronounced Kevin). Her reaction is what I would expect any reasonable person to have and this strikes me as one of the most important scenes in the story. Her being able to overcome what was definitely a shock and his reaction just shows that no matter how tolerant you believe you are, the unexpected can still cause troubles.

Wingman - Nothing says "hero" more than saving the little girl from being kidnapped. But heroes come in all shapes and sizes. Wingman's (Winn) wings are difficult to hide, especially when he feel threatened. Exposure could be disastrous, but when the one he comes to care for is in trouble, he will stop at nothing, even putting his own life in danger, to rescue her.

Psy - Book 3 of the "Castaway" aliens and this one features Psy, a Verital, who has the ability to mind reading/speak telepathically. Cassie's inability to speak has lead to frustration and, at times, irritation in her life. Getting a job in the service industry has been good for her: working on her independence, expressing her emotions, and interacting with more than just her small bubble. But experiencing the ability to "talk" with Psy may just be the one thing she dreams of most. Can she trust his intentions? Will her mom let loose the ties that bind her? Will his pushes be more than she can handle?

Chameleon ⭐⭐
Wingman ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Psy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chameleion - I put this book down so many times and struggled to get through it. I read several other books while trying to get in the mindset to read this book. No luck. But I finally finished it and was going to give up on the trilogy until I read the synopsis for Psy. While Chaeleon was not my cup of tea, Wingman and Psy were pretty darn good.\

Wingman - Wingman, Delia, and Izzy made for a great combination of characters. From Izzy's first encounter with her "Angel" to the last, this book held my attention and had me ready to smack Delia if she turned him away. But there was no need, Wingman was perfect for Delia and Izzy and they were perfect for him. Great story and I was really hyped for Psy.

Psy - I think this was the best story of the trilogy. Psy and Cassie were made for each other. Though their story is a bumpy road, it is engrossing and kept me turning pages. Never once being disappointed, as I had high expectations for this book after reading the blurb. A little twsty towards the end that just added to the exciement.

If you don't want to read this series, at least read Psy (imho, it's the best in the series, so far). I really enjoyed Wingman and Psy.

A fabulous collection of stories.

Chameleon
What an interesting and fun story. I enjoyed reading it so much. The premise is unique and creative. The characters really make you care about them. Chameleon’s character is just the most unique character I have read in a long time. Actually, all the aliens on the ship are unique. The relationship between Chameleon and Kevanne is sweet and hot. Can’t wait for the rest of the series.

Wingman
I could not wait for this story and it did not disappoint. Wynn is an alien with wings, Delia is a woman on the run and Izzy is her daughter. I was hooked from the first page and could not put this story down. The humor that runs through it is phenomenal. Wynn’s struggles with human culture, idioms, and women are hysterical. I really liked the creativity of this story. Can’t wait for Psy’s story.

Psy
This whole series is so cleverly written. I really enjoy reading it. Psy is an alien with so very special abilities. Cassie is a human who cannot speak. Psy abilities allow her to "speak" to him for the first time that she can remember. The twists that come after they start a relationship is so well done that the reader doesn't see it coming. Fabulously done story.

I had read some of this series but not in order and not these first ones. It was nice to catch up with the earlier characters and read their stories. I'm not sure which one is my favorite as I enjoyed all the stories. I liked how the stories were all a bit different and that each of the main characters are their own type with individual strengths and concerns. And every character feel complex and not a perfect shell of a character just waiting for their match.

Chameleon (Cam) is very interesting. I love how Cam keeps going and trying to do his best even when he doesn't have everyone's support or trust.
Wingman (Wynn) and Izzie are so cute together and not in an annoying plot moppet way. I like how Delia feels a bit cautious but not annoying.
Psy is great but I really have a heart for Cassie. She speaks to me somehow (no pun intented) and I love seeing her and Psy settle into their relationship and become more comfortable in general.

Loved them
Kevanne has bought a farm that needs repairs and advertises for a handyman. The handyman who applies for the job is Chameleon who is an alian that crash landed with his friends. He knows nothing about repairing things and slowly creeps into Kevanne's heart. In book two, Wingman rescues Delia's daughter, Izzy from being kidnapped. She thinks that Izzy was inviting an imaginary friend named Angel to her birthday and is shocked that he was real and had wings. There is an attraction between the two and when Izzy is taken again everything becomes real. In book three, Cassie meets Psy while working in a antique store. Pys discovers that Cassie can't talk and since he can read minds they can talk to each other without pen and paper. Pys begins to wonder why Cassie can't talk but can laugh out loud. They find out there is something not right with her and set out to find out what is wrong. They find more than they expected. Loved these stories and will read the next books.

Chameleon
A group of uniquely different aliens crash landing on earth makes for an interesting start to a series. I had to smile at the first few interactions Chameleon had with Kevanne. Maintaining an appropriate appearance while figuring out all the Earthisms is clearly hard work! I really liked this couple, both having past issues to address and overcome. It was quite satisfying to see some good news for the crew and a HEA for the couple.

Wingman
This was a fun story that focused on family and overcoming adversity. I enjoyed getting to know Wingman and Delia and smiled at Izzy’s childhood innocence. A little suspense with a satisfying resolution made the HEA ending all the more sweet.

