This was my first complete FF read, and wow! Way to set the bar high!!
This book, while only a novella, is packed so full of character insight it's amazing.
You don't have to have read Giving In and Giving Away to read this, but please note that it DOES give some spoilers, so if you're planning on reading those then please do so first.
I am SO ready for a full book on Rose 😍
Also just to note, please check the trigger warnings before reading if you have any triggers.

This was actually fully erotica I thought we’ll get more insight of Rose’s character but she’s still a mystery
Rachel miss Rachel is not shy at all she’s so different from Giving up and giving away

I enjoyed this a lot and this was so toxic and I want to see Rose’s character development and see how Rachel and Rose’s story evolve

Lola brings us a beautiful novella in time for Halloween.
This story is about Rose and Rachel, who feature heavily in Lola's first two books in the Stoneview series. Lola writes about the obsession the girls feel for each other, we see into Rose a bit more, which is both a beautiful and dark story.
I loved it, the plot, Rose and Rachel and everything that comes with them.
Spice, trigger warnings and dark all tied up in a pretty bloody bow.
If you like Dark FF romance, this is for you.
Take notice of the trigger warnings.
If you haven't read Lola King's Stoneview series, you need to it.

I love the Stoneview Stories books. There's something about the drama and the plot that just keeps on coming that has me 100% hooked!

So when I heard there might be a book for Rose in the works... I was so freaking STOKED, and hoping that we would get it after Giving Up. Then... Lola decided to surprise us with an FF novella that could be considered a prequel to Rose and Rachel's full-length book and I just about lost my cool!

This novella was everything. Steamy, intriguing and passionate... and Rachel... man I did not see her personality coming until it was too late and I was obsessed with her and the relationship dynamic between her and Rose.

I can't wait to see what Lola has in store next.

I was lucky enough to get an ARC of this delicious FF novella! I’ve been obsessed with Rose since reading Giving In and begging for her own story.

Read the trigger warnings - this book isn’t light in anyway.

But if you find that you’re ready to share in the dark depravity that is Rose White’s world buckle up.

This book is 90% smut and I loved every second of it! The quick glimpse into Rose and Rach’s relationship just made me yearn for more. Hello Rach 🔥🔥
And I’m so freaking excited to get that from Lola next year 🥰

No sé qué cojones acabo de leer. Debería haberlo visto venir un poco por los tw ? Probablemente, pero es que????? No tenía ni pies ni cabeza. La trama? Inexistente. Empiezan a follar en el 14% del libro y no paran hasta el 95%, todo esto transcurriendo en 1 noche. Sé que es una mini historia que va entre más libros de la saga pero aún así?????

Además todo es súper tóxico. Cuando digo todo es TODO. Terrible, menuda manera de completar el 200% de mi reto de lectura. La sinopsis no tiene nada que ver con lo que trata el libro. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas se las daría.

I feel like it’s not too fair to give it 3 stars because it’s a little tiny novela that literally just have 99% spice and 1% is a bunch of questions of what and who is Rose and why she is the way she is. I already know because I’m not following Lola’s books in a chronological order and I’ve read the North Shore series first, so I know almost everything. But still, that series got me so in love with the style that made me want to read all her books and being the rebel that I am, instead of starting from the beginning with Jake’s Trilogy, nooooooo what do I do ? I start with Rose’s duet 😂😂😂😂 so now I’ll get all the spoilers of Jake’s story/books but I don’t care, I’ll read it regardless.

My first FF, since I’m reading the whole LK Verse & Rose’s duet is the only one I haven’t read yet. I could tell while reading the afterword, that this Novella meant a lot to LK. Since I’m not part of the LGBTQ+ community I can’t really speak on that because I don’t know how it feels, to live in a closet and be scared to come out. Not wanting to label it etc. but I did notice that Rachel labeled herself afterwards. Sincerely I do hope though that the duet isn’t relying heavily on smut, because I am really interested in Rose’s, Rachel’s, Sam’s and Lik’s background stories and this novella had a lot of smut in it mainly only.

This was my first FF read and wow it was so hot!

If you read Jamie’s books then you already know Rose White. She rules the Stoneview Prep together with her twin brother Jake.
In this novella we get a snippet of what’s behind her cold and mean exterior.
It is filled with kinky steam but it also gives a good amount of character insight.

I can’t wait to find out more about Rose and also Rachel. Their dynamic is definitely interesting and I’m so excited for their full length book!

This can be read as a standalone but I definitely recommend starting Stoneview Stories with Giving In. You are guaranteed to fall in love with all characters!

Honestly, every book Lola brings out is an absolute treat and this is just perfection.

Queen of Broken Hearts follows Rose and Rachel (Who you'll know from Lolas other books) and their relationship. For this being such a short novella, so much happens that I can guarantee you'll be turning those pages faster than you ever thought you could. This novella is dark, dirty and I am so excited to read Roses full story when Lola finally brings it out, because if it's anything like this novella - it'll be incredible.

Quick spicy sapphic novella. I loved reading about Rose and Rachel. Rachel’s parents are homophobic and have her future planned. Rose wants the escape of pleasure. She has a whole list of emotional issues and is toxic af.
Don’t even get me started on that knife scene! 🥵

If you've read the first two full length books in the Stoneview series, then you're probably like the rest of us and just can't get over it. Therefore, this spicy little Novella is the perfect fix whilst you're waiting for book 3 to come!

And she IS a spicy one! 😈 Lola never disappoints in giving us all the smut, all the kink and all the steam! Definitely read those trigger warnings though before you jump in!

Rose has always been a bit of an enigma, so getting to see inside her mind and how it works was such a treat and now I'm even more excited to get back to Stoneview! 😍
