For full disclosure, I have a story in this book. This was the first Chicken Soup for the Soul book I ever read after receiving my contributor copies. I submitted my story because my mother loved the series more than any other, and it was easy to see why. The stories take you through a range of emotions where you connect with each contributor in a different way. The stories are endearing, heartfelt, and authentic. I recommend this book for all readers.

This definitely encouraged me to be more grateful and I probably cried but honestly don't remember. That's what I get for writing the review 3 months later. It's chicken soup - I'm a fan no matter the topic <3

Took a little to get into initially and ended up enjoying reading a few stories before bed each night. I liked the quotes before each story and overall theme of the book.
