Diana thinks Lord Vincent is the one responsible for getting her dad arrested. That pushes them apart for seven years… but they loved each other so much. Especially Vincent, he was devoted to her. I liked this story, it’s my favorite so far! Four stars.

Gia Bailey has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Diana and Vincent. Diana and Vincent had been in love when they were younger. Then something happened that caused her father to be arrested and she and her mother to lose everything. Diana blamed Vincent for what happened and when she saw him, she told him that she hated him and never wanted to see him again. Now seven years later, he walks into her tattoo shop and her last customer hears her sharp intake of breath and turns to see she has turned white in the blink of an eye. "What's wrong, princess? he asked, as he turns to look at Vincent. He didn’t belong here. It was cartoonishly obvious that Vincent Langbrooke, Count of Dunmore was from a different world. “What can I help you with, pal?” he asked Vincent, stepping forward and getting into his space. “I have business with the proprietor of this establishment,” Vincent said, money and class dripping from his every word. That accent chilled her, transported her back to the hallowed halls of her childhood when she was someone like him. “Aye, well, that means you have business with me too,” Fergus said and stilled as she touched his arm. He looked down at her, his eyes filled with fatherly concern, though it wasn’t something she was familiar with. she’d only just lost her father six months ago. She tells Fergus that it is okay, that she knows him. He looks at her clearly unconvinced. I'm serious she tells him. “Why are you here?” she demanded, with no little edge to her tone. Vincent stared at her, his face impassive. She spun around and headed into the shop. She couldn't let Vincent know what seeing him again was doing to her. “Diana,” Vincent said quietly, an appeal for me to turn and meet that stormy gaze. “What do you want? “Diana, look at me,” Vincent insisted. Somehow his words still twisted inside of me and tugged me into obedience. I turned because I wanted to see him again, I told myself. I was curious, after so long. “Happy? What are you doing here Vincent?” she demanded. I came to see you, he said. “I’m surprised you can recognize me.” “I’m not. You’re the same,” he said flatly. “What else do you want?” “To talk. I have a proposal for you, and I wanted to give you my condolences in person. I didn’t come to the funeral-,” “Good. I wouldn’t have wanted you there,” she said sharply. “I didn’t want your flowers or message either. I didn’t want to hear from you, full stop. I still don’t.” “Regardless, I’m here, and we will speak. You can’t avoid me, Diana. I mean to speak with you, and I will,” he said with quiet conviction. She tells him fine but not there, somewhere public. He takes her to an upscale restaurant. She is not too happy with the restaurant and the looks she is getting but she holds her head up high. Vincent won't tell her what he wants until after they eat. After they eat, she wants to know what he wants. He tells her that he wants her to marry him for a year and give him a baby. After the year they can divorce and she can have everything back she lost when things happened with her father. She can't believe what he just said. She walks out of the restaurant and down the street. He catches up to her and tells her to think things over and to give him her answer the next night at dinner. She doesn't sleep thinking about what he said and she thinks she and her mom are doing good. Things are not like they had been but they were making it. She is at dinner with Vincent when she gets a call from the hospital telling her that her mother is there. Vincent takes her to the hospital and Diana goes in to see her mother. She finds out that her mother passed out at work. With the hospital bill, Diana knows she has to agree to marry Vincent. The next day, Diana moves all her and her mother's things to Vincents. After she gets them there, she goes to pick up her mother from the hospital. When she and Vincent talk later that night, he tells her that the wedding will be the next day. It is not a big wedding, just the witness at the Mayfair Registry office. They all went back to the townhouse for brunch and Vincent was glad when everyone left. He wanted to get Diana alone so that he could have her as he wanted. Diana tries to lock down the feeling she still has for Vincent but it is hard. He was the one she loved but now she doesn't know what she feels. The next morning, Diana gets a visit from Vincent's mother and it is not a good one. She is told some things that hurt her and make her mad at the same time to realize that Vincent and her mother had been lying to her for the past seven years. Vincent's mother has a smile on her face when she leaves. Diana walks out of the townhouse. She doesn't know where she is going or what she is going to do. Vincent calls her and all she wants to know is if what his mother told her was true. He tells her it was. She tells him a few more things and then hangs up on him. She goes to her friend Elliot's house and spends the night there. Vincent calls everyone he can think of to call to find her but no one knows where she is. Diana's mother comes to Elliot's house to talk to Diana after Elliot called her. Her mother tells her the truth about what happened with her father and it wasn't Vincent who turned him in.
Will learning the truth change how Diana feels about Vincent?
Will Diana and Vincent work things out and let go of the past?

'Vincent' by Gia Bailey is the third book in her Spoiled Royal series and tells the story of Diana, a tattoo artist, and Vincent, titled, rich, and her sworn enemy. Seven years ago life was perfect, they were neighbors, best friends and in love. Then everything changed...for Diana. Diana's father, Arthur, lost his wealth and place in society because of George, Vicent's father. Diana and her family had to move from their house into a flat, she had to give up college, and get a job. Diana's love for Vincent turned to hate.

