Overcoming Post-Infidelity Stress Disorder is a one of the most general or simple books I’ve read about infidelity. It’s almost like a checklist. You’re told what to do and quick why, it doesn’t go too in-depth about it. It’s very basic and surface-leveled. I think it’s good for people who want to know what to do to overcome the phase in life as quick as possible, without having to fully understand the psychological aspect of it. You can finish this book in just a couple of hours.
