"Life is meaningless without dharma. The heart has conquered the mind."

What an intriguing story! At some point in our lives, we have all come across some kind of mythological fiction. And by far, a retelling of these stories has been seen over and over in the form of books, short stories, movies, cartoons, etc. The beauty of these stories is they never stop being interesting. Such is the case with this book too.

The Wielder of the Trishul is the first book of the Deva-Asura Katha (God and Demon story) series. The story revolves around the Trishul of Lord Shiva who rests for centuries in Dhurva Lok. The big question is, who is capable of wielding the Trishul? Hence the conflict between Deva and Asura.

The book is very well written. Each chapter is made interesting with cliffhangers at the end. The story emphasises deception, loyalty, disputes, pride, supernatural weapons, curses, etc. It was no doubt an epic journey.

You might like to wander through a few artistic journals — they’re full of sparks and surprises.

2.5/5. The writing style is decent, but I felt the story and build up was an amalgamation of author’s inspiration from multiple books like Harry Potter, Game of thrones and few others, which makes the story highly predictable. I honestly am not excited for next book in the series, but I’d still read it just to see how many of my predictions are true.

I don’t think I’ll neither gift nor recommend this book.

 ➡ Enticing, intriguing and fascinating.

#Insight: The wielder of the Trishul is the first book of the Deva -Asura Katha. A very well written book that is highly engrossing and captivating that manages to entice the readers from the beginning. The beauty of the book lies in the diverse characters and crisp narration.

#Review:
The book is divided into three parts comprising of 47 chapters. Though the book is lengthy, it doesn't feel ardous as the chapters are short and narration crisp. The plot is set in a mythical planet of Dhruv Lok where rests lord Shiva's Trishul which has not been wielded by anyone in centuries. The plot is based on the three parts of Dhruv Lok, namely Siddha Lok, Bhuwar Lok and Angara. The story revolves around the kingdoms of these three Loks. The book is full of twists and turns with an element of mystery and thrill. The use of description and information is correctly measured and not over the top. Just with the right pace, the book is an absolute page turner. The author has created characters that are larger than life. All diverse and powerful. I loved the character of Vishamadeva. An air of subtle mystery and loyalty surrounded him. Other characters like Lakshya, Viraat and Vritra were very well developed. The book will definitely take you to the land where adventures and incidents will float before your eyes. The maps of the Loks and other images incorporated in the book adds value to it. The language creates a perfect imagery. The language is a perfect blend of eloquence and simplicity.
The title of the book does full justice and the cover page is absolutely eye catching.

#Strength: Lucid language and smooth narration. Larger than life characters. Short and crisp chapters. Beautifully illustrated cover page.

The Wielder of The Trishul: Deva Asura Katha by Satyam is a mysterious and magical saga of mythical fate, the final battle between the Daeva and Asura, who deserves to wield the most powerful weapon, Shiva's Trisul.
Mythological retelling is a genre that always excites me, presenting famous fairy tales, events from Hindu mythology in a whole new and exciting way. The characters are very well presented, and it is not at all confusing if the story unfolds in three different places. The story is very interesting and interesting. I really liked the genre of mythical stories.
Little Prince Virat, Commoner Raksha, and Princess Eindrtha train and hone their skills in Gurukul. At the same time, Britra trains to attain Trisul under the guidance of Shkracharaya Guru.
It was an incredible final when it came to the end and it exceeded my expectations.

___
📍The book begins with the map of dhruv, siddha & bhuvar lok. Further 47 chapters are divided into 3 parts.
Indra, the King of Devas, also known as the God of Thunder ⚡ has been praised as the highest God in 250 hymns of the #rigveda & the author aims at supporting this fact through his #hindumythology inspired katha.

The story begins with Dhruv, who at the tender age of 5, appeased Lord Vishnu & asked for a life spent in the memory & praise of God. Lord Vishnu was so pleased, that in addition to granting his wish, he gave the planet the name Dhruv- lok & Dhruv- Tara, the name with which we all are familiar was named this way. All this & many more interesting myths, lores & stories are weaved alongwith the creativity/ imagination of the author to make this book an interesting amalgamation for #mythofiction readers.

At the end of the book, we have a glossary of Indian Terms, which I think is very thoughtful & practical for the reader to better understand the story.

