this was lowkey peak… academic school president top/delinquent bottom always hits.

sooo cute and i loved every second. the art was also great.. the romance was such a wholesome, green-flag one that was, again, cute and also, super entertaining. surprisingly came out fond of the characters as well? i would probably reread one day… the dopamine rush was unreal. i didn’t expect to really like something that literally only is about six chapters with some extras.

This was literally one the BEST thing I have EVER read, my brain is melted and my heart is in a puddle on the floor🫠🩷!!

Every panel was a damn masterpiece, so expressive, so hot, so delicious I wanted to crawl into the pages and live there.

And the LOVE?? The OBSESSION?? These two were down so unbelievably bad for each other, it made the smut feel like a spiritual experience. It was two people so utterly consumed by each other that every touch felt like a promise.

There was no stupid drama, no filler nonsense just pure, unfiltered adoration and tension so thick you could choke on it. They were cute, they were passionate, they were literally everything. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW FINE THEY BOTH ARE??

I would sell my soul to read this again for the first time. 😭❤️🔥

This was a fluffy but HOTTTT AF bl manga, it was written to be a smutty one shot to the now 6 ch (+ extra bonuses) RomCom style, which explains some of choices made in this story!
I read it after midnight as I was travelling in train 😁, in 1 seating.

Terano is the smart, nice guy who's also got a not-nice side of being pushy, possessive, jealous (he looks like a shark ngl) but it only comes out with Kumakazi, who's rough, delinquent yet innocent & got a sweet, shy side which rarely anyone sees (but T does, yes!).

At ch 1, we see that T+K are already together, which was a surprise, didn't expect them to be established couple. But we got to see their 1st time 🤭. It starts out hot! But gladly, in ch 2, we get flashback to their start which was sweet. From reluctantance to tutoring/friends to lovers! It's mostly fluff but the last 2 ch get a bit angsty due to the usual miscommunication, there's a bit of OM drama but it never becomes a love triangle as friend-zoned 🙌.

The smut scenes are hella hot, tho they do suffer with the random "wait", "can't"... Atleast there wasn't much outright "no"s & the consent or situation is always clarified so these 2 remain green flags, despite T's quirks 😅. It's refreshing to see horny teens, cuz that's relatable at this age 😂.

Between the shrinkwrap and the smutty summary, I wasn't sure how much of an actual story this one would have. But it turned out to be surprisingly sweet and satisfying. Fun characters with a nicely developed relationship that feels like they genuinely like each other as people, beyond the romantic atmosphere. Which shouldn't have to be stated, but sometimes that part doesn't really get much of a focus.

This story started out as a short one-shot about a student council president and scary delinquent who were secretly dating - and then, based on positive feedback and publisher pressure, got turned into a full 6 chapters plus bonuses volume. Sometimes that sort of journey results in a stilted narrative where you can feel the awkward transition, but Yoriko put in all the work to build out the behind the scenes pieces and emotional depth that weren't necessary for that initial short.

At first, I'd thought the original bit was the first chapter, but I think it must've been the final bonus story? Either way, we start out with Terano and Kumazaki already in a relationship, then take a step back in the second chapter to find out how they got there. And I was really, really happy about that part. I loved seeing the interactions that made Terano's annoyance turn to curiosity then to an attraction and attachment he wasn't expecting at all.

Like Terano says himself, Kumazaki's side is a little bit slower, and I think the confession and kiss caught him massively by surprise...but he wasn't unhappy about it. While he may not have been thinking of Terano in a romantic light, he had really been enjoying their time together, and responded to Terano's intense affection with a lot of awkwardness but increasing happiness. It's a really fun journey to follow. I love how much he responds to someone pouring their affection into him.

He comes from a supportive family, actually, so there isn't any traumatic backstory there; he's just a quiet, closed-off guy who hadn't made a lot of connections before Terano swept into his life and helped him to open up.

The Nishiki bits weren't entirely necessary, but it was surprising and funny and did lead to some good communication between Terano and Kumazaki. And I liked that, too; even though there are a few points where they're not speaking to each other about things or misunderstanding situations, they do a good amount of talking. Because the way they bonded initially was through honesty: Kumazaki telling Terano that he liked him a whole lot better when he was his true self, instead of the people-pleasing Ideal Student persona he was always putting on.

Terano is actually a little bit of a jerk, but in a fun way; he loves teasing Kumazaki, and he certainly has thick jealous streaks, but he's also aware of it and never pushes anything too far. They balance each other really well.

This is a very solid story that takes a spicy trope and builds it into something substantial. It's an enjoyable read that I'll definitely revisit.

Terano has black hair and is the class president while Kumazaki is a blonde bad boy with a shy side. While the book does try to build up character, it can fall flat with their interactions with others and with each other, becoming very one note. There's a jealousy sub plot and a friend who wants Terano. This adds some much needed drama before the book comes to a close with them graduating.

The ending bonus comic would have been better placed at the beginning. Otherwise, the tale was cute enough. The author said it was supposed to be a simple one off comic that grew into this manga, so it's nice and steamy for what it is.

