Nonny Hogrogian is an Armenian-American writer and illustrator, known best for children's picture books. She has won two annual Caldecott Medals for U.S. children's book illustrations. Since childhood she prefers folk and fairy tales, poetry, fantasy and stories.
A hidden little (very small book) gem from long ago that filled my heart when looking through it with the kids. So few kids today get the sort of freedom required to make these hiding places, not to mention the unstructured time to do them. Hopefully more people will find this book in their libraries and kids will return to being kids.