Seven years later, six months after her father passed away, Vincent walked into the tattoo shop where Diana works. Vincent has a proposition for Diana, have his child and she will get everything back that her father lost. What Diana doesn't know is that Vincent still loves her and wants her for keeps.

Ms. Bailey has written a fabulous addition to her series. Vincent and Diana have such a volatile history. I loved how Vincent took care of Diana for seven years and waited until her father died before approaching her so she could keep the hero image she had of her father. This story has drama, action, suspense, deciet, secrets, laughs, passion, and plenty of steam. I enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of drama with their romance. I can not wait for the next book.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! Diana is a woman running her own tattoo business in London, she used to live in a different world where money wasn’t an issue, and when she lost it all she decides to work hard to find her joy. Vincent sexy as all get out entitled Lord who gets what/who he wants when he wants it/them, he is being pressured into producing a heir but he refuses to marry just for that reason alone not when he can pay someone to get the same results. Vincent and Diana were together and when he decided to rip her heart out and stomp on it but also took her life away changing it forever. Now he is back wanting her to have his child after everything he put her through, but now he needs something she can’t walk away from which might be his idea because the chemistry is still insanely intense, the love/hate is definitely there and the magnetic pull is to strong to be ignored will she give in to his charm, will she take him up on his offer, will she make him pay for the hurt, is there more to what happened to her family then meets the eye, and can they find happiness the second time around?

Then her mother arrives to tell her the truth and that Vincent was not the one who turned her father in. Will the truth change her mind about Vincent? Will she give him a chance now? Will she trust him with her heart?

Vincent has keep secrets from Diana and he hopes to get her on his side so he can tell her exactly what happened all those years ago only to have those secrets told to her by a mean person close to Vincent. Things that happened with family tore them apart and she blamed him. She moved on, stronger for the tragedy. Vincent shows up at her tattoo parlor with a proposition for her. She does not want anything from him until she feels she has no choice. He has things to tell her and wants to win her back. Diana will have to decide if she can trust him and her heart. I liked Diana but Vincent took more work. He had me on the fence. The storyline was good. They get their happy future together.

Well written, smooth writing style that is pleasant to read. Good story, characters you can empathize with, lots of emotions,
tattoo artist Diana receives a visit from the past. After 7 years, her childhood sweetheart Vincent suddenly appears in her shop with a special proposal and the promise to make up for everything that happened in the past. Not everything in that past happened as Diana always thought, and maybe that;s the hardest thing of all.
There is only one thing I disagree with. In the blurb Vincent is called a badly behaved billionaire.I think he’s more of a softie. But Diana is definitely a feisty independent heroine

I absolutely enjoyed seeing the ups and downs of this story. While I recommend it to anyone looking for a second chance at love story, I would have enjoyed more details in the back story and then the development of the now. Read and see how Diana and Vincent’s story ends as I assure you will not be disappointed.

Vincent is a story that will have your heart run through the ringer. For seven years Diana has only known one truth and that is the love of her life betrayed her. Vincent loves Diana and would do anything for her, and for more that seven years he has, but now that things have changed he wants to make her his. Vincent is a story of truth being revealed, lies and secrets unraveling, and love rekindling.

I found Diana and Vincent's story to pulls me in and hold me tight. I gasped as Diana's mom explained what happen and who things went on. Vincent thought to be the bad guy, showed himself to be a great gentleman.

A great story of a brooding aristocrat and the sassy woman who completes him. Diana loathes Vincent with every fibre of her being, blaming him for her father’s fall from grace ten years before. He rocks up at her tattoo parlour with a proposition: marry him, produce an heir and she will be set for life. I really liked the way Diana’s inner conflict is explored as she reluctantly accepts Vincent (who she was in love with as a young woman) when her mother falls ill. Their path to their HEA is complicated by her inability to admit she still loves him and the secrets that have festered for ten years. A really good read.

Vincent and Diana were in love when they were younger until unforeseen circumstances tore them apart. Seven years later Diana gets an unexpected visitor in her tattoo shop it's Vincent telling her that he's going to make good on everything that happened he promises and he has a proposal for her. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this book to see what happens with them.

Vincent is actually what the author described in the summary...an obsessed OTT billionaire who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He does have some stalkerish tendencies but he’s determined to win back his one by becoming what she deserves.

A Love Story with Unexpected Happenstances.
I really liked this short story that packed in a lot of emotions over seven years. The author was good at knowing just when to summarize and keep the storyline moving along.
Her two main characters, Diana and Elliot had the perfect amount of angst and deep seeded longing for each other even after so much time. Their coming together was emotional and remained so even through the epilogue.
I’m recommending this book for your reading pleasure. PEACE.

This is a wonderful story of true love. The story is intertwined with flashbacks into the past to help understand the feelings of the main characters. The emotions felt by those characters can be felt throughout the writing and the revelations at the end just added to the depth of the characters. Well worth the read.

Not instalove, it’s endless love!
