After joining the Canadian army reserves in high school, he spent half of 2001 in Bosnia as a peacekeeper and came home shortly after 9/11 with a deep sense of foreboding. After graduating college, he landed a job in law enforcement and was posted to the left coast from 2007 to 2021. He retired from law enforcement in early 2021 and moved clear across the country to write full time in the Maritimes.
He published a number of short stories in 2018 and 2019, and his first novel came out in January 2020. He’s pretty much been making it up as he goes along, although he has numerous writer friends who serve as excellent role-models, mentors, and, occasionally, cautionary tales.

13 great to exceptional tales from slightly weird to VERY VERY WEIRD with something for everyone’s taste:->
This is not your “normal” anthology of military science fiction or even just plain fantasy. There is everything from a steam punk type Sherlock Holmes to space station haunted by an alien ghost wolf, with a wild wild west type bounty hunter who has tassels on his boots thrown in for good measure! But don’t make fun of his boots, they are not only stylish but comfortable and he gets a mite cranky if you do:->

Great anthology!
I truly enjoyed this great collection of stories that have the common thread of something weird happening in each. Some are much weirder than others. And best of all, I found a few new authors whom I plan to indulge myself with some of their books very soon. Which is the best reason for reading an anthology!
