Story has loads of potential. As it is currently, it feels more like a rough draft some spots are really fleshed out and others skimmed over. Really liked that the lead guy was not an alpha, and even more that the alpha was a female. The characters mostly had good backstories but they needed a lot more fleshing out and explaination - some stuff is brought up but then kind of forgotten about. The excessive use of "time jump" was the thing I disliked the most as far as writing style. It is unnecessary to constantly point out a time jump, especially when it's "sometime later" or a few days later. The thing that made the least amount of sense was the female lead being on good terms with the guy who rejected her in the beginning, considering the things he did to her family and what she had done in return. But suddenly everythings cool? My biggest issue was that it ended abruptly. Kinda felt like either the author got bored, got writers block or just wanted to be done.
