character development was pretty lacking, and the plot could have been explored further, but okay read overall

Out there in a parallel universe is a version of me that does chemistry for a living and I honestly feel a lot of sexual tension with her

I know to my core that nothing in this textbook will ever be applicable to my life after this test. But it is nice knowing how much less ochem is tested on the Mcat compared to college courses. If any Mcat victim reads this, a word of advice: most reactions in chapters 5-10 are basically identical in their mechanisms, it’s usually just the reactants that change. knowing that makes memorizing them a bit easier. Except Strecker and Gabriel Syntheses. Wth.

My favorite of the MCAT books… nevertheless, one star deduction for anticipatory trauma
