Uzziah: Mountain Man: The Making of a Mountain Man: A Tenth Mountain Man Adventure

Rate this book
The tenth " Mountain Man" adventure from JJ Bonham has arrived!

The newspaper article promised by the scribbler, Austin Fielder, was finally published and it recounted how Immanuel and Uzziah had killed the undersheriff in Saint Loius, but said nothing about the forgiving side of Immanuel as he was reunited with his Mandan family.

Dodgers were put out with a reward of $1000 a piece for the two mountain men, and as fate would have it, takers started showing up, trying to kill the two.

With the help of other mountain men friends, they made it to the settlement where Standing Bear and some Crow Indians had gathered. The boys decided to give themselves up. On the way to St. Louis, they were arrested by the Pinkertons for the murder of Agent Robert Spells. They were tried in Chicago in front of a federal judge, and things did not look well for Uzziah and Immanuel. Join the adventuresome duo as they run against the grain of law enforcement and run directly into the gallows.

Will all be lost, or will one of them turn state’s evidence to free himself?

The Long Goodbye

The last and best in the Uzziah Mountain Man series. Lots of action, adventure, reunion with long lost family and final goodbye. If you've read the rest of the series, you've got to read this one. I definitely recommend it!
