You aren't broken. You never were. You don't need me, Scarlett. But it's the greatest privilege of my life to be with you."

How does she continue to do this? How does she create an immensely satisfying conclusion for a story while leaving me a salivating mess for more with intriguing secondary characters? I don't know and I don't care. All I know is that I need it all! ALL OF IT!

I live for Meghan March alphas, but Legend's book was different for me. Having read her entire backlist, I can attest that no one can create a sinfully sexy alpha male quite like March. And Gabriel Legend was definitely an alpha male. And while he's got that edge that all of her male characters always have, he also had a softer side to him which I adore. You know that saying about the bigger they are, the harder they fall? Well, that saying couldn't fit Legend any better. Because when this man loves, he loves HARD. And the way that he loves Scarlett made my heart happy. I love how supportive, sweet, and protective he is with her without also losing that delicious edge that he always has.

The conclusion of the trilogy brings with it plenty of intrigue and many answers. I was at the edge of my seat turning each page because I was desperate for answers. The mysterious Moses gets his page time here, and I'm so conflicted with his character it's not even funny. Only Meghan can give us a villain while also leaving her readers desperate to know more about him.

There were plenty of secondary characters introduced in this trilogy that I'm desperately hoping will be getting their own books. *Cough* Q *cough*

But beyond that, it was a thrilling and riveting conclusion to a deliciously addictive trilogy. While answering plenty of questions, it also left one big one wide open. Which leaves me thinking that March will definitely be doing a spin off where we may get those answers. Or at least I'm being hopefully optimistic because I NEED THAT BOOK. But I digress. This was the perfect conclusion to Scarlett and Legend's story, and I couldn't have hoped for a more satisfying ending for them.

This last instalment of the trilogy definitely had a lot more going on but it honestly wasn’t my favourite series of Meghan March’s. This last book could have been a case of me being preoccupied, but after the first two books I just wasn’t fully connected to the characters 🤷‍♀️.

I still love this author and will absolutely give her new series a try and hope for the best!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: 🖤💙❤️💚💜
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘📙📔
World building: 🌏🌍🌎🌏
Character development: 🙂🥰😎🤩😀
Narrator(s): 🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙
Narration type: Dual Narration

The heroine: Scarlett Priest - she is a wealthy owner of a store called Curated which does well and fills a niche market for other wealthy shoppers. She also inherited quite a bit of money from her supermodel mother and her father is a wealthy CEO as well. Though Scarlett doesn’t have a good relationship with her father, who has never been there for her. She has been dating Gabriel Legend for a while now and is falling in love.

The Hero: Gabriel Legend - he is a product of the foster system in Biloxi Mississippi. He had some trouble there, and a wealthy man tried to kill him, but instead killed Legend’s girlfriend and shot her brother in the head, who at the time had been wearing Gabriel’s hat. The two of them moved to New Jersey and Legend became huge in the underground fighting world, till he decided to go legit and opened a nightclub he named Legend.

The Story: The nightclub is in financial trouble because someone with a gun opened fire on opening night. The club has finally started to get busy lately due to Scarlett’s influence. However, the investors in the club still expect it to make more money for them. So, Legend is holding a sanctioned MMA fighting event soon which should make tons of money. He will be fighting in the main event against the last guy he beat when he was still fighting in underground events. The guy has been demanding a rematch for a while and threatening to kill Legend in the ring. He also may have been responsible for the shooting on opening night as a way to force Legend into having to fight to make the money the investors demand.

The last book ended on a humongous cliffhanger, where Legend’s past finally came back to haunt him like he knew it someday would. Though he was always sure he would be the one in control when it happened, and he wasn’t ready for it when it finally did. This was definitely the most exciting book of the trilogy, and I liked it better than the last book.

This audiobook was told in dual points of view via dual narration and was narrated by Joe Arden and Erin Mallon. Joe Arden has a great voice; it is deep and gravelly, and he always does a terrific job. Erin Mallon has a soft and clear feminine voice, and she sounds intelligent and articulate, she is perfect for Scarlett.

I always find the last book in a trilogy the most difficult to review since I don't want to spoil anything from the previous books. So I'll keep this short and just make it known that this trilogy as a whole is definitely worth the read. If you haven't already started Gabriel and Scarlett's journey you need to get on that right away and prepare yourself for the ending.