The Weilder of the Trishul Deva Asura Katha by Satyam Srivastava
A mystical, magical, mythological saga of fate, an ultimate battle between Deva and Asura, who will be the one worthy of wielding the most powerful weapon ever seen The Trishul of Lord Shiva.
Is it Prince Virat who is born with the legacy, Destined to be the one? Or is it Asura Vritra the most powerful warrior who trained his entire life with one goal to get hold of that Trishul or Someone else?

I just finished reading it and I am stunned silence, it was a Magnificent read the writing, the plot, the narration, the characters, the fights everything was astonishing.
This is my first Mythological Fiction book, and I am so glad I choose this one.

Best characters development, be it Virat the prince who grows to be a skilled warrior but is under tremendous pressure to live up to the expectations, Lakshya who is ridiculed because of his family standing but comes
out a strong warrior with integrity or Vitra who even though being most powerful lives by a code and has a strong ethics when it comes to war.

When the end came I just couldn't believe, it was a grand ending and exceeded my expectations, I felt such a rush!
I cannot wait for the second book of this epic saga.

Asur and Deva have played a humongous role in our Hindu Scriptures. There has always been a scuffle between the two to decide who prevails over another. This book quite enchantingly captures the years of struggle and the quest for the ultimate baton : Lord Shiva's Trishul.

Characters of Virat , Vritra , Lakshya are sketched really well. The way their valor is shown makes one recall the grandeur setting of those times. A lots of references are made to our stories though the book is majorly fictional .

The narration is what makes the book stands apart . It is done so well that there is hardly any dull moment. Author has ensured that readers remain engaged throughout . The world building is also done well and though there are many characters but gradually once you get the heck of it, it becomes easier to remember. All are binded by duties and it is great to see the tussle for the power. The tale ends really excitingly and compels the readers one to wait for the sequel earnestly. The cover is astounding as well.

Overall quite a powerful and fascinating book.

"I am not a fan of Mythology." I happily announce that I am not going to say this ever again in my entire life.
Trust me, mythology was the last genre I would go for, but, along came this book in the most explorative phase of my bibliophilic life and changed everything.

Weilder of Trishul is about what it says in the title. Lord Shiva's Trishul from his resting phase that remains untouched by many.

The tale begins in the Dhruva-Lok and continues to Siddha-lok, BHuvar-lok, and finally we are introduced to Angaras or city of Volcanos.

Each character's role is defined in a clear manner, physically and otherwise, my favorite being Vishamadeva, adopted son of the previous king of Dhruv-Lok, a treasure of knowledge and an epitome of worldly wisdom.

I was intimidated by the length of forty-seven chapters at first, but soon it turned into "Oh man! Just forty-seven chapters."

The language is precise, the narrative clear, and the descriptions in detail but don't linger or bore you into keeping the book away, rather, these details are what beautify the story even more.

With massive twists and some "yet unsolved mysteries", and an announcement of the sequel, I can't wait for more work from this author.

I hope I get the sequel soon!

The Wielder of The Trishul: Deva Asura Katha by Satyam
When you finish a good book and it's over but you have forgotten how to live without it, that's how I am feeling after reading this book!
This book is Journey into Hindu Mythology, it's about one of the greatest of war stories between King of Deva Indra and mightiest Asura Vritra.
The story shed light on some important question were all Devas noble? Were all Asuras Evil?
Set in Siddha lok and Bhuvar lok, it's a tale about the Destined, the ultimate legend who is going to be the Weilder of The Trishul the most powerful weapon of Lord Shiva.
We get see how Young Prince Virat, a commoner Lakshya, Princess Aindrita train in Gurukul and hone their skills. At the same time Vritra trains under Guru Shukracharaya to get his hand on the trishul.

The story is compelling, almost evey chapter ends with a cliffhanger, writing flawlessly incredible, it has kings and queens and dragons and divine weapons, politics and betrayals.
It's a strong character driven plot, with
Complex characters who you root for whole heartedly!
Plus Hands down Best Ending Ever, book of the month for me.

Retellings of Indian mythology have seen quite a boom in recent years and stand as a testament to the importance of myths in storytelling, which may also shape society. To bring Indian mythology or any mythology to book is a daring attempt to pick & prod through a dangerous territory. In The Wielder of the Trishul, Satyam Srivastava has somehow managed to paint this vast canvas with hues that complement the Indian mythology, and woven a tapestry with many threads converging & diverging to create a regaling picture of the Hindu world's sacred lot. He steps boldly into the world of Devas and Asuras, and fearlessly picks the road where many have struggled, choosing to tell us about their clash and their consequent growth, trials and tribulations. Fascinating journeying through the book, I found myself wishing that it never ended, rather than getting to the end.

