One of the most interesting and potentially effective books I've read on sleep. I say potentially effective as truly testing the efficacy will take time.

Charlie Morley's "Wake Up to Sleep" is full of useful information that helped me better understand sleep and the dream state. Employing lucid dreaming to work through past traumas is effective and makes sense, although the outcome can be unpredictable at times. I look forward to learning more from Mr. Morley.

Amazing book... Mostly because it introduced me to the amazing world of deep breathing, but without the fluff or complexity you expect from most deep breathing practices. I also discovered Yoga Nidra which I love... There are also so many options tailored to unique symptoms or needs - It's opened up a whole new world for me!
