Paul Seiple is a best-selling author of the Project Specter Mystery Series and the Great Dying Post-Apocalyptic Series. His roots are in the horror and thriller genres. Occasionally, he will take a wrong turn and end up in other genres like science fiction.

Outside of creating dark stories, Paul is influenced by Crystal Pepsi, New Coke, Van Halen III (The Gary Cherone Minute), and Windows Vista. He believes Paul Stanley’s ’78 solo record was the best and misses Saved by the Bell: The College Years tremendously. Call a doctor. I need anxiety meds ASAP!
I go camping and I’m generally nervous the whole time, but my dog loves it, so we camp. However, had I even been remotely near a tree, let alone the woods, while reading this book, I would have hopped in the car immediately and headed for home. This read like a scary movie that I normally would watch from behind a pillow. I know I put this book on my “Currently Reading” list days ago, but I started and finished this book today. It would have been in one sitting if I could have handled the stress, but I had to close my kindle and resume when I thought I could continue reading. Superbly written. Scared the pants off of me. My anxiety was sky high, but in a “this book is so good and omg what are they going to do? How will they ever survive kinda way.” 5 Super Terror-filled Stars!

Scratches that Wrong Turn/Hills Have Eyes/Texas Chainsaw itch. Not a bad story— compulsively readable.

A genuine horror story in which four young women decide to spend a weekend together in an isolated cabin in the woods with no cell reception and is known as the Murder Cabin. Things go downhill quickly when a nearby family of psychos entrap them, disable their vehicle, and terrorize them before planning their murders. This family is so purely evil that they make the hillbillies in Deliverance look like amateurish Boy Scouts.

A genuinely terrifying horror story I would probably give this about 4 and 2/3 stars if such a rating were possible so I rounded it off.

Loved it

This was such a "hills have eyes" "wrong turn" type of story and it was done very well. Great character development, good amount of suspense, and definite final girl vibes. Highly recommend

You'll Never Get Out of These Woods

This is one you won't put down so be sure you've got the time. It moves full speed from the first word to the last. Great story line. Puts "Deliverance " to shame!

Evil in the woods

I could not put this book down. I was hooked from the beginning and to the end. Evil people do exist and I was on the edge of my seat wondering how far the family would go to make innocent people suffer.

Good read

Wow, creepy, crawling, and heart racing story. Twists and turns, scary and I could only put the book away when I couldn't hold my eyes open any longer. I look forward to reading more adventures.

Loved the idea but found it half-baked.
Just not fleshed out enough to fully come to life and for characters and story line to develop.
