A very cute little Star Trek book for the next generation of Trekkies! I can't wait to read it to my daughter!

Delighted to have this be my first book of 2024. The art is very lovely, and the words included are a good set to start off with, I think. I'm certainly going to have to do a refresher of how to pronounce everything before I read this one aloud, but I think it's a very fun, silly read for adults and kids alike.

Particularly pleased to see two pages dedicated to body parts and two pages dedicated to numbers (1-10). Those'll be the easiest ones to include in day-to-day life.

Still giggling over the last page, which is "petaQ" (or P'takh). The translation is simply "[CENSORED]". Absolutely the best way to end the book!

This was a lot of fun, and will make my sister squirm when I give it to my nephew... making it more fun.

Once in awhile you see a book at the local library that calls out to you to be read. This is one such book (at least for Trekkers). Imagine a board book that instead of teaching ABCs, it teaches some basic words in Klingon. Yes!

Do I have a baby?? Nope. Will I ever have a baby?? Fuck no. Am I going to continually come back to this little book because the art is fucking adorable even though I'm probably pronouncing some of the words wrong?? Yep.

A wonderful educational tool for my baby and me. Cute drawings and a clean design. Great Trekkie references inside too, the Klingons did Romulus dirty with this one.

I loved how there was a picture of a human with the caption "alien" (its "nov")
