The impact of COVID-19 has ushered in a remote working trend, in which virtual communication become a lifeline for many businesses across the world. Companies are now encouraging to move away from traditional conference calls to digital face-to-face sessions. Companies and individuals who adapt to this change will benefit.

The purpose of the book is to show how you and your company can maximize the benefits of virtual communication while minimizing the disadvantages. It helps you in improving your communication skills and to be better at conducting virtual meetings effectively.

It gives you a different perspective of seeing virtual conversations like real conversations and build a real connection with people on the other side of the screen. It offers some really effective tips that’ll make you conduct virtual meetings the right way, actively participate in it and get most from the meetings you attend.

I haven’t read any book this detailed on this topic. If you find it difficult to engage in virtual meetings or want to get better at it, then this is the right book to read.

Since Covid-19 most companies have shifted to virtual meetings so it is important for everyone to learn how to present onself in virtual meetings & this book does a superb job at that,

The Book is divided into 4 parts:
1. Engage
2. Preparation
3. Leading
4. Setting up

This is one of the most important communication book that I have read. It goes deeply into how to prepare, present and leave a strong impression during online meetings.

It's great book and one that should be read by all

Zoom calls as an art form

This was a very well written instructional book about the connections we can make with current technology and internet conferencing. From meeting a soul mate on an old plate form like MySpace to saving a car dealership 20 minutes of a business meeting, from Star Trek to Socrates, this book has it all.
