I didn't like this book at all and I am sad about it. Love this series and dystopian world but this book was as off as one could be.

I didn't understand why Shya was how she was. There was no backstory, she was downright creepy with her baby talk and it gave me creeps. I am shocked that Dirk didn't feel like pedophile when she said something like bo-boo? I mean creepy.

I feel like this book flew off course. I want to know what is going on around them. I mean they were sabotaged by their military or whatever secret service they worked for. I want to know what's up with that. What's going on, they are basically outcasts now.

There is so damn much to discover in this world and I feel author just let it slip through her fingers. I mean those cities, sectors.. some are not allowing Alphas in their city. This could be much more expanded and added to the story.

Currently I feel it all goes left but there are some small hints to go on.

Seeck and Novas story and relationship was only one I actually understood and they should have gotten at least second book, I felt so much was unresolved between them. That was the only chapter in here I loved because it was about them.

I hope next two books will have some kind of revelations and more concrete answers.

Unbalanced Omega is the third book in the Alpha Elite Series. I have read all three. Every time I’ve read the next new series addition, I find myself saying, “Oh, this one is the best. How can she top this? This one is my favorite!” Hah. Plainly put, they’re just all so damn good. That’s what it is.

This author is so adept at writing about emotions and describing a character’s internal dialogue. She shines at parsing out the nuanced connections between her male and female characters, finding all the beauty, the intense wonder in them you could want. I think only someone who thoroughly understands their own internal mechanics of the heart is able to express the same at such a high level for their written characters. When I read her books—as they say in the current vernacular—I get all the feels. I read her books and I’m just compelled to cry, feel poignancy, to laugh and clap with joy, twinge with fear, and melt with love. The author is that skillful. And that doesn’t even address the core-melting, steamy love scenes she writes! Physical and emotional bonding is the key feature of Alpha/Omega lifemate relationships and the author composes those scenes so delectably.

You can be sure I’ll be reading the rest of this series. Doesn’t matter if there are another three books or thirty-three books, I’m confident I’ll be enjoying and loving them all. I give Unbalanced Omega five stars, although it deserves way more. Read Unbalanced Omega and you’ll quickly discover for yourself how much you love strong but caring Alpha Dirk and his sweet lifemate Shya as they work with their friends to identify and bring down the evil in their Omegaverse world. I received an ARC copy of this book to read and I am providing my honest review.

VT Bonds is back with book 3 of the Alpha Elite series and just like the first two, this one was great. Lots of growly, barely restrained alpha males brought to their knees by a wee slip of a girl.

SHAYA
Shaya goes through some horrific experiences at the hands of some cruel people at a medical facility that seems to be holding quite a few females captive.

She wakes up in a kind of hos[ital but these people are not there to make her feel better.
Nope, they’re there to experiment and torture.
And due to the immense amount of emotional and mental abuse, Shaya regresses back to being a child when experiencing overwhelming emotions.
Crying out for her mother and the alpha she’s never met.

I got a very strong ‘Little’ vibe from her and your heart melts when she tries so desperately to understand what she feels and tries to figure out how to deal with it.

PTSD, peeps. Just awful :-(

I purr. Instinct demands I soothe and fix the problem. “What’s wrong, Little One?”Her face scrunches up and her arms cross over her chest. I step forward, but she doesn’t welcome me any closer. “No shower!” “You don’t want to shower?” “No shower!”She stomps her foot and glares at the wall, depriving me of her expressive eyes. After a deep breath, I study her. Defensive posture. Petulant attitude. “Shya, it’s time to shower,” I keep my voice firm but gentle, hoping her response will change. “No shower!”Another stomp.

But that doesn’t stop her from demanding what she wants, lol.
So freakin’ cute, she’s the tiniest, sweetest wee thing.!

DIRK
This alpha is my favourite of the guys so far.
He is extremely sweet and tries desperately to control his primal urge to just mount and claim when he realises that his Omega needs more time and a gentler touch.

He has had a cold and lonely childhood and it’s beautiful to see that he finally gets the connection with someone that he’s been craving his entire life.
The mating bond.

I was gonna say that I’d love a mating bond but there is no way my husband would be okay with the shit that I feel from one minute to the next! Lol.