Psy
I loved how the story revolved around Psy and Cassie’s unique abilities. The mystery surrounding Cassie‘s past and the close and evolving connection to Psy made the story well worth reading.

The first 3 of 6 book series
by LNovotasky

This is a collection of the first 3 books of 6 single books previously published. In this one we find the stories of Chameleon, Wingman and Psy. These aliens found refuge on Earth after their planet was destroyed. This group of 6 completely different aliens landed in a small town where they met their Genmate ( soulmate). The first 2 books are like second chance love for the heroines and the third one has a famous Disney Animation Vibe. I will not spoil it but from the beginning at the back of my mind I was singing the theme song of the villain of that Disney movie. So this is a very interesting read. I hope that eventually I will get the next volume and finish the series.

Tantalizing and compelling stories ignite the pages in this compilation featuring the first 3 books in the Alien Castaways series bringing romance, adventure and heart tugging drama to the reader as we follow along with the genetically engineered aliens who have fled their world and arrived on planet Earth. It is here they will each find their Genmates, love and hard won new lives.

I read each one of the three books as they came out and I really enjoyed them. The series is based around six aliens who crashed here on Earth after escaping the destruction of their home world. Each alien is a different race with different talents and looks. However they are all totally at a loss when they have to deal with a fiesty Earth woman. These men are looking for their perfect genetic match and to everyone's great surpise, they find them on Earth. This book contains Chameleon, Wingman and Psy. The alien men have no idea how things work on Earth and their found genmates don't always believe them when they are told they are perfect matches.

Chameleon
I liked the way Chameleon and Kevanne ended up meeting. I thought they were both so interesting and their story has suspense and romance and was a great start to a new series.
Wingman
I really liked Delia and how strong she was as a single mother trying to get away from a stalker. I liked Wingman and loved how he was with Delia and Izzy. This was a great story that drew me from the start and I look forward to more.
Psy
I loved Cassie and Psy and thought it was so interesting that she was mute and he was could read minds. Both Cassie and Psy don't have it easy and that makes them together so much more. I liked that there was more going on in this story.

A Fantastic Collection

I loved the first three books packaged in this collection. They combine alien romance, some second chance, and realistic human responses to these vagabonds who arrive on Earth out of desperation. What I like about the series is the humor, the raw emotion, and the sensuality that comes with finding one's Genmate (aka soulmate for humans). The twists and turns that each love story takes is like a rollercoaster - in the best sense. While this is a review, I purchased the box set because it's a keeper. I'll do the same with the next three for Volume Two. This is binge worthy sci-fi romance.

I loved this boxed set which provides great entertainment and satisfying HEAs. The H/h's are interesting characters who have endured a lot but strive to keep it together. The alien heroes have suffered the loss of their home planet and have settled on Earth surreptitiously to begin their new lives. "Wingman" was my favorite of the three books in this volume. Delia and Wynn come together after he had made an erroneous assumption about Delia and her young daughter (who Wynn saves from assault) and so begins their friendship and romance. I enjoyed these stories a great deal—characters, romance, action, and emotions. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

What wonderfully written stories and all filled with action and adventure. These stories make you laugh, sometimes out loud, and cry. I was really sucked into this series of aliens and humans that I could hardly stop reading. The interaction and chemistry between the characters is entertaining.
Chameleon and Kevanne have a sweet introduction.
Wingman and Delia have a somewhat harrowing story.
Psy and Cassie are simply amazing with their somewhat complicated story.
I loved this boxset and can hardly wait for the next volume.

"Six genetically engineered aliens flee the destruction of their world and get a second chance for life and love on planet Earth". This collection gives you the first 3 books in the series, CHAMELEON--WINGMAN--PSY's stories. Each of these "guys" is looking for their second chance, their mates. The human women Kevanne, Delia, and Cassie are all strong, independent, smart, and stunned by the chemistry they have with these men. Each book is well written, fast paced, has steam, and some twists and turns along the way. Solid read

This contains the first three books in the Alien Castaways series. Six aliens from ‘Topia escaped the destruction of their planet in the spaceship Castaway and crashed on Earth. All of the aliens are different species although shared trauma and experience has made them brothers. Landing in a small town in northern Idaho, three members of the crew manage to find their genmates among the human women there. The stories are well written with likable characters and touching romances. I received an advance copy of this book and voluntarily left a review.

These are the first three books about six aliens who ended up on Earth after their planet was destroyed. Each finds their mate and the differences form terrific stories. Loved the characters of Chameleon, Wingman and Psy as they win their mates and help the others from their planet. The storylines are all different, entertaining and full of surprises and twists. These three get you hooked easily. Can not wait to read the other three stories.

Three Swoon-Worthy Sci-Fi Romances.
I loved all these stories as individual books, but packaged together is even better. Reading these stories in one package helped me retain character memory - I remembered who was with whom - and made the world more fluid. Chameleon and Kevanne have a sweet introduction, Wingman and Delia’s have a slightly harrowing story, plus Psy and Cassie’s intricate story are simply wonderful.
