Our deepest desires and attractions arise from a place within us that is beyond conscious control or rational reasoning, thereby reflecting the idea that our emotions and desires can be powerful and sometimes unpredictable.
This is the reason why we may have so often heard the phrase about how the heart wants what it wants and there is seemingly nothing in our control which we can do, despite the warnings, if we are meant to fall in love with someone.
Our main protagonist, Sky, from the book, ‘Still Sky’ by author Skylar Nightingale was rapidly approaching the age of twenty five, thereby resulting in her mom pestering her about finding the Mister Right for her, but she feels like there is no way she would find the one who would make her heart race.
However, a chance meeting with business mogul Mateo Jacobson of Jaddixson hotels, dubbed as playboy by tabloids, changes her perspective, and swoops her into a romance that was whirlwind, but something that came with its own sets of challenges.
It was fascinating to read how Sky’s heart was drawn to certain someone even when it did not align with her logical and practical considerations, thereby making us wonder what her decision will be in the end. Hence, I am going to give this FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