The setting of The Wielder of the Trishul is the mythical planet of Dhurva Lok, where lays the Mighty Shiva's Trishul, which has not been wielded by anyone for centuries. The book tells a tale of the epic battle between Deva and Asura to find the one worthy of wielding the world's most powerful weapon, the Trishul of Lord Shiva. This action-packed book recounts the quest of Lok Rakshak for Shivalik Rajya filled with both adventure and philosophy.

The Wielder of the Trishul is, from what I understand, the first book in a series. It lays an impressive foundation for what will come next. This is an example of what an incredible idea can become in the hands of an author who has the thoughts and ability to execute it, and all of its tiny details, nearly perfectly. The Wielder of the Trishul will dazzle your imagination, and fascinate you with author’s spin on a volatile, poignant period of history.

The book is focused on both the plot and the characters. The mythology remains faithful to the original stories, but it feels fresh and fun here as each character is full of personality and charm. The world is full of magic and wonder and I never once felt bored as the characters explored within it. Speaking of characters full of personality, the prophesied prince Viraat, princess Aindrita, Lakshya- a skilled fighter, Vishama, Vritra are some of my favorite in terms of characterization.

The Wielder of the Trishul is beautifully written and very engaging. I found myself emerged in the world of Devas and Asuras and savored every page. Fiction and mythology blend beautifully to create a spellbinding book that does not disappoint. It was great how fluidly the plot developed. The author introduces new information and allows you to soak it up for a bit before stepping into a new conflict or challenge. He doesn't only develop the plot, but also the characters.

Told in lyrical prose, Satyam Srivastava weaves a tale that is at once familiar and brand new. He brings to life the dawn of time, when Devas and Asuras ruled the earth, heavens, seas & sky. He tells us about the squabbles, the jealousies, the lusts. Just like humans, but with an eeny bit more power. He makes them real and relatable. This strange combination makes for a book that is extremely quotable, rich in description and detail, and also a page-turner. It moves seamlessly between the broader scope of the world and its many gods and demons.

It took me a little long to write this review after reading the book as I was lost for the words to describe this magnum opus. If you enjoy Indian mythology, complex characters, and a generous serving of adventure, wars, betrayal, magic, and monsters - both literal and figurative - then this is the book you need to read.

•The cover page is attractive and creative, very well suits the content and the title.

• The book is well-established in Hindu mythology’s intriguing fantasy realm. It begins with a map of DHRUVA – LOK, which was split into three Lok: Siddha, Bhuvar, and Angaara. The Tethys Sea encircled them. The author clearly explains the genesis of this Lok and the Dhruvanshis’ rule in the book’s prologue. It all began when Dhruv was denied to sit on his father’s lap. It made Dhruv very upset, and he ended up praying to Lord Vishnu for a long time to obtain his lap to sit on. After being shaken by his intensity of supplication, Lord Vishnu provided him a location where nothing could make him expire and constructed a Lok for him. He assured him that whenever bad forces fuel his Lok, he will take incarnation and bring the entire system back into equilibrium. In this world, there is Lord Shiva’s Trishul, which hasn’t been used in ages. There are some predictions, vows, boons, and curses associated with this, all of which will culminate in a heroic battle between justice and duty.

• Who will be the one to wield the fearsome Trishul? What will happen next in this story? Who will be on the side of Dharma, who will be on the other? Become a part of this thrilling battle by purchasing your copy now!

• The novel is extremely well-written, well-connected, and based on Hindu mythology. The narrative is intriguing, and the characters have formed uniquely. It’s broken down into three sections, each of which is well-named and written. Read this book to become fully engulfed in this fantastical universe.

Excerpt from the book - "Revenge is a monster. Once the monster awakens, it is difficult to put him back to sleep. And, a man driven by revenge is highly motivated. Vritra would never be the same again".

"The wielder of the Trishul : Deva-Asura Katha - Book 1" is gripping take of Mythological story where the Author has presented a different version to the Mahabharata and Ramayana.
The time has come for the Wielder of the Trishul to be born. The 108th Dhruvanshi is destined to wield the Trishul.
But whether the wielder is destined or it is going to be an outsider?
Will the injustice take over the potential or will Deva's play a vital role to establish Dharma?
The motive is to explore the unknown or least known facts and about the characters who are wrongly potrayed.