SEX SCENES
I held on by a thread while she explored me with her hands and mouth, but this? This shatters every ounce of self-control I possess. “Don’t move,” I manage to growl, hanging on to the worry in her eyes like a lifeline. Maybe if I focus on her discomfort, I’ll be able to take this slow. She whimpers, her thighs shaking with the effort of staying poised above me. The resulting vibrations along my shaft urge me to force her all the way down on me, but I manage to halt my hands after only a little tug. Her nails flex into my chest. My muscles jerk, cramming more of my wide cock into her tight pussy. She gushes around me despite her obvious distress, and I lose it. Staring into her astonished face, watching as delirium overtakes her, I yank her all the way down on me. Her squeal of pain breaks my heart, even as the Alpha in me revels at my mastery. I clamp my fingers into her hips, trying to give her a moment to adjust to my girth, only for her to shock me yet again. In a wildly sensual movement, one of her hands leaves my chest and strokes the huge bite mark on her shoulder. Glorious fire sets my heart ablaze as I catch the residual wave of lust through our bond, and I have no choice but to lift her up and cram her back down around me. My fragile and sensitive Omega hid an erotic, insatiable minx. Setting up a rhythm much more brutal than I had planned, I snap my hips up again and again, burrowing my cock into her sopping vice as many times as I can before my knot inflates. Feeling the warning surge in the base of my spine, I wrap one arm around her back, clutching her nape and forcing her down onto me. I brace for her screams of terror as pleasure swamps me, my knot ballooning behind her pubic bone. Instead, her eyes grow impossibly wider with wonder before they glaze over. Her orgasm steals my breath and vision with its perfection.

Final thoughts on UNBALANCED OMEGA by VT Bonds
This one had some interesting developments that have my curiosity piqued and I’m looking forward to the next one as it seems like the next bond isn’t going to go very smoothly at all.

This story... omg I fucking loved it! I think everybody needs to get this book and read it right fucking now! If you don't you are missing out on one hell of a story! I can't say enough good things about this book and if I could give it more stars I would!

Dirk... holy hell this Alpha is everything you want in an Alpha! He is so tender and caring for his omega. It brings tears to your eyes seeing how tender and delicate he is with her life thread in his huge hands, how very protective of her he is even before he meets her.

Shya... oh lord the trauma she has suffered is horrendous and while it hasn't shattered her... I think it came very close to doing so. The only thing saving her was her link to Dirk. She comes across as very sweet and innocent... almost childish at times when she becomes overwhelmed with situations and emotions, other times she is so very fierce and strong. I loved her so much and I look forward to learning more about her and the other omegas in future books.

This book has left me with so many more questions... and I need answers! I so can't wait for the next book in the series. Its going to be one hell of a book from the hints we get about it in this book. If you haven't started this series yet I highly recommend you go get these books and get caught up on this story before the next book releases!

I absolutely loved Dirk and Shya. They could have not been better matched. Much like the prior matings we have seen in this series, the Alpha and Omega bond is a profound connection at the physical, emotional, and mental level. Shya, despite her trauma and the horrible treatment she has experienced, still has kindness in her heart. She needs a nurturer like Dirk and their pairing was spectacular. Shya is the delicate yet valiant mistreated Omega that comes into her inner Amazonian with a little help from her loving Alpha. Dirk is this gigantic beast with a tender loving heart. His pain and suffering from being separated from his Omega is visceral. I felt for him, especially how he struggles with his internal conflicts. I felt a familial strong love-infused connection between the Omegas that gave them an aura of a tight-knit tribe. Overall I am super excited for this book as it expands on the story of the Alpha elites and their journey to find their lifemates. With each book I feel more and more invested with the characters V.T. Bonds shares with us as the series develops. I cannot wait for the next book!

This is the third book in the Alpha Elite Series and like all of this Author’s Omegaverse books, this one ended way too soon and left me wanting more. I always love the storyline of life mates and the alpha/omega dynamics and this one did not disappoint.

This book is Dirk and Shya’s story. Dirk is an alpha elite, and Shya is an omega who needs rescuing. What she had to endure before her rescue made my heat ache, but don’t fear, Dirk will do anything to claim her and make her whole again. When Dirk rescued her, the way he did it made me smile and laugh all at the same time. As you keep reading there will be many heartwarming scenes that will leave you smiling. Their chemistry is also smoking hot. In this book as well, the author weaves characters from previous books into the storyline and it always feels like visiting old friends.

In closing, this author has created another wonderful story with wonderful characters. I would definitely recommend this book and series!

I have received this ARC book via BookFunnel and I am providing my honest review!

