My, oh my....
If there is a collection that is so authentic, so real and triggers imagination, "These Things" is It. 'Our Love' and 'Pain and I' are poems that are distinctly stuck in my mind. The author must be a 'feeler' who experiences emotions as deeply as she describes them on paper.

It is a deep and amazing book.

I still need to reread it to organize my thoughts better, but I can't stop thinking about the warmth I felt reading this one.

Most of the poems in this book took me to very familiar places, some were places I’d visited far too many times in my thoughts, and other places I had locked away for a long time. Reading this was like sitting with my younger self to reconcile and make amends for many things in my own story.

A beautifully written poetry book that will make you smile and cry. Some of the poems seemed to be specifically written for me. I enjoyed reading this book.

Reading the poems in this book brought me into the world of the author and the transformation through the years.
She shares some of the most vulnerable experiences of her life some of which most people have gone through but are afraid to share.
Both entertaining and Educational.
