Beautiful illustrations ! My toddler grandson loves reading this book with me. Having been blessed with a copy of this book, I so appreciate all the time the author put into it. Great book to share with your little one.
This is such a colorful interactive children's ABC book! My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves singing her ABC's and now she can trace the letters as we sing along. The whole design of the book is fantastic! Highly recommend! Thank you Chieu we appreciate your creativity!
I love this book in so many ways. It’s the alphabet, it encourages tracing/spelling the letters, it has cool animals not everyone has seen before, and it doesn't have X-ray Fish for X! (Always an important qualifier for me.) Not to mention the illustrations are cute and with each animal is the mention of their habitat or where they are often seen. Just a great, everyone-can-learn-something book.
There's no wordplay or rhyming. The illustrations are fine but unremarkable. The hints for tracing letters don't match how anyone would actually write a the letter; who writes a capital N starting at the top left?
As for a tactile experience, the inset letters are so wide that if you trace the letters you don't even feel the inset part. I wish the darkened parts that indicate where to trace were the only parts that were inset.
The full alphabet on the last page was nice for practicing reading letters.
