Disappointing

Disappointing
The author has some good ideas about using affirmations. His constant use of the pronouns "she/her" destroys the concentration and the narrative flow. He also asserts that the human race is a cancer on the earth, and humans are destroying the earth's ability to sustain life. I object to that. Then he promotes masturbating--I don't think Spinoza would agree.
Author also presents myths as undisputed facts--the big bang, evolution, black holes. He is victim of the very social programming he warns the reader against. Rather shallow thinking for a philosophy book.
