Layla is sent on a mission to convince Brock that a movie studio can use part of his property for a movie. He wants to keep nature for nature and refuses. She still wants to see the location and he agrees to take her and that night she is told that if she does not get the paperwork signed, she is fired. The next day they see the area at sunrise and then more of the area. Both are falling fast for each other.
The characters are heartwarming and caring, with great backstories. The storyline was well written, with an easy tempo and beautiful visual scenery. Loved the no hesitation attitudes once they were at the sunrise and the steam quickly building later on. Great ending.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Brock is the seventh book in the ‘’mountain alphas’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Layla is sent by her boss to get access to someone’s land for a film scene. Brock is a successful man that doesn’t want anyone ruining his land. Sparks fly between Layla and Brock but will love blossom?
The chemistry between Brock and Layla is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

This is a very short love at first sight story. I love how they just knew right away even though it was a little bit of a rocky start. It was just the type of story to read while waiting around for something. It is very short and quick to read but the story was wonderful and the characters were great and the story flowed. How sometimes you can take a leap of faith and it all works out.

The author has given us a fast paced, quick read that pulls us into the lives of Layla and Brock and does not let go. Brock has been hiding on the mountain since his wife was killed. Layla approaches him about the movie company she works for wanting to film on his property. They have a connection but will the city girl win the heart of the mountain man?

Brock lives is a writer that lives on the mountain, he enjoys his routine and the quite. Layla is out scouting areas for a film her boss wants to shoot the finally at, but she needs Brock's help.

This is a fast read with passionate moments of the character's eyes opening to what is important and what the really want. Grab a drink, and this book for a great escape.

This story may have been short, but it was cute and funny. When Layla tries to convince Brock to let her boss's movie company shoot a scene on his property only to fall in love with the land and Brock.

Fantastic story! Characters that will steal your heart. A storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat and glued to your kindle! For me it was a love- hate deal as the characters face their demons. You will feel their emotions and struggles. A definite must read.

Layla was sent by her boss to tried to convince Brock to let them do a movie on his land, even though he had told them to leave him alone.... He shows Layla his land and she agrees with him.... They end up falling for each other.....
