I have read 48 of these and this is the only one that made me cry

I actually have no clue how Crane does it, but each book is better than the last one. This one... Well, it made me cry.

Fast paced, epically heart wrenching, and cathartic with twists that defy the laws of physics. I’m still suffering from the emotional whiplash.

This is the conclusion of maybe the darkest story arc to date with Sienna’s continued battle with addiction and struggle to find her place in the world. If pain is needed for growth, then this book hurts in all the best ways.

A great combination of old favorite characters and a lot of the newer characters (many of which are fast becoming favorites). The shifting and blurred line between ally and enemy kept me turning pages when I should have been sleeping.

Looks like the road ahead is pretty rough and I can’t wait to see where it goes.

HOME - #48 Review As been said in a commercial “Takes a beating but still goes on ticking” - a hint or preview, take your pick

Sienna has been good lately staying just on the correct side of the law in her dealings with scumbag meta-humans. However things are about to change with everyone piling on at the same time.
Even her old flame Harry Graves can’t see a way forward out of the coming doom for our heroine, but she presses forward regardless of her own limitations.
Instead of taking on Escaped Meta-Human convicts directly, Sienna drags the one person less likely to help but is the only one with the powers which may help in the conflict – whether or not is said help would be enough.
In the title “Home” Sienna has been longing to return to her roots in Minnesota, but Governor Shipley who has an unhealthy hate towards our heroine, attempting to thwart any efforts to come to a conclusion of problems created by the fugitives.
Because Sienna is who she, is as destined to fight the good fight her own way, with or without help, regardless of the consequences.
For a while with Akiyama controlling of time Sienna comes up with a plan which may work – but no guarantees.
This saga with keep you up page by page until the end with the reader loosing sleep…..whose end you ask….there in is the story waiting to unfold .

Another clean 5 Star Epic from the brain of Robert J Crane

ok

The story is pretty good, but frankly, same old. Everyone against her when she tries to help. Her making bad choices. Mysterious (to the characters anyway) big bads in the background, all going to take her down, and they will rule everything. It’s been interesting to read this series, and except for some bad choices that I see enough in real life I have no desire to read about them, I like Sienna a lot. Not sure if I have the desire to keep reading it though. It’s all gloom and doom for her, and the author doesn’t seem inclined to make things better for her ever. I realize things can’t go great all the time and still have a story, but it’s really getting a bit ridiculous. Guess I’ll wait for the next one to decide if I still have the desire to read the train wrecks. It’s not all bad, though. Has been an interesting series to read.

Wow

All I can say is wow. This story was riveting. Sienna finds out why Harry broke up with her! She does a thing that I absolutely didn't see coming. Home can only truly mean Minnesota is involved. I did not see the twists coming. Unexpected help, surprising villains, and the surprising return of a few characters from previous books, makes this story absolutely amazing. I really want to know what happens to a few of the characters, I want to see all of Sienna's crew especially, but Cube and other villains too. This was definitely an end to the Minnesota meta arc, but not to the worldwide meta story. I wonder who will come next?

Score!

Once again Sienna Nealon saves the day and makes the target on her back bigger. After being blamed for destruction and chaos after a jailbreak at the Cube, she ultimately goes back to Minnesota to save the twin cities from the bad girls. In the end Governor Shipley learns the truth about Sienna and tries to get her to come home again but Sienna tells her off and stays in Tennessee. Harry comes out of his coma but has bad news as he knows this was just the beginning of the end for our hero. Why can’t she just have peace once and for all? Can’t wait to read future books to find out what the future holds for Sienna. Great books and very addictive!

I had to wait for a little while for this book but it was well worth it, my sleep is important to me so it was very hard to put this book down last night. I really enjoyed this one it was almost as good as Sienna's time in Scotland which I always thought was the best of the series. No spoilers here but in this book Sienna finally gets it right this time. I don't know how long this series will go on but I have a feeling we'll be seeing a change in Sienna, a more mature and confident woman. I hope the series will go on and we will see Sienna do some traveling and helping people around the world where she isn't quite so well known. No matter what I never get tired of her adventures.

What the!

OK I was actually crying at the end of this book. But I don’t wanna spoil it for anybody so I won’t give the details. All this to say, Mr. Crane, you did it again! I think every single book you come up with is better than the previous and I can’t wait to read the next one. I love this series and I know eventually it has to end, but I really wish it wouldn’t. Thank you! You are an amazing author and you have such a wonderful and exquisite imagination to come up with all these different stories. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.