As I started reading this book, learning about Dhruva made me assume how good the story is.
I'm not fully aware of the Mythological facts hence this book gave me a new feeling and chance of exploring into a mythological journey that wouldn't be retold by anyone.
The vivid maps in the beginning were impressive.
Any book needs a strong start and I guess the Dhruv's wish gave it a kick start.
The description of various Loka's were clearly stated.

I could visualise what I was reading.
The chapter Agnipath was my favourite one.
It somewhere changed my perception towards mighty Asura which was initially pictured as negative while reading the blurb.
Each chapter has given the importance to introduce a character.
The Author has connected the relation with the Title very soon but the way how the story proceeds is worth reading.
It is unbelievable that this book is a debut work by the Author as the perfection through which this book is designed deserves appreciation.
Strongly recommend to everyone.

“The Wielder of the Trishul” is the first book of the Deva-Asura Katha that sets the stage for an upcoming war between Dharma and Adharma. The mighty Trishul of Lord Shiva awaits the arrival of its wielder in Dhruva Lok, as prophesized by the learned Saptarishis. However, when the time arrives, destiny decides to change its course, and the world is let to witness what they never anticipated. With duty, responsibility, love, guilt, dharma, justice - everything on the line, will war be ultimately the only choice? Delve into the book to know more.

The story starts with a slow and steady pace, eventually gaining momentum in the second half. For me, the main focus in this part of the series was the development of the main characters which was really well designed and executed. However, the large number of side characters did confuse me sometimes.

The language used is simple and had a good balance of classic and contemporary style to it. I liked the thrilling and mysterious undertones in the narration which rendered the story engaging and a page-turner. I feel like the ending was apt and perfect as it left me contemplating about the next part and the possible turn of events in it. The cover is intriguing and the title fits the story well.

Overall, it was an engaging read for me and I will be looking forward to reading the upcoming parts. Recommend to mythological fiction lovers.

Firstly,I am not much into reading mythology and mythology-fiction but this book just grabbed my attention from nowhere. The cover is fascinating.

When I opened this book,I was in awe.In start there were maps which aroused my curiousity. I started reading it and finished it in no time.

After reading this book,I would say...This is one hell amazing book. The characters drawn are fascinating. They are interesting. Each character has its own significance.

The description of the book is to-the-point.The plot is amazing.Mythology with the blend of fiction is a very good combination. The every character of the book is interesting.I loved the journey of reading this book throughout.

The story and the plot written by the author is to the mark. It is engaging. And the story kept me hooked till the last.

With the end of every chapter, there was a beginning of the new one.

The cover design of the book is attractive too.

Though, the book will seem boring to newbies but I would recommend this to everyone. Also, the language in which its written is simple and lucid.

A very good book with an engaging plot and well described characters.

Waiting to read the next book in the series.

Some books are good and very few make it to the ' best' list, this is definitely going into my best list.

This is an amazing story between the greatest rivals the Devas & Asuras. The story is written in an easy to read language for the readers to connect to a India mythological story but with a twist. The author has added his creativity to the storyline and that for me was the unique point of the book, it was unpredictable, intriguing and the ending definitely unfolded in an unexpected way.

The 3 main characters in this book are The very mighty prince- Viraat who is privileged enough to be taught under the great guru shukracharya. The second Character who had a very huge impact is Princess Aindrita, Her role is very interesting as she being very skilled in her work but is torn between her head and her heart and it's interesting to see how her story unfolds. The 3rd character who had an immense amount of coverage is the lower caste yet very skilled Lakshya, it's interesting to see if the very skilled Lakshya gets his due in the story or he is rejected everytime due to his caste.

The story however is a bigger picture of the Asuras and Devas fighting to get Lots Shiva's Trishul so the entire book is a battle against time and there are many unique stories in them which of course invokes the Asuras too.

The creativity of the author is on point and the descriptions in the book are so good that at no point does it get confusing or tedious.

Excellent work and I would highly recommend everyone to read it

The Wielder Of The Trishul: Deva-Asura Katha
~Satyam

The Wielder of the Trishul is one of the most interesting mythological book I have ever read. This is the book 1 of the sequel and I can't wait to read the next book. This book is all about who will wield the Trishul, as this is the first book it takes us to the origin of the epic journey. Lot of details are introduced in this book, about Devas and Asuras, their power, fights, destiny, battles and so on.

The tale is set in a mythical planet known as Dhruva Lok. Dhruva Lok consist of three regions Siddha Lok, Bhuvar Lok and Angaara. This book is a platter of wide variety of characters. The prophesied prince Viraat who bears the burden of expectations, Lakshya- a skilled fighter, princess Aindrita, Vishama, Vritra and many more.

