After a life of hardships, Al travels the world doing what he enjoys most. Murdering people and wishing for death, but having fun in the process. Then he meets Sally and his entire world changes.
Fictional psychos can be logical. Or crazy. Whichever is more entertaining.

To quote Peggy Bundy, “Oh Al!’ Sorry, it just felt right to say here. So this was a quick one. Al likes to kill. Al finds Sally. Sally wants to kill. Al and Sally kill together. Nice story, huh? It had a ton of great stuff here, most notably our main characters. These are some demented people and they grab your attention as they butcher people in all sorts of fun and gross ways. And it does my heart good to see two psychopaths find each other like this. It had some oddly sweet moments, given the context, but, much like most of Sea Caummisar’s books, it just went way too fast. I really wanted to get more invested here, but by the time I could start to get there, it was over. And there was a lot that was left unanswered, which bugged me because I liked everything going on. So, while I wanted to give this a higher rating, the whole thing needed to take its time more and be developed further to capitalize on such a quirky story.
Fantastic! As usual, Sea Caummisar manages to create a story where you end up rooting for the evil people. Which I did. This was such a fun read and contained plenty of blood and violence. Excellent!
Al is a serial killer who feels nothing. He travels the U.S. and kills whoever crosses his path. He doesn’t care if he lives or dies. Until one day, on a fateful visit to a bar in a small town, he meets Sally. Beautiful Sally and he ends up with feelings for her. Why you’d asked? Because she is his yin to his yang and her mind is just as wicked as his.
A story that brings you death, gore ,blood and hate. This all with a little love and twists that turn the story around. All makes for an exciting extreme read. Loved the title, as apt a title as there could be and suited well. Great characters, Al is man in turmoil for reasons unknown to himself. Is it due to how his life evolved, or has something more sinister happened? You will have to read to find out. Definitely recommend
I was not sure where this was headed when Al and Sally came together. Never in my wildest dreams did I see the ending play out as it did for this murderous couple. Maybe because it is early morning hours and I am tired but this is well worth the quick read that it is.
Al's home is on the open road. Home is wherever he may be at the time. He doesn't like to put down roots or stay in the same place for too long. Just him and ‘Ol’ Faithful’.
After Al gets himself into a predicament, Sally finds him and patches him up.
“Sally was a perfect match for him.”.
What happens when a serial killer falls in love? How do they go about dating and getting to know each other?
I have learned so far, when you’re reading her, always be ready for a surprise!
I also absolutely love her ‘dark notes’ at the end of each book. It really brings each story together.
Psycho Logic of Al by Sea Caummisar is a fun little book that had a similar vibe to the film Natural Born Killers, in that it was packed full of blood and guts but also feelings and love, a very unnatural kind of love but still. This is the story of Al who is a serial killer who doesn't care if he lives or dies then he meets his soul mate named Sally who..... has her own issues, the rest you'll have to find out by reading this fun fast paced book. 4/5
I read this book because I wanted blood and guts. Blood and guts I received. This book, basically, is torture porn, with a frame of romance between two people who bond over their love of violence. I read this in one sitting, when I was in an extreme horror mood.
This is a brilliant read. Wonderful well written plot and story line that had me engaged from the start. Love the well fleshed out characters and found them believable. Great suspense and found myself second guessing every thought I had continuously. Can't wait to read what the author brings out next. Recommend reading.
I read a complimentary advance copy of the book; this is my voluntary and honest review.