Forty eight books and still Robert Crane is right on the money. The emotional rollercoaster I just took reading Home leaves me with a sense of whiplash, wanting more, and needing time to process.

Sienna of course saves the day. Like she has in the last forty seven books. This one is no different but takes a different toll on her. As always, in the end she has the support of her friends and family.

Reading Crane make some of the "bad guys" not so bad guys to come together to help Sienna was a nice change. I thoroughly enjoyed Home and can't wait for the next one to come out.

Excellent read (as usual)

As an avid fan of the series from it's inception, I must say that Sienna rarely let's me down. I pre buy every upcoming book and am thrilled and excited when I see that Sienna has popped into my Kindle library again. I only read for entertainment and read action/fiction almost exclusively. Mr. Crane's "Slayqueen" always fills the bill. Thank you Mr Crane. You make my day a little brighter!

One of His Best

I can't wait for one of these books to be available, but then I read 450 pages in three hours and have another long wait. Mr. Crane needs to write faster or I need to slow down and savor. I really thought Sienna was finished. Was non stop action from first page, highly recommend.

Skillfully written!

It’s really good! I say skillfully because only the creator of Sienna Nealon could think up these crazy plots! But, they are unputdownable! I kind of get a bit tired of all the hate for Sienna, but like our actual POTUS TRUMP, it seems the great always get sh*t on. Very must read, but ya need to start at book one!

Another excellent one!

Another amazing installment in the series! Crane writes such action packed scenes but also really lets you into Sienna’s head. Looking forward to seeing what Sienna is thinking in the next one after the wild adventures she had after FINALLY getting to return home, even though it wasn’t in the way she expected.

Amazing. Love it!

Wow. This is what I've been waiting for! I love the instant jump into the plot and focusing on it, it's a fresh take on this series' storytelling. Also, even though it was easy to figure out the best course of action on how she can solve the issue, the limitations were unexpected and fitting, great thinking there! (I don't want to spoil.)

Amazing. Love it

HOLY SCHIZZLE!

I'll be honest. I don't have words for this book which will do it justice other than to say it is epic. Completely and utterly epic.

That is all.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

favourite book yet!

This book has all the characters that have been in the background come back in full force. I couldn’t put the book down with so many twists and turns! 48 books in and reading them all was totally worth it to read this book

Hot damn, this was a hell of a book to read. Hit about every mark at Mach One and kept getting faster. Reminded me of the early books with punch-you-in-the-face savagery and merciless ass-kicking in Sienna's finest form. Cannot wait to see what Book 49 brings.

Start with WOW...

... And go from there. All throughout this book I was sure that this was the end of Sienna. I did not see nor imagine how she was going to escape this time. I could not put this one down and I expect no one else will be able to either. A very captivating book.

Another great episode....

Our heroine/stupid girl doing her thing, saving people that hate her. If you are not here from the beginning, then get started with Girl In The Box, book one. Great action, lots of twists and turns, and loads of great characters ..

Loved this book

I may have cried during this one. I was not expecting any of this. Siena sure has been through it on this journey. Sometimes she really has very few that actually see who she is. It was nice to see that the few did though. I can't wait until the next one!

Home is hard

You get swept up with a character when you've been reading about her for all this time. If she was a real person, I would need to tell her that she is loved because someone needs to.

OMG!

Just when you think it couldn't get any better...it does! I honestly thought this was the end....but it's not! With more twists and turns than the longest biggest roller coaster I just can't get enough.

Holy Smokes … Intense, edge of seat, mind blowing/boggling story from start to finish! If you didn’t like Sienna in Crane’s other books or thought the author had run out of new or interesting material to add to her tale … READ THIS ONE!!! On to #49 🙌🏻

I am so involved in this series! I complete one and can not wait to begin reading the next one. Sienna risks her life over and over in the attempt to save humanity who has attempted to kill her time and time again. Will Harry and Sienna be able to have a life together eventually....

Girl "out of the box"

This has been a quick fun read. A cross between fantasy and reality. Well blended, well written and a continuous story that makes you want to find out what happens next.

W O W !!

Non stop action all the way. There’s a limit to what our poor little non meta human hearts can actually take.

In all seriousness though this is one book that’s a MUST READ! All of the stars, all of the time.

OMG

Such a kick ass character. Sienna has all the right motives , yet so many misunderstand her. I don’t want to post a spoiler but this Oma had something in eyes towards the end.