One thing I can say for certain is that Meghan March knows how to write a conclusion. It's one of the reason I'm never afraid to read her trilogies when usually I avoid them. The suspense and intrigue that led up to the last few chapters of this book had me on the edge of my seat and I loved it. I honestly didn't know what was going to happen but the craziness of everything going on was perfect for Gabriel and Scarlett. They didn't have the most conventional start to their relationship so it made perfect sense that their ending would be just as crazy.

Wow! What a ride. This is the final installment in the Legend trilogy and it was worth the wait. I enjoyed every word from start to finish. It was absolutely delightful and in my opinion the best of the series.

Fast-paced, suspenseful, sexy, dramatic and mix in some twists you have all the ingredients of an engaging read and The Fight Forever had it all. After the nerve-wracking ending in House of Scarlett, I couldn’t wait to see how Gabriel would handle this precarious situation.

I admired Scarlett from the moment of her introduction. However, she made me proud in this installment. Her fighting spirit stood out. I loved how she stood up to the bullies and haters in her life. It was good to see she recognized she deserved a lot more than what they had dished out to her.

As for Gabriel, I am totally head over heels for him. He has been through so much and deserved love and happiness in his life. By the end of the story he had all that and more. Together they made a great team, and I enjoyed watching them grow as individuals and as a couple.

The secondary characters added their own blend of spice to the story. A few of them intrigued me and I am secretly hoping their stories are in the making.

The story had several surprises and quite a few laugh out loud moments. Added to that were several exciting moments, which kept me on the edge of my seat. There were a few times when the threat level against Scarlet and Gabriel intensified, and I feared for them both.

I am still in shock with how the situation from Gabriel’s past ended. I never expected it to play out the way it did, but I loved it. I thought it was a brilliant way to tie up that aspect of the story.

Conclusion/Recommendation
Meghan March delivered a spell-binding conclusion to the Legend trilogy. I highly recommend this series to readers love romance, suspense and complex characters.

As all Meghan March books it starts right where the last book ended. Moses had everyone that Legend holds dear to him at gun point in Legends office at his club. Wanting to protect Scarlett, Moses had Bump at gun point, Legend was at a loss, he did exactly what Moses wanted at that moment. Legend wonder why he never went back to deal with Moses once he and Bump got settled. Now he was right in front of him years later wanting revenge and wanting Legend the throw the biggest fight come back he had against the man he had already beat. What would Legend do? Loose everything he worked so hard for cause Moses wanted revenge & 1.5 million in return for the money/goods he stolen from Moses.

So Legend & Rue moved in with Scarlett, Big Mike took Bump all while he trained for the fight that would save his club allowing him to pay off his investors sooner. Guest who shows up? Yes Creighton Karas Dirty Billionaire Crey bad ass with the father as a mobster Crey, which by the way is one of the investors. It is always good to see an old character especially one as delicious as Crey as his friends call him. Sorry these alphas males in Meghan's books distracts you.

So Gabe Legend is fighting for his forever with his woman by his side although she is way above his class she is his everything and he will not lose her, Bump or what he has build.

Meghan March knows how to end a trilogy. This story was fast paced, full of drama and filled with passion. It was also exciting and suspenseful with lots of heart and soul. Watching Gabriel and Scarlett’s connection grow and solidify was endearing as was their love and respect for one another.

Gabe and Scarlett, along with their family and friends, create a tight circle of love and trust. They are there to support and help Gabe and Scarlett when their backs seem to be up against a wall. While all ends well, the epilogue is the cherry on this delicious sundae.

In all, this trilogy was very well written. Meghan March knows how to intertwine suspense and romance just perfectly.

I have read all of Meghan's books and consider her an auto buy for me. The rest of Meghan's books are all constant rereads for me and this is just not there.

This series as a whole just didn't seem to have the same level of --- I don't even know what the right word would be --- excitement, intrigue, twists as Mount or Savage. I didn't have a book hangover when I finished this and I almost always do. To each his own as I see that most absolutely loved it, but I just can't honestly say that I loved this.

Holy hell.....this book was freaking INCREDIBLE, this couple was nothing short of PERFECTION and their story was an EPIC MASTERPIECE!

