Reprogram and Rediscover You

Codependent relationships are hard to leave. This book makes you examine everything and yourself. You have to answer a lot of hard questions. Anyone whose had issues can fall pray to a narcissist or manipulator. You'll get so caught up in pleasing them and making them happy that you lose yourself. This book helps you break free, realize your worth and helps you break bad patterns and cycles. Everyone deserves to be loved. Powerful book to me.

I really enjoyed this workbook. It had a balance of reading and "audience participation" that I enjoyed and felt was very well done. The only critique I'd put forward is the lack of editing. There were many grammatical errors to the point where it was distracting.
