SURPRISE!!! A new Charlieverse book we weren't expecting!

Loved this book, love the series. The characters sound and act just like I remember them. But Charlie, his friends, and Mother Earth are in BIG trouble! This time it's for REAL! Who is the organiser behind all the aggressors? No one seems to know, but those few that do are willing to die for their silence. This is serious stuff, folks, and it is just the start.

I can't believe that this is book number ten in a series, as it feels just as fresh and exciting as the first. Charlie and his friends have been through so much between these pages. Everything is exactly what the reader expects from a Scott Baron book, wonderful worldbuilding, quality plot and storyline, strongly defined characters, and the author pressing every single button he can to get a reaction from the reader. Glorious!

I chose this book from a selection, which I then voluntarily read and honestly reviewed. All opinions are my own.

No Wilson here

Scott has continued his tradition of providing a satisfying story within his universe, making one laugh, cry out, and, well you have to read this one to find out what else

So Charlie and his extended team don't get much time to relax. Off to fight another bunch of nasties with their usual mix of extreme prejudice and sheer mayhem. The series continues and is still very, very readable!

ENJOY

Scott Baron ( besides having a kickass first name) is the most enjoyable writer that I have read in decades. Charlie The Dragon Mage puts him up there with Piers Anthony! Keep it up.

meh

A predictable story, as expected. The amusement is fading with the repetition. If food, it would be gas station food.
