A slow burn Navy SEAL romance.

Millie Marsh is a fiercely independent CIA agent. Mason Davis is a headstrong Navy SEAL. Join them for this final chapter in their story. What happens when Millie finds out that the only thing she's been sure about is a lie?

“I don’t leave many reviews but I am in such a book hangover after this trilogy! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Absolutely fell in love with all of the characters and their bonds and shenanigans and flaws and just everything.” Goodreads Review

Through the crazy twists and turns of her young life, Millie’s only been sure of one thing: her dad’s undying love for her. What happens when she finds out he might not really be her dad?

There’s another man who’s been controlling Millie’s destiny since before she was born—a man her mom married two days before she gave birth to Millie. Could this man be her biological father? Will finding this out break Millie's heart?

Once again, Millie must dive back into the fray to solve the last mystery of her complicated history. With Navy SEAL Mason glued to her side, she’ll discover secrets she never wanted to know and walk headfirst into the most dangerous situation she’s faced yet.

Millie’s known from the beginning that finding out the truth could get her killed. This time she might be right.

“The series was so good. Plots were interesting, believable, and compelling. Great characters, romance, humor, and action. I am reading again immediately.” Amazon Review

“Great conclusion to The Trident Trilogy. The bond these characters have with each other is amazing. Millie and Mason’s relationship continues to grow stronger and stronger. Not ready for the series to end but I know we will hear snippets from M & M in future books!” Amazon Review

One review for all three books in this trilogy -- I really enjoyed it from start to finish, and the author didn't slack as the story continued from one book to the next. At times I felt it might be lagging in some needed depth, but the books aren't long and were quick-reads. Overall, the complete story was very entertaining and interesting filled with suspense, mystery and romance -- and enough light-hearted and fun-to-read dialogue. Two very strong and determined main characters, a team of hot Navy SEALs and lots of action in fast paced plot that covers years, kept me needing more and didn't stop until I read the three books back to back.

What a finale for this trilogy! Loose ends were tied up without too much predictability - I find it so hard to part ways with these characters and their dynamics. I finished these up in less than 3 days and while I couldn’t let my anticipation stew too long, I also wish I had lingered and savored more of this journey. I can’t wait to see snippets of these characters in other books!

AMAZING!!!

These books were so good!! I had every book read within a week from the time I started it. I’m a mom, work 45+ week, and do lots of various events so having a book read within a week of starting is FAST! I couldn’t put the book down! I was so sad when I learned this was the end of the series, but my family and job appreciate that I won’t have my face in a book every second… at least for a while, haha! Donna did such an amazing job with each and every one of these books!

I had one of my best readers tell me she didn't want to read Wild Card because she didn't want Millie and Mason's story to end. This is the end of the trilogy, but it's not the end of their story. Millie and Mason will appear as crossover guests in other books.

After you're done with this trilogy, move on to The Grand Slam Series: Truth or Tequila and Raine Out. You'll see more of Millie and Mason in Raine Out.

A great series! Loved it from the 1st book.

Things I really liked:
✔The rollercoaster of emotions.
✔The drama and action! Danger!!
✔Loved getting the history of Mack & Nejra. Heartbreaking
✔All the characters.
✔Loved the ending.

What I disliked:
The flip flopping of years. I'm happy they were broke up with new chapters but make sure you read the chapter headers to know the years & pov.

Millie & Mason 😍 I’m glad they finally figured things out. It was an adjustment with Mack coming back into the picture. Along with more drama from Millie’s extended family from Bosnia. She learned the truth about her mom with her support system around her, even if she can defend herself when necessary. Baby Mo is going to be a spoiled baby, but they make a cute family. It was also fun to see more of Raine at work, since I already read her book (I started with the Grand Slam series). Can’t wait to read the Blitzen Bay series, so I can read Butch’s story. Couldn’t put this one down…read it in less than a day.

Amazing Interconnected Series!