Just when I think I can’t love VT Bonds writing anymore, she goes and writes Dirk and Shya’s story to make me love it even more. Now this one isn’t as dark as VT’s others in the Alpha Elite series, but it’s just as amazing. Dirk being the gentle giant Alpha (compared to his brothers) and Shya is his perfect match. I loved how tender these two characters are, which is a stark contrast to the others and refreshing because it shows that this author isn’t afraid to shake things up and continue writing outside the box. VT continues to pull me into the storyline even further with her vividly descriptive storyline - each book I can clearly paint the scene and characters. I can’t wait to see what she brings to my kindle for Jumoke’s and Vander’s stories!

*****I received an arc of this story directly from the author in exchange for my honest review*****

This series for me has such a special place in my heart. I fell in love with not only these Alphas, but each and everyone of these Omegas. The writing in this book so stellar that you can’t help but be immersed in the story. You feel these characters connection. You experience the angst and heartbreak that they feel for one another. It’s so beautiful!! Never have I have I ever read an Omegaverse series like this. Waiting for Dirk was so worth it!! If you haven’t met the Alpha Elite yet you need to! Take a chance.. experience V.T’s Omega world like never before. Watch Dirk long for his life mate and connect with her so profoundly it makes your heart hurt but also so emotionally fulfilled and complete at the same time. It’s action packed, full of angst and the slow burn build up is so worth it because these Alphas know how to throw down.🔥🔥
I promise you won’t be disappointed...

5 star's just doesn't do justice for this book. This is the 3rd book in the Omegaverse series and wow did this arthur write an amazing book. She has such a way of making you feel what their feeling ugh the emotional turmoil.

Dirk is such a kind and considerate you couldn't ask for a better Alpha he's had to watch his other friend's and Alpha's find their lifemates and still hasn't found her, but he has a connection to her he just has to find her.

Shya is your quite and shy Omega and sometimes childlike tendencies with an underlying fierceness for her Alpha.
She has been through a lot that your heart just goes out to her when Dirk and his crew finally rescue her and other Omega's that had been held captive from the evil Dirk and his team are trying to destroy, but seems to stay one step ahead.

I can't wait to read what comes next and who it will be about your given clues in the book, but we'll have to wait and see.

Unbalanced Omega is the third book in the Alpha Elite Series and absolutely fantastic! Dirk and Shya were perfect for each other. Dirk is all alpha, yet he is gentle, caring, and protective with Shya. My heart hurt for Shya and everything she had endured. Dirk and Shya are incredible characters, with intense chemistry, and their story is captivating. I loved everything about this book and I’m so looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Alpha Elite

While entertaining, I still feel like there is not a lot of depth to these novels. They are a fun read, and a lot of dramatic scenes play out, but I don't feel like there is a lot of substance to the characters. It might just be me but that is what I walk away with these.

I liked this book, but I didn’t loooove it, hence the 3 stars. It’s a good addition to the Alpha Elite series, but it’s not as good as the first book.

We met Shya in the last book, when she formed some type of bond with Britani just before the train accident. Like Britani, she has been subjected to cruel medical testing. However, when she gets overwhelmed, which is often, she becomes more childlike. Dirk, her lifemate, is very patient with her and I was ultimately happy that he got his HEA.

Let me see. . . . How to explain my thoughts about this book . . . On the one hand, Shya was getting on my nerves with her seemingly constant crying and uber childlike behavior (e.g., “didn’t anyone take care of your booboos?”). Sure, she went through something horrific, but it was still grating on my nerves no matter how much I tried to sympathize with her. The overarching storyline wasn’t advanced much at all in this book. And there was a chapter between Seeck and Nova that was completely unnecessary. It didn’t add anything to the book, or wade deeper into character development. I was perplexed as to why it was even there.

When I read a book, I mentally give them all 3 stars when starting, and we go up or down from there. Part of my rating is how do I feel after reading the book? After this book I was just meh. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it either. Since I had nowhere to go, the 3 star rating remained. I still recommend the series. If you’re on the fence about the omegaverse genre, this is a good series to kind of “break you in,” as it’s not hardcore omegaverse. Just a few “eeewww” moments here and there.