"I'm just getting started, Ladybug. But don't worry, I've got you. When your knees go weak. When your load is too heavy. When it's all too much. I've got you. "

Meghan has given us the most swoon-worthy hero to date, a heroine whose strength was absolutely captivating and a story that was all-consuming page after page that once I was immersed there was no way you were prying me away from that book until the very last page was read! This Trilogy is why I am addicted to Meghan's writing because her stories come to life like vivid images playing out on screen.

"I swear to God, love is the best highlighter there is. I don't think you've ever looked this radiant, Scar. All my clients need a Gabriel Legend, if they want to glow like you."

If you're looking for that MUST READ book, this is the one that will take you on an addicting, suspenseful, sexy as hell journey that will leave you beyond breathless! TOP FREAKING READ!!!!

This was an epic conclusion to another great series from Meghan March. I thought she couldn’t top herself but this book was everything. You will get pulled into the world of Gabriel and Scarlett and you wont ever want to leave. The chemistry, attraction and love they felt for each other was off the charts. They had to fight to get what they wanted and boy did they fight. You will be on the edge of your seats wanting to know what is next with each turn of the page. Now that the trilogy is over, I will be binging the whole series again and again. I recommend this book 1000%. You will never be disappointed when you read any of her books.

There are unexpected alliances, puzzle pieces you didn’t realize were even missing are revealed making a much clearer picture when all pieces come together. Meghan has cleverly plotted this story right to the very end.

What started out slow at the beginning for me in book 1 , Meghan made up for it tenfold in Books 2 & 3. This trilogy has a different vibe than any others I have read of hers but has been another great story from Meghan, I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

Why is this over already?!?!? :( :( :( :(

This trilogy was so head-swimmingly amazing! I had to read this book twice before I could write my review because I wasn't ready to let go just yet :( Gabriel Legend and Scarlett Priest are #goalsgoalsgoals! This book was a wonderful cherry topper to the scrumptious Legend trilogy sundae. :D Legend is officially my favorite M2 hero. PERIOD!

It was sooooooo full of the feels, it felt like Thanksgiving for my little HEA-loving heart. I loved getting to know some of the background characters on a much more intimate scale (especially Q's family) and am sooooo excited that there are some avenues left open to potential matches. If you've read the 1st 2 books of the trilogy, there are several questions answered finally AND an ending to a certain storyline that I did NOT see coming. Like, at ALL! :O

There are two things I do need to know, though:
1) When is Silas Bohannon gonna get his own book?!?!? I need him in my Kindle like 23561835618 years ago!
2) ....................... Nope. Just need Bo <3
3) I lied. I need a dose of #Flynnterro. STAT!

DISCLAIMER: I received an ARC for an honest review.

Holy Moly! Finally, I can breathe a sigh of relief. Just as I suspected the third book was full of actions and suspense thanks to an unannounced visit from an “old friend” from the past. My adrenaline was running high and I was literally scare shitless for all of their lives. I love Legend’s determination - the fight for redemption and freedom. I love the fast paced, full of drama, twists and turns, kept me on my toes the whole time. There was some surprise revelation about the person in Legend’s past too – some things aren’t so black and white. I adore Scarlett – her character definitely changed the most since the beginning of the book. Who knew Scarlett was so fierce. She is loyal and resilient when it comes to Legend. She stood by Legend’s side through thick and thin. I swooned hard over Legend – he is a total alpha hero with a soft side. Legend doesn’t have many close people in his circle but once he gave his whole heart to Scarlett he was 100% all in. Legend and Scarlett together is super intense and passionate. The epilogue was perfect – so sweet and romantic. What a beautiful ending to the Legend Trilogy. Thoroughly entertained!

Fight for Forever was an exhilarating conclusion to Meghan March's legend trilogy. Gabriel and Scarlett were sexy and fiery and their connection could not be denied!

I loved how this story continued the suspenseful theme prevalent in the first two books if the trilogy but was underscored by how much Gabriel and his ladybug loved one another. I enjoyed their sizzling chemistry, banter and the rollercoaster ride of surprises and gut punches. Now I can't wait for more! ~4 stars! ~Ratula

It took me ages to listen to this book, not because it isn’t a fabulous read but because it was difficult for me to get the time. I loved the entire trilogy so much and it was a new experience listening instead of actual reading. Meghan March sure knows how to write books and elicit all the feels. I can’t wait for her next series and I hope it’s Q and Flynn, but I have a feeling it’s Moses 👏👏👏👏👏

⭐️ 5 "A Fighter's Heart" Stars ⭐️
OMG! The Fight for Forever was such an enthralling conclusion to the Legend Trilogy! It was hands down the best book in this thrilling series! It started intensely where the previous novel ended and continued with suspense all along.

