Not a plan, *the* plan

If you’ve ever wondered why you can’t just lose weight eating normal food - Fear No Food is the book for you. Dan Le Moine and Dr Noel Abood explain in simple terms why we get stubborn weight gain and why traditional dieting doesn’t work to eliminate it. They’re not nerding out from some university lab, trying to become supplement selling Internet gurus or espousing some new fad diet. They’re a couple guys in the trenches with regular people who have regular day to day diet challenges. In a very conversational and engaging way they emphasize individuality and lay out a blueprint that has worked for hundreds of their clients. There are no hacks - they simply respect (and educate on) what the body is fundamentally set up to do and it’s clear they care about what works in the real world to support healing and lasting change from the inside out. Very refreshing and long overdue approach!

This book is super quick to read and easy to follow. The plan seems very simple, but simple isn’t always easy. Why not give it a try…???
I also liked that it’s not an overload of medical jargon and over detailed explanations. There are plenty of success stories and examples given with just plain numbers. It’s a well laid out book.

Excellent book on how to lose weight and most importantly how to keep it off. All based on a holistic approach. I loved the writing style, finding it very easy to follow the approach without technical jargon. This will continue to be a great resource for me as I continue my health journey.

Not as informative as anticipated…

While the book contains some applicable information, it’s more of a promotion 0f the authors’ clinics than it is a guidance for weight loss.