This book was the hardest book for me to read. The writing was great, but the FMC was YUCK!
So I LOOOVE Dirk! He's the gentle giant whom I would probably pick out of the pack to be my lifemate. His lifemate is Shya.
Shya was in an accident and then captured. Shya was not really tortured extensively if considered the first 2 Omega's; Nova & Britani. Though, Shya regressed mentally and started screaming out for her "mommy".
So I know Omegaverse gets bad wrap for having a daddy/daughter fantasy thing going on. But hey to each their own. But this one was a little too much on the line for me personally.
1. Shya is so small Seek even joked to Dirk "Is that a child your holding?" She's literally tiny
2. She is whiny, child like, child minded. The author portrays this as innocent, but I do not.
3. Shya is the epidemy of damsel in distress
I just can't with Shya. Maybe if she didn't come across so childlike, I would like it, but I just can't. And I'm beyond upset this is Dirks lifemate.
Though I didn't like the FMC, the writing is always good. But this book is all about the SMUT. That I don't like. I feel like from the 1st book to now, the books are getting more smuttier than storyline based or connection based. I'm hoping the rest of the series gets back on track.

Really, I can only repeat myself. This series consists of only great books. This one is not an exception. As in all books so far, there is a sense of foreboding and eeriness when we read about the experiments conducted on Omegas (still we do not know by whom or why). Also, it remains yet to be seen who betrayed/framed the elite team and why. Shya is very sweet and Dirk is perfect for her. Although, in comparison to Nova and Britani that we know their "powers", Shya does not seem to have anything special except for her bright pink eyes :) I am really curious about Jumoke and his mate, and how their story is going to go! I mean, there was not a hint in the previous books that he didn't want a lifemate, and I am really curious how she looks like. One thing is for sure. All models on the cover of each book look like exactly how the heroins are being described in the books. That is something that rarely happens from my experience and a detail that I really appreciate.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I received this book free for an honest ARC. First let me start by saying “Wow”. I love VT Bond’s idea behind this amazing series. I enjoy a good Omega series and Lady Bond has hit a home run with this series. I like stories that aren't going to fit perfectly into what we seem to think is believable - isn't that why we choose to read fantasy books. This story has many things a fan looks for in the Omega genre. It's sensual, exciting, and action packed. The author gave life and meaning to each character and surroundings that I couldn’t wait to see each chapter unfold. The emotions between Dirk and Shya are so steamy you can feel it coming off the pages. There are so many characters that add to the story and each series has been epic. This a well written paranormal, romance, and suspense story. Open your mind and get ready to dive deep into some hot reading. A definite must read for Omega romance readers!

Hmmmm, not exactly sure what to make of this series. So far, the first book has been the best one although I had hopes that the second and third books in the series would get better. Unfortunately they didn’t get better for this reader. In this one our main female character, Shya, was too much of a cry baby. I get that she went through some unpleasant things, some very UNPLEASANT things, but I felt like she was either crying or tears were falling from her face on EVERY PAGE. Must the Omegas in this series always have such horrible things happen to them? Can one of them be strong? Maybe its me and I don’t understand this genre.

After all the brokenness of Shya, she sure seemed to bounce back quickly after being with Dirk for such a very short period of time. Again, maybe I just don’t understand the Alpha/Omega relationship.

I like all of the Alphas in this series and want them to find their Omegas and be happy but come on, get a backbone Shya.

Wow oh just Wow! I love this series but each book gets better and better. Each of the alpha elite men have their own personalities as does each of the omegas, which can be difficult when dealing with such a large cast. But VT Bonds does a great job of making you care about the characters and creating very different but interesting backstories. In this book I learned more about Dirk who is a sweetheart. And Shya is so interesting. The story really keeps me sucked in trying to figure out the bottom line of what these experiments are all about, how these men's omegas all seemed to be caught up in it and how the elite plan to fix it. The tenderness and caring shown in this book after the trauma that Shya has suffered is heart warming, but it also shows the strength and resilience she has.

Great 3rd book and definitely a great match.

★ Mental and heart-heavy angst ★

Review Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars - A lifemating link bonds Shya to her Alpha male, the one she still has not put a face to. But on Dirk’s side, he and his team of Elites has no choice but to deal with a traitor who seems determined to sabotage their missions, an Alpha Elite follows their command without question. Dirk protects her the only way he know how, but her fear, loneliness, and despair is swamping her, she is just an innocent, delicate, childish Omega. A lot of mental and heart-heavy angst is described, but there is a cherished reunion to look forward to as well as a physical connection to her mate when the Alpha Elites hunker down and do what needs to be done. Looking forward to continuing this series!

Sexy and Sweet!

I absolutely loved this story!

