Relationships with humans are forbidden. Reproducing is forbidden.
And if we fail . . . we must choose between love and loyalty.

Book #1: Rescued By The Damaged Wolf
I’m expected to take over the family business and lead my clan. But I’m falling hard for Amy -- and she’s off limits to wolf shifters. Our love can survive if we run away together . . . but that may be the most dangerous option.

Book #2: Old Friend of The Damaged Wolf
Alex will soon marry another wolf shifter… But I’m the one carrying his baby. I’m doomed to a life full of lies…and keeping our relationship hidden is the only way I’ll survive.

Book #3: Damaged Wolf's Dirty Secret
As the town sheriff I took an oath to serve and protect. And as a wolf shifter, I went against my better judgement and hired a beautiful woman to fill a job. Our relationship has gone from professional to forbidden

Book #4: Damaged Wolf's Heroic Mate
One look at Tabitha has me weak in the knees . . . and every rule set in place for wolf shifters suddenly doesn’t matter. I can’t live without her. I will face the wrath of my clan when they find out what I’ve done.

I am not your editor

The first book was good.
The second book the main character's name was wrong.
The third book I gave up. Typos were in abundance.

It got too painful to continue reading. I won't waste my time on unedited material.

A good box set

This is a set of four novellas in a series. Each book has a different couple with a HEA. The heroes grew up together as the heirs apparent to the clan leadership but each of them refuse to fall in line. There is an overarching story arc about the clan council’s harmful policies and decisions that weaves through all the books and is resolved in the final book.

Rescued by the Damaged Wolf

This was a sweet paranormal novella with a side of vague danger, clan politics, secrecy, and amnesia. Amalyia is in a car accident and loses her memory. Ryan is a wolf shifter who comes upon the accident and rescues Amy before the car explodes. Despite having no memory of her past, strong feelings develop between Ryan and Amy.

Old Friend of the Damaged Wolf

This was a sweet paranormal novella with a side of vague danger, clan politics, secrecy, and second chances. Alex is a doctor who recently returned to his shifter community believing false promises. Nina is divorced and is in the community to write a novel. When Alex and Nina reconnect they realize they had spent a magical summer together as children and that the bond between them had already started to form in that summer long ago.

Damaged Wolf’s Dirty Secret

This was a sweet paranormal novella with a side of life threatening danger, clan politics, secrecy, and instalove. Taylor is the sheriff in his small shifter town. Maggie is a single mom who is hired as a deputy. She chose to move to the town because her mother owned a house there.

Damaged Wolf’s Heroic Mate

This was a sweet paranormal novella with a side of danger, clan politics, secrecy, and instalove. Logan left his hometown the day he graduated high school. He is drawn to return after a decade away. Tabitha is a scientist who uncle recently died. She received a package from her uncle which led her to the small shifter town. Tabitha meets Logan as she’s driving into town and she gives him a ride.

While short, the stories were was well written and the characters were fairly well developed.

Started reading it, but I just can't finish it. I get it's a series of short stories, but some details were just bombshelled in that completely threw me off. I liked the characters enough that I wish I knew more of their backgrounds and why they were all connected to the town. Why is the town dying? There could be more development of why the council is bad. Since you say each book can be read on its own but the first two books don't even explain what "the prophecy" is other than "Human mates bad. Let clan die". It just doesn't make sense to me as a stand alone or as a series. Could be better.

Wolves

Imagine a town without new growth, pushed by a greedy council seeking a stop to all progress through fear and intimidation. Five long time friends find the answer and bonded mates as well. New connections from this bond brings the clan back to life. Each character is part of each story. Loved it!

Lumberjack Wolves

A story of greed, indifference to individual endeavours, and a town slowly dying. A few men in control act as despots, and banish those who disagree with. A small band of individuals unwilling to live according to the Council, go against their directives and forge a new path for living.

Betrayed by their leaders.

The clan leaders banned mating with humans, then when children started turning into werewolves instead of trying to figure out how to fix it they exiled the children and chased away the family. Now the adult children who are left are fighting back and finding love. Good read.

Fantastic series, though on occasion through them, names were confused, such as "Miranda" was called Marissa. When giving a back story on what was Maggie, it was written as Ninas. In the epilogue before Tabitha and Logans story and in the start of theirs, the initial meeting on the highway and at the car, they were quite different. Aside from this the stories themselves was enjoyable

Lumberjack Wolves

Enjoyed the characters and the storyline and best if all this is a complete set! That means no waiting or wanting the next book. If you enjoy shifter stories then this series will fit the bill. I would recommend.

? Where are the Lumberjack ?

I enjoyed the series but as surprised that the people were not really lumberjacks. They were more involved with the f fathers running the business end of the community.
I recommend the series and the characters as great reading. 🤗

Mates

Each shifter finds their mates, but did not expect them to be humans. Which was against the council. Most stayed off the grid.