Each books raised my fascination with Gabriel and Scarlett. Seriously, those two are so perfect for each other. It’s clearer than ever that they’re solid and nothing can come between them now. Their feelings are out in the open and despite their very different upbringing, they know that they’re what’s best for each other. Their connection is so magnetic and powerful going from utterly sweet and caring to intensely hot and unbridled.

Gabriel wants to put his past behind him and he’s faced with the biggest challenge of his life. The threats on his future are looming over him, but he’s a dedicated man and fight for his HEA. This guy from the wrong side of the track is more than meets to eyes for certain and Scarlett sees past that exterior. She’s more than ever bold and brave! I loved how she’s commanding and work as a team with her man. She doesn’t let him fight alone, but stays at his side being his strength! Their perfect chemistry is reflected in their intimate moments that are explosive!

This third book was the most action-packed of the series. New elements happened here and there to kept me invested completely in this couple’s unknown fate. The supporting characters once again brought a deepness and a lighter feel to this story. I’ve already mentioned it in my earlier reviews, but I NEED Flynn’s book. That girl is a firecracker and her chemistry with Q was so alluring that I want more of them.

I’m so satisfied with how this trilogy turned out! I adored how Legend and Scarlett fought for their love! It was so mesmerizing! The Legend Trilogy is certainly one of my absolute favorite from this author! Gabriel and Scarlett are a couple you need to meet!

Addicting. Entrancing. Dangerous. Sensual. Sexy As Sin!!!

These are just a few words that sum up all the greatness held in one single conclusion.
AHHH!!!! Holy hell, I knew The Fight For Forever was going to be FIRE, but damn, I didn't think it was going to be this explosive!!

About The Fight For Forever:

The Fight For Forever is the third and final book in the Legend Trilogy by Meghan March. It is intended to read this book after reading the first two. This is not a standalone.

If you think you've seen everything Legend has to offer, hold onto your panties because you haven't seen anything yet! Legend and Scarlett are in for the fight of their lives. The risks are high and the cost is greater.

My Thoughts:

When I first heard the Legend Trilogy was about a retired underground fighter, I knew I had to have this trilogy in my clutches. Fighter's are my favorite type of bad boy and Meghan March executes the alpha-hero type flawlessly! However, I was worried after finishing the second book I wasn't going to get the bad ass fighter vibes I craved from this trilogy.

She definitely saved the best for last, there is no doubt about it!!! Everything added up perfectly and she gave us all what we wanted. A book full of badass moments between a retired fighter with the world on his shoulder and an old rival who will do anything to put his nemesis in the ground in the name of redemption.

The Fight For Forever is a story of animosity, fear, and fighting to protect the very thing that makes a person exist. The Legend Trilogy is redemption, love, and putting the pieces of a life back together after tragedy. Legend & Scarlett's story is letting the past stay in the past and learning it's okay to fall back on someone when in need.

Overall, The Legend Trilogy stole my heart! Legend and Scarlett's story is everything... and so much more. I couldn't put this book down, it was an up all night read full of tears, laughs, and many moments that had me sitting on the edge of my seat in anticipation. It's an addicting read worth every moment!

***AVAILABLE NOW - FULL REVIEW***

This will be relatively short because I don’t want to give anything away, and it is book 3 in the trilogy.

3.5 CROWNS

This story overall lacked that Meghan March quality - the edge of my seat suspense, alpha hero goodness, and the cliffhangers they kill me in the best way.

The character evolution kind of lags in this book. The growth that happened in book two becomes stagnant. The Fight for Forever is really just Legend and Scarlett working together for their HEA.

In terms of conflict, you had the outside sources present in the first two books, but there isn’t much conflict in terms of their relationship. And even the outside conflicts kind of fizzled out for me, the main one being a tad unrealistic based on the fact that the whole motivation behind much of the action in this book is centered around this antagonist. There are also some random conflicts thrown in and resolved and some never getting true resolutions.