The story is really intriguing and you cannot keep it down for a moment. The narration is done fabulously and all the character portrayal is mind blowing. All the chapters end with a cliffhanger, I enjoyed the whole journey along with the story.

The ending is just fabulous and I have no words to explain it. This book is a must read, I recommend this to everyone.

This book is EPIC! The Wielder of The Trishul is the first book of the Deva - Asura Mythological fiction series. As the title hints, the central point of the plot is indeed : Who wields Lord Shiva's mighty Trishul?

But there a lot of twists and turns, character developments and an impeccable world building that will make you stick to this book until you finish reading.

All the characters are very well developed, especially that of Virat (supposedly Indra's incarnation), Vritra (Vritrasura) and Lakshya. There are many themes like justice, valor, duty and love - all the right ingredients for an action packed and gripping mythological fiction.

The writing style is perspicuous and graphic at appropriate places to make you a part of this amazing world. The map given in book really helps as the story takes place in different geographical locations : Siddha - Lok, Bhuvar - Lok and Angaara.

I am someone who doesn't like to read mythological fiction much but this book has changed my opinion, I couldn't predict anything and it was so gripping. I loved the ending with cliffhanger of the impending war. Excitedly waiting for the next book : The Fallen God.

THE WIELDER OF THE TRISHUL: Deva-Asura Katha by SATYAM SRIVASTAVA
.
.
The first thing and my reason to pick this book to read is it's cover. The cover, to me, seems magical. It's so beautiful. I loved how trishul and the hands are used to denote what the book actually holds. The cover, shows the reality. It is just like a mirror to the book. I really loved it.
.
Secondly, the blurb of the book seems so exciting. I was totally attracted towards it. About the title, it seems appropriate as per the story the book has. And as it says that it is the first part, I'm totally excited to other parts of this book.
.
Coming to the plot, the book contains the story of Devas and Auras which itself makes it Interesting to read. I was glued to the book as this is one of my fav topics from mythology. The plot is superb. I loved the writing style and narration of the book. The characters are really strong and powerful.
.
Overall I'm very happy that more and more Indian Authors are exploring Indian Mythology and finally we are getting different contents. The imagination and the scenes are next level. It's breathtaking and overall, amazing.

Mythological Retelling is a genre that has always excited me, it presents the famous tales, incidents of the Hindu Mythology in a very new and fascinating way. Satyam Srivastava has done a great job by bringing to us a famous tale in The Weilder of the Trishul: Deva-Asura Katha.

The story starts with the famous tale of Dhruva, the child who prayed to Lord Vishnu and the story how the Dhruva Lok emerged. There is a Trishul of Lord Shiva on the Dhruv Lok. A trishul that is not wielded by anyone in centuries and the one who will, be the most powerful person.

Maharaja Dhananjay of Shivalik-Rajya is being told by the Saptarishis that he will be blessed with a child who will wield the Trishul. But, if he is born before midnight on Shivratri he will be on the side of good and if after midnight he will be on tge side of bad and become a destroyer. A great war is coming and who will win this war? The good or The Evil?

This is the first book, and it setups the upcoming book very well. The characters are introduced well and even if the story moves forward in three different locations with different characters it is not at all confusing. The story is very intriguing and interesting. This book is just the beginning and the real story awaits us in the second book, and I'm eagerly waiting to read it.

This book is a great read for the lovers of Mythological retelling genre. And yes this book is with something new and interesting story, so anyone who wants to read something fresh and new can give it a try.

Being a Mythology nerd, it was so obvious to pick "The Wielder of Trishul" by author Satyam. It was such an epic and mind-blowing read indeed. It was so intriguing and excited story as it revolves around Lord Shiva's mighty Trishul.

The center point of the story is Who wields Lord Shiva's mighty Trishul? That made this book more specific and unique for sure. The story has been divided into three parts and forty-seven chapters. Undoubtedly, each of them is a very interesting page-turner.

The war between Devas and Asuras has been explained so smoothly and steadily that made me feel so realistic. The author's writing style is very familiar and standard. His imagination and construction power is really appreciated.

Many characters are involved in this story but the author has Managed them all very well. The cover is beautiful, artistic, and interesting. And the title is really perfect. I will recommend this book to all fiction lovers especially Mythology nerds.