Shya’s situation broke my heart but her fierceness and ability to keep surviving made me love her and keep hoping things get better for her.

Dirk is one sexy alpha male who I wouldn’t mind licking! Even though he is strong, fierce and demanding, he is also sweet and tender to his omega. He would do anything for Shya and he is fiercely protective of her.

When Shya and Dirk are together they had my heart swelling with love for them. Their interactions are sweet, funny and very sexy. Their chemistry oozed off the pages and melted my kindle.

The story was captivating and had me begging for more in the end.

I can’t wait to read the next book in this series as they are all fabulous and so very entertaining to read.

Omega Verse

Hero: I really don’t think he was much of a hero…. More like a horny needy teen. I just couldn’t get a good feel on him.

Heroine: She was an emotional basket case which rightfully so after what happened but still. She seemed like a child who wasn’t ready for a mate in the least bit.

Best part of the book: I really didn’t like this book

Worst part of the book: The book went downhill slowly and to be honest I read this only to read it hoping it would get better, it didn’t. The Alphas each got less Alpha as east story happened to where now the only thing asking them Alphas are knotting and claiming. I quit reading the series after this book.

Relying on the bond

Love how we see some of the same characters from the first two books, though it does take me a bit to remember who everyone is. The overaching theme for this series will keep you tuned in, every book we learn more and more about the big bad.

Though this book was sad and the omega went through alot she was extremely strong. She still has a long road ahead but she has an alpha who will love her and protect her. Throughout the book and also in the first book they rely heavily on their connection through their bond. It really showcases how connected they are😍

The Detailed Storyline Continues

What can I say but⚡, V.T. has done it again. Amazingly detailed in both the plot and the emotions of the two main characters, Shya and Dirk. As with the previous books in the series they learn how to reach each with both verbal and non-verbal communication. Dirk is extremely patient with Shya as he knows she has been through tremendous trauma. Watching their love go from a distant deep feeling to blossoming into a beautiful flower 🌻 that we all can admire and achieve. I am really hoping to find out more about the BAD guys and what they want with the Omegas. I have my suspicions? On to Book 4

Dirk finds his lifemate

Shya is petite and childlike when she reverts to a time when she was safe. It takes a moment or two to realize that is the cause, and that she is not childlike in her thoughts. Before I realized that, I was disturbed. Thinking that Dirk would be taking advantage of someone who did not understand. Luckily that was not the case. Shya proved she is an adult and capable of making decisions. It kinda irked me that the author made the small petite woman childlike and shy/innocent because being small does not mean those things. But with that said, I feel that these characteristics fit Shya's personality.

They were lost but then they found each other…

The Alpha Elites’ story continues with Dirk and Shya. Dirk and Shya were made for each other. Shya is a broken omega and you can’t help but love her. Dirk is a big bad alpha. They balanced each other souls. As they adapt to each other while as they work their way through missions and life. I don’t know how VT Bonds does it! She has expanded the story of Alpha and Omega into a world that expands over several 3 books. I would recommend this book to all the omegaverse readers.

Amazing ride, and what a set up!

The story is beautiful. And heart wrenching. It's gritty and ugly, and hard to read soemtimes. It feels glossed over and distant, but in a protective way. The trials that they go through forge a bond so strong that you cheer in your soul when they are united. She struggles, he helps. She wants, he gives. He needs, she loves. It's beautiful.

The ending felt rushed (I wanted more), until I realized that it was a setup for the next installment. Now I'm impatiently waiting for the next story.

Dirk gets his Omega

Book 2 leaves the craving of Dirk finding his Omega especially after he saves her from dying in that major accident that did kill Britani. Only Britani comes back, now the urgency to get to Dirk's life mate is critical. The overall story went by too quickly and to see the gentleness of Dirk's care of Shya just melts the heart. I am addicted to this series of the Alpha Elite and their Omegas. It will be quite interesting to see how the remaining Alpha Elite team encounter their mates along with the continued couples.

In Unbalanced Omega, V.T. Bonds drags us deeper into the Alpha Elite world and into the darkness that is consuming each alpha's life mate. This time Dirk's life mate, Shya, is brought back from the dead and is the focus of dehumanizing experiments. Dirk is the poster boy for Alpha brawn and aggression, but the level of tenderness and protectiveness that he envelopes Shya in is so sweet and heartbreaking. Dirk lives and breathes for his Shya, but one can't help but feel an ominous cloud is coming to challenge all the Alpha Elites and their mates.