Oh my! There are 3 books in the Trident Trilogy and this is the 3rd…..but these 3 are also part of a bigger interconnected 9 book series that includes 3 trilogies. I am absolutely in LOVE with these books and can’t wait to finish the loop with all of them. Donna Schwartz’s, you rock!
Millie & Mason, the main characters in these 3 books are absolute perfection……but all the other characters & their stories are equally fascinating. So happy I found this author & I think you will be too!!!

This was the perfect ending to the Trident Trilogy. We get the multi POV again with the dual timeline and resolution with Millies Bosnian family. Everything wrapped up beautifully, and I couldn't have asked for a better story. The banter between Mason and Mack over Millie was so funny. You can see their relationship developing page after page, and it made me so happy. Butch is still my favorite character, and his big brother/little sister relationship with Millie will forever be my favorite. I read all 3 books in 26 hours. I could. not. stop. I absolutely love these characters.

The Trident Trilogy is probably my top pick for book series that will give you a mixture of action, friendship, family, romance, and steamy scenes. Everything just molds so well together until the very last page. I spent the better half of my day reading and I don't even regret it one bit. I wish I had learned about this trilogy before reading Raine Out but still really good.

I'm happy I decided to read this before life (cue: /work/) gets in the way again and I will most likely re-read this in the foreseeable future!

Newbie

Donna Schwartze is a new author for me, but this won’t be the last series of hers that I read. I was captivated from book one of the TRIDENT TRILOGY and read all three back to back. The storyline was amazing! It was action packed, the Romance was just right, the humor was wonderful, and you just want the story to keep on going, and not stop. I look forward to the next book of hers, RAINE.

Great finish to the Trident series

I am fascinated with the Seals Teams. I love guns and shooting if I were born a man I would have served. My husbands were military and my son. I think this author is fantastic because she really gets into the character's mind. I've written three books and I strongly recommend this series of books. Great Job Donna😍

Oh my gosh! I absolutely loved the three books in this Trilogy! I was introduced to Donna Schwarzte when I received a free copy of Truth or Tequila. After reading it I had to learn the backstory of some of the secondary characters, and I was NOT disappointed! I quickly became immersed in the lives of Mack, Millie, Mason and all the others!
You’re going to love this series!

good humor

The humor was a great … and very pleasant surprise. I laughed so hard I had a few teary-eyes moments. Millie’s mom’s questions and comments about sex makes me laugh even now … hilarious!

I'm so sad that I have finished (The Trident Trilogy) Wild Card by Donna Schwartze. This has been an absolutely phenomenal series, the big finale for this last book was done to perfection, it had everything I was hoping for and all the answers and the secrets were all added up to reveal how much these characters care for each other.

𝙄'𝙢 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙢 𝙬𝙖𝙨, 𝙨𝙤 𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙤. 𝙄 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙪𝙥 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡.

OMG well what was revealed at the end of The Only Reason, I was absolutely screaming with delight and just about melted my heart- strings, I was crying literally. I love in this book we got Macks povs back before Millie was even born. I loved finding out more about Millie mum and what actually happened, got to say it was truly heartbreaking. But yet again Millie life is turned upside down, like cant this girl seriously grab a break. The man that's been popping in out of this series, he married her mom 2 days before she was born, now the question is, is this man her biological father. Millie goes for her last quest of her twisted and complicated life to finally wrap this up for once and for all. But does she really want to know the truth or just be happy with the day she knows and loves so much? I think we all know what she chooses lol

"𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙚, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙗𝙚, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚.

This had everything the mystery and all the love that this gang of characters have for each other. Millie and Mason's relationship has grown perfectly through this series, they are the most lovable couple ever, melting my insides the protection he has for Millie on keeping her safe and sacrificing everything for her. I loved how it was all built up throughout the books and finally wrapped up into an epic story. I can't put into words what a brilliant author Donna is and I can't wait to jump into the rest of her books, and see these characters pop up in her other books.
