Wow!!! What a fantastic finale to this series. I really enjoyed how things came together in the end, and the battle scene were intense, with both sides getting in some serious strikes. It would be fun to see a spinoff from this in the future.

Good series with a few issues
I really liked this series as a whole. Some books were harder to get through due to pacing issues, but overall, it was worth the read. There were a few things in the series that I took issue with, however. First, the unrealistic nature of the war. I hated the fact that nobody died who wasn't a villain. That isn't realistic and if people had died it would have allowed for more emotional connections that the reader could engage with.
Second, the sex scenes. I don't mind reading sex scenes in stories if they are necessary, meaning they aren't just thrown in for the mere purpose of having a sex scene. The sex scenes in this series eventually felt like copy/paste obligatory scenes that didn't add to the plot or to character development. Each sex scene felt like I was simply reading the same scene over again with a different female's name. Oftentimes, I would skip the sex scenes when I realized there wasn't going to be plot or character development during the scene.
Overall, I would say each book in the series was a 4- or 5-star rating with the series as a whole being a 4-star rating.

Intense and action packed. Couldn't put it down!
Bittersweet to know this is the final book of the Monster Girl Island series.
As a reader we all know a series must end eventually to make way for new.
But it was definitely the ending and send off party this brilliant series deserved! From start to finish this series has always been a fun, adventurous and thrilling tale. This is epic and climactic finale to a brilliant series, and the epilogue was fitting to read.
Well done Logan Jacobs and thank you for such an amazing series. I am eager to see what you will come up with next!

Loved this series. (Spoiler Alert)
I have followed this series from book one, it is the one book I would make time for. Often to my own despair when I read brand new installments in mere hours only to wait weeks for the next installment. I am so sad that its over but I couldnt be happier with the ending.

A great series!
I held my rating until I finished the entire series. I will say that I very much enjoyed the entire series. However, I have only a few things to say about it. It was very well done and I only found a hand full of errors in the entire series which is almost unheard of in ebooks.
On the negative side though, I now hate tubes of toothpaste. If I never read those words again I will be happy. The phrase was WAY over used. Please for the love of all that is holy, find a better way to describe this please.
Similarly, I have never had a band tighten in my belly. If you have then please seak help. I have seen stars after sex though. Those are fun times.
Lastly, in the first part of the series 1 dragonkin woman died. Yet you wrote that you never lost anyone in a battle. Also, in the niralope island there were 51 niralope survivor's. But, in the second to the last book that number dropped to nearly 10 or so?
I realize that this series is probably an old one, but I hope in future books you keep that to a minimum.

Concluded
This was a great series. I'm glad the author found a way to wrap things up. Although I think the stories could of continued after this book. Still it was a great ending with a happily ever though there was no risk to any of the characters. I hope the author makes stories about fatherhood it seems like genre that is not explored. Great job to Jacobs and hope you never give up on writing.

Sad yet satisfied
Although I am sad to see Ben's adventures come to end, I was happy to read all of his adventures and more than happy with the way Mr Jacobs ended the series. This was the series that got me addicted his books in the first place and every book, in this series, has been a fun-filled adventure.

The Dynasty continues!
If you love adult fantasy, this series creates a story that had me laughing and crying at the same time. From the first to last book in the series, each book leaves you wanting more. Honestly, I didn't want the story to end. It's like sitting down to Sunday dinner filled with Family and comfort food. Once you start reading you'll be hooked! Well done!!!

This has been a very enjoyable series with well crafted characters , action, adventures, and epic battles. The final battle with the Grand Gar was amazing! The dragons, the rising of the slave orcs, all kept me turning pages! r I have enjoyed it immensely and I am sure you will as well!

Monster Girl Islands 16
It's sad that this series has to come to an end . One of the best story telling series that I have had the pleasure of reading. Dragon Red and all of his women, children and extended family members really made the series interesting. I truly hope that Mr. Jacobs brings us another series just as good or better.

That was a great series. Even tho I thought you were going to make him wake up back on earth at the end like a wonderful dream. I’m glad you didn’t. All the great writing on the different varieties of people he found and the hundreds of kids the population will end up an interesting entirely different species. Thanks

Epic ending.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was fun and entertaining. The story and characters were interesting and engaging. This was definitely one of my favorite series. It ended well. Thank you for the wonderful journey. This is a must read for any fan of this series.

Over all series review
Over all I give the whole series 5* but I would have had Kehlaan killed during the final orc battle
rather than having a kid with Marella.I think a few questions were left in answered aa well.
One example would be regarding the water dragons early on it was said that the water dragons
fell during battle with their bandmates later it was said that a dragon goes into hibernation
after the loss of their bandmate later with Tirian’s mom she stayed to hatch his egg until the
battle with the orc’s she then joins the other fire dragons in the volcano now if we think about
when the time frame when ben and George meet after the war where the dragonkin were
killed his mom had to have hatched his egg then went into hibernation or buried somewhere
there is also nixie to take into account she was hatched long after George so it would stand to
reason there are at lease 2 other female water dragons out there if we jump ahead some to the
point when they snuck onto the orc island and found the prisoners and the fact that there were
dragonkin did any of them have a bond or not during the epilogue the dragons were talking
about mats and the council that’s all this is just one area that was talked about but never
explained I think there should have been more time spent on the story and less on in-depth
sexual exposits.
