This book will become a helpful resource in my library. Sure, it was a required text for the Principles of Management course that I'm taking, but I'd recommend it as a primer, especially for someone running a small business needing a better understanding of leadership and management. The author has done a great job of referencing timely references from media such as movies and music. As a plus, the books mentioned throughout the text have also been placed on the top of my reading list.