Overall, this hasn’t been my favorite Meghan March trilogy. It lacked the zing and pop, the I can’t put this down, give me more feel. I truly felt like she took one book and just divided into three books, versus there being a need for three book. I honestly NEVER feel this way about her books. Her trilogies and duets always felt like they needed to be that way. They always left me in the edge of my seat. I always immersed myself in her world, but I just couldn’t with this one.

So you might be wondering why a 3.5...

It was still written well in terms of syntax and diction but over all this trilogy was a miss for me, but I do have high hopes for what is to come next.

The Fight for Forever is the conclusion of the story of Legend and Scarlett and just like the previous books is an addictive story that I couldn't drop once I started reading.

I really enjoyed this book and the trilogy in general. The book is very well written, the narrative is fluid and the characters are passionate.I think Legend was the character I loved most here.He can be loyal, protective, and passionate to those he loves and at the same time lethal and dangerous to those who offer danger. I loved seeing your determination in this book. Scarlett was also a great protagonist from start to finish and I loved seeing them working together on this book. Their relationship only grew and strengthened throughout this journey.

The secondary characters that appeared throughout the trilogy each had their story importance at one time or another and I loved them all, and some of them piqued my curiosity and I hope they get their own story in the near future. This book came to close the story cycle of these characters. I loved this book.

Holy freaking cow! The conclusion to the Legends Trilogy was epic!!! Talk about a roller coaster ride of emotions! On one side, I found myself smiling goofily with how much love and support Gabriel and Scarlett showed each other, but then found myself biting my nails to the quick with the anticipation of what was going to happen with all those unanswered questions.
We get those answered and I loved it all!! On top of all that, the sense of family was just amazing and the allies that came on board was fantastic!!

There was a lot going on in this book, but it flowed so well and definitely kept me reading until the very end. There were jaw dropping moments, times I wanted to high five someone and many moments I just wanted to swoon. I honestly do not know what else I can say without giving any spoilers, but I do have to say, I have some questions about some of the characters!!!

Meghan March continues to wow me with these storylines and characters and I seriously can not wait to see what she will come up with next!

***5 ‘Legend and Scarlett’ Stars***

The way things were left at the end of House of Scarlett had me needing to know just how Legend and Scarlett would deal with that little...twist in their plans. It also had me a bit worried because, well, it was a total ‘whoa’ kind of situation and while I had the utmost trust in the author to give me an amazing conclusion to the trilogy, I also know that sometimes things go sideways. So with all of that going on in my head, I crossed my toes and dove in and I have to say that this book gave me everything. From start to finish is was sweet, smexy, funny and intense and had quite a few plot twists I didn’t see coming at all, but totally worked for me when everything was said and done.

Scarlett and Legend were everything in this final installment to their HEA. They had me swooning, laughing and needing a really, REALLY cold shower all throughout the book, but mostly they had my heart going all kinds melty because I loved how they were each other’s rocks in every way. They made each other stronger and burn brighter than either thought possible.

Now, there were a lot of issues to wrap up in this baby, and some of them came with a surprising twist or two, but I like how everything played out ~ even the subplots ~ and am good with where things ended.

And as for the supporting cast of characters, I simply need more of them all ~ or at least the ones I liked and not the ones I wanted to gut with a spoon, though there is….*BSEG* I know this comes as no surprise to anyone (Least of all to Ms. March since she knows I have quite a long list of of her secondary characters that I feel need to have their own HEA’s ~ two were taken off, but now more were added) but this trilogy is chock full of amazing and unique characters that I absolutely loved, so the toes are crossed that they’ll get their day in the romancelandia sunshine.

What could be better than a prince, a prince in a tarnished armour who would fight for the woman he loves. This was a great conclusion to this trilogy. I loved that we got all the answers for Legend and Scarlett. Meghan really knows her alphas with golden hearts (and I have to say that I love the new wave of her guys lately).

Now I just really neeq Q's book in my life.

How did I not see that person as the troll? Shame on me.

Great conclusion. Gabriel and Scarlett are just perfect together. Big Mike's solution to Bump's nightmare...hilarious.

Now will there be a spin-off with Q and Flynn. There was too much snipping between them for them not to get their own book.