This book was everything that I look for in a mythological fantasy book. Starting from the beginning, I loved the pace of the book, being familiar with the language, it was pretty easy for me to get into the story and become engrossed. Moving on, I loved how the story was formed, it's the first book in an upcoming series, so it makes it even more important. The first book of the series plays a huge role in building the world, basic concepts, and much more, and this book pulled it off pretty well. With a concept of a chosen one, it has a brilliant delivery, curses, boons, actions, mystery everything you need. Even though all of the story is very original, the uses of mythological terms surprised and made me happy at the same time. I am definitely looking forward to the next book and obviously the whole series, I'm way too into the story to forget it now.

It was a Magnificent read the writing, I just finished reading it and I am stunned silence. The plot, the narration, the characters, the fights everything was astonishing.
This is my first Mythological Fiction book, and I am so glad I choose this one. The Weilder of the Trishul Deva Asura Katha by Satyam Srivastava . A mystical, magical, mythological saga of fate, an ultimate battle between Deva and Asura, who will be the one worthy of wielding the most powerful weapon ever seen The Trishul of Lord Shiva.
Is it Prince Virat who is born with the legacy, Destined to be the one? Or is it Asura Vritra the most powerful warrior who trained his entire life with one goal to get hold of that Trishul or Someone else.
When the end came I just couldn't believe, it was a grand ending and exceeded my expectations, I felt such a rush! I cannot wait for the second book of this epic saga.

I'm not a mytho fiction lover but this book made me one of its fans.

This story revolves around the siddh - Lok which resides inside the Dhruva Loka.

In the siddh- Lok rests the mightiest Trishul of lord shiva which did not get wielded by anyone yet.

Anyone whom lord shiva & lord Vishnu bless will be the wielder of the Trishul.

There are various competitors
🌼 'Vritra' chosen by shukracharya.
🌼 'Dhruvvanshi Viraat' son of king Dhananjay, future ruler of Siddhalok.
or
🌼 'lakshaya' son of a lower caste commoner from bhuvar lok.

Who will be that person & What price does he have to pay?
What will happen next?

To know this, you have to read this book.

I bet if you read it for one time you won't be able to stop yourself to buy the next sequel of this book.
Go & try it.

Trishul is the book that will left you mesmerized after reading this. Blended everything so well the author has written the book in a very beautiful and different manner. After a long time I have read a book that is based on some different topic.

So basically the book Trishul have three parts divided into it , and it has 402 pages, the book is all about devas and ashuras who are fighting for the Lord Shiva's Trishul. Everything has been written so well and everything can be imagined whatever is written.

The book is really good and worthy of reading, the one who have interest in all this should go for this book. The book is long so it can be read during leisure time.

Highly recommendable
Thank you
Happy Reading.

'The Wielder of The Trishul' is the first book in the 'Deva-Asura Katha'series.
.
A Mythological fantasy set in a fictional world with the central conflict as 'Who gets to weild Lord Shiva's mighty trishul?'
.
The author has his way with keeping the readers captivated in his storyline. The character development is done beautifully so that the readers have a first hand understanding of the things that are happening.
.
The short and crisp chapters help in keeping the readers hooked to the tale. I really liked the way of his storytelling with the light aura of mystery weaved into it
.
I have always found the endings on cliff hangers a bit annoying really! Then I have to wait desperately for the next book. But still, no complaints if it's a nice one :)
.
Happy Reading~~~

The book justifies to the sentence mentioned in the blurb "A war story on what it means to be human!"
The story is influenced by the epic tales yet woven by the Fiction with various characters who are fighting a battle of their own.
Meanwhile the great war is yet to take place for the power to be the processor of the greatest weapon.
This book will keep you occupied and the characters will come alive.
The Author has got a great talent of combining mythology and fiction perfectly.
The thing I like about his book is that a reader can completely understand the plot even if he/she is not fully aware of the mythological facts on which the story holds slight similarity.

The narration about the Prince Virat, Princess Aindrita and Lakshya equally fascinated me.
I enjoyed every single minute spent.
Even though all the characters were equally important and strong, the character of Madhava always holds a special favourite place.
But I felt connection with the character Aindrita.
She was kind of a personality that took interest in this book to another level.
My personal favourite moment in this book where I could just admire the Author's work without predicting anything was when the birth time becomes a judging tool.

The writing style felt flawless.
There was nothing to dislike here.
The plot holds a strong message for humanity that makes it a worthy read.
There are few moments which are too sensitive.
A gripping tale of fantasy world that will fascinate the readers and keep them hooked until the end.
A must read for readers that are obsessed with reading Masterpiece.
