I’m blaming my one-night stand with Nick Pallas on the wedding champagne. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, especially since Nick is my best friend’s brother and totally off-limits.
When I’d run into Nick at an old friend’s wedding, I’d been grateful to have someone to talk to and dance with—especially a hot Greek of a guy I’d harbored a secret crush on for years. After a recent break-up, it was nice to feel wanted and desired. I wasn’t looking for anything serious, and he definitely gave me a night to remember.
Except Nick wanted more than just that one night, and I wasn’t prepared for his brand of seduction—the way he made me feel, physically and emotionally. Resisting him was impossible, yet trusting another man with my heart wasn’t so easy . . .
Irresistible Seduction is a steamy, best friend’s brother romance with a guaranteed happily ever after.
Featuring ~ dual 1st person POV, best friend's brother, sister's best friend, one night stand, secret crush, steamage, sweet
Kresley and Nick are adorable and hot together. Right from the start I was rooting for them to be together. Reading Nick's point of view really showed what a sweetheart he is and how much he adores his beautiful girl. I suppose it can be difficult, for authors that write series, to not be repetitive with scenes and wordage. Monroe does a good job of keeping it fresh with each new book in this series.

Kresley and Nick have had crushes on each other for a while as they cross paths while Kresley and his sister are best friends. When they are both unattached and at a friends wedding, the alcohol mixes with the crushes and situations occur. He wants it to continue but she has had bad relationships and is wary. The characters are wonderful, with great chemistry and banter. The storyline is fast paced but feels natural, with drama, surprises, deep feelings and emotions, romance and more. Loved the flow of the story as their relationship develops, along with a few bumps in the road. Great ending.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Kresley and Nick have known each other for a while thanks to his sister. An encounter at a wedding brings out their hidden feelings. While he would have no problem continuing from there, Kresley is not sure. Her past experience colors her future. She does not know that she trusts her brain or her heart. Nick is going to do his best to win over both. This was a sweet yet steamy romance that I enjoyed.

A marvelous romance. Kresley is attending the wedding of a high school friend stag, weeks after her fiance cheats on her. She's on the prowl for a fling. Nick is there also. He's been single for about a year since his long-term relationship fizzled. They have known each other for years through his sister, Frankie. Both have a crush on the other.
The feelings come through as genuine, especially her uncertainty and his confidence. Eventually, everything resolves into a happy ending.
4.5 Stars I thought that this was a really good book. Nick and Kresley were great together. I really enjoyed the connection and the chemistry between these two. Then though Kresley wasn't looking for anything permanent, Nick and her heart, had other plans in mind after one night with Nick. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Kaylee as a great author.

Nicky and Kresley Another hit for the book series! Will definitely be going on to read any following book. You could totally understand how Kresley was tentative but I loved Nick's attitude, he's wasn't afraid to giving himself over to Kresley knowing he could have it all blow up in his face. He risked his heart hoping she would eventually feel able to open hers again.

Gotta love Nicky, he's a sweetheart, he knows what he wants and is willing to work for it, some of his actions are comical. I think Kresley seemed unready and too closed off to a new relationship and wish she hadn't put up so much resistance. Their story maintains the steam level for the series, is emotional and stands alone with the different aspects of their courtship. Love the bond they have with family and their circle of friends. 3 1/2*
Nick is Kresley's best friends older brother. A cop and out of an engagement. Kresley walked in in her boyfriend/fiance of 10 years doing the nasty in their bed, in their apartment with a coworker of his.
She is an amateur dress designer working with her crushes sister and their best friend. She's afraid to commit so soon after breaking her engagement. Nicky wants it all, with her, now.
This is a brother's best friend romance that has an exciting storyline with fantastic characters. It has some steamy scenes and flowed well. It is rather fast paced an a quick read. I enjoyed reading this book and would read more from Kaylee Monroe in the future. I haven't read anything from her before this but iwillnow.
DNF 41% Lost me at the sewing machine tramp stamp. Maybe I would have related to these characters more if I read the other books. I’m not sure how much they were in those. Otherwise, it felt like fanfiction where I was just dropped into a story. It was fun, but I didn’t feel connected to the characters.
Enjoyed reading Nick and Kresley's story as they meet and where he is totally ready for a relationship with her she is not quiet ready. He is really a great guy and when she realizes that she is so ready to move forward.
I enjoyed this story. Slight age gap. Best friends older brother. Kresley is getting over a breakup and trying to find herself. Nick has loved her from afar from years and now they have to navigate a very precious relationship. Steamy, sweet and emotional.
This book was short and sweet. My favorite character is Nick. Such a patient man. And he sounds like a real hunk. I'd love to see him with his detective badge and gun. #HOT
I am far from a prude, but this book took a big turn from an interesting, relationship building story to a very graphical journey. It is not for the faint of heart. So, not for me.
