Another amazing series from the beloved and bestselling author...
When a prison escape takes place, she's called on to use her new abilities to help the real heroes get the villains back. A thing that leads to the worst thing Hannah de Peyser could ever imagine.
Betrayal .
In the end the question is, can Hannah survive, when reality is stolen from her? Could anyone?
P.S. Power works in fiction, mainly focusing on Fantasy, Science Fiction and Horror genres, with brief forays into other things just to keep life interesting. He averages 1 to 2 books monthly and has several series going. He lives in an isolated cabin in the middle of nowhere, as a recluse, yet still manages to find time to talk to people online, in a positive and delightful manner. Not one of those creepy hermit types though, you understand. It's more of an isolated farm style thing. Or ranch really. He's also interested in three dimensional photography, and long moonlit walks on the beach, sometimes with vampires. When he can find time he also does writing and voice work for scripted online programs. Anyway, feel free to drop him a line. Or visit his forum: http://pspowerbooks.com/phpBBF/index.php
In chatting with Dale over the past few weeks, it was decided that he was interested in blogging to you, his readers. The blog he had within the main site was not going to be a viable solution and there were thoughts of just creating a Forum where only he could post and everyone else could reply. This MOD is a nice meeting of the two for what will hopefully be a highly successful blog!
Hoping this first (and only) post by me will kick off a nice method of interaction with Dale's readers!

p.s. - Also going to try and get the feed that comes with this to feed into Amazon and Goodreads. Good luck to one and all!! ]]>
I found the first half of this book quite difficult to read, this was partly because of the number of characters and abilities that my poor old brain can’t keep track of, but also because for most of the book I didn’t feel the story was going anywhere and to be honest was a bit tedious at times. It seemed to be going over old ground and had lost some of the novelty that made this series interesting in the first place. Oh! I also could really have done without the time travel stuff. The last quarter of the book has a lot more going on, unfortunately not content with Super Powers, Daemons and Time Travel the author then had to throw in mind games. The author has taken this story somewhere I don’t really want to be, so I suspect I won’t be reading any more books in this series. If possible I would have given 1.5 stars.
A bit frustrated that I have to wait for the next book to find out more. Of course that just means it was a very good story! A rich girl who kept getting kidnapped decides to become proactive about her future being more in her control. Book 5 here is a continuation of her evolution in this quest. She has herself involved in helping different agencies defending the world from evil, plenty of action to keep you invested and the magic makes it all the more fun and interesting. Start with book 1, it'll be easier to follow the characters and is interesting enough that will be totally worth the time. 😁 Now Mr Powers, hurry along with book 6 please 😉
A lot of this author’s books ask the reader to accept eccentric behavior to open a whole world/universe of amazing, if dangerous, beings and situations. Also, most of their MCs accomplish incredible feats through hard work and focus, yet rarely see themselves as anything but insignificant beings.
Damsel is a prime example. She manages to find a relatively novel (and scared) method to capture others. The resultant pushback at the end throws everything into the air.
I hope the next book comes out really soon to see how this gets resolved.
The best bits are just glossed over, the boring everyday things are used as filler, the end is very unsatisfying. Frankly it seems like the author just didn't bother with it or lost his inspiration.