This was so good! I love the delinquent (that is mostly just misunderstood) x “good” student (that you actually should worry about) dynamic so much. The romance was sweet, the spice was heavily peppered in but still very well done, and it was a quick read but still substantial. I especially loved that the delinquent uke was so easily flustered, blushy, and responsive and how feral it made our “good” student seme lol

Por la forma en como comenzó el primer capítulo no estaba segura cuanta trama tendría en realidad. Pero resulto siendo una historia muy agradable de leer, te hace pasar un momento divertido y bonito. El dibujo de Yoriko siempre me ha gustado mucho, ademas de que su construcción de personajes es increíble, hace personajes muy destacables tanto físicamente como en personalidad.

Tengo entendido que la historia comenzó como un one-shot sobre un presidente del consejo estudiantil y un delincuente aterrador que estaban saliendo en secreto, que posteriormente se convirtió en una serialización llegando a ser un volumen completo. Y quizá por eso el primer capítulo se siente un poco extraño como inicio.

Las historias que comienzan con una pareja establecida no son lo mío francamente. Pero esta sin duda supo llevar bien la historia de inicio a fin. Se mantiene como una historia feliz y divertida sobre dos estudiantes de preparatoria que están viviendo la parte más bonita de su amor, no hay mayor drama.

Es lindo tambien que no hay ninguna historia de fondo traumática, la familia de Kumazaki (que es la que vemos) parece apoyarlo mucho incluso si no saben explícitamente que son novios. Incluso la problemática que tuvieron que enfrentar con el tema de Nishiki se resuelve de la misma manera infantil y graciosa, y llevó a una buena comunicación entre Terano y Kumazaki.

Creo que mi capítulo favorito es el segundo, donde descubrimos como se conocen Terano y Kumazaki, y como poco a poco desarrollan sentimientos por el otro llegando así a la confesión de Terano. Es un viaje muy divertido de seguir.

La historia tuvo un poco más de contenido +18 del que esperaba jaja o del que estoy acostumbrada, digo, pasaba creo que en cada capítulo. Pero lo genial de la historia es que ni con todo ese contenido smut se pierde de vista o se reduce la historia de amor entre los dos protagonistas.

дуже класна й органічна історія! тут вкрай симпатична оповідь, переконливі персонажі та дуже прикольна (dare i say, underrated) динаміка, а вишенькою на торті стала приємна й гарненька мальовка. не манґа, а одна втіха, серйозно! єдине що — нсфв сцени були трошки мені не до смаку*.

*я до цього якраз читала undead ще і замислилась, чого бл манґаки роблять ті сцени (переважно) саме такими... типу, я не вимагаю якоїсь дотошної реалістичності абощо, але блін.......... чого вони тут постійно went all the way з проникненням? ви не переконаєте мене, що occasional handjob чи frottage тут був би недоречний, ну... ОСОБЛИВО, зважаючи на сеттинг їхніх активностей. зокрема потішно було й з того, що для них той eventual blowjob наприкінці був більшою подією, ніж всі попередні забавки, лол. мені це просто дивно! ладно, можливо, то просто запити в авдиторії/індустрії саме такі — хтозна. але то вже таке, питання риторичне. до того ж ці дрібні та доволі специфічні доскіпування досвід анітрохи не псували та загалом цієї манґи не дуже й стосуються......... просто накопичення подібних елементів у останніх прочитаних манґах made me wanna rant 🤓

I've been seeing this couple a lot on the author's sm so I guess this is the story that took off. Sad because I like her other two stories!! Reminds me of how I loved the younger gen of scarlet beriko's Yakuza story but it was the older gen story that took off (which I haven't read yet for *reasons* in fourth gen book but maybe I should who knows). ANYWAYS!

I have to say that this author draws some of the best FACES, especially BLUSHY FACES OMGGG. If anything, read this for the blushy faces, they're a treat!! But of course the story is really cute too, and much smuttier than her other titles. I don't mind it, but I kind of enjoy the way she tells stories and has the characters interact. Also, I just realized, one of her characters is always super horny (take a guess which it is, lol!). I also had a lot of fun reading this one and there were some eh, ridiculous moments where the second hand embarrassment was too much for me BUT it worked out in a way that put a permanent smile on my face!

I was really looking forward to this one, but I'm sorry to say that it just didn't stack up to my expectations.

I wasn't expecting a story with high school kids to be so explicit. However, I got through Caste Heaven, so I tried to squint and ignore their ages, preferring to think of them as college kids, but it just didn't work. There was A LOT of explicit, on-page sex between the two MC's.

Kumazaki is the school delinquent, but he's really a loner introvert. Terano is asked by a teacher to talk to him about skipping classes, but grows fascinated by him, and they soon begin a relationship. There's some drama from outside sources and jealousy, but it doesn't amount to much of a story, to be honest. It's mostly about them having sex and graduating high school.

I do give this points for being brave enough to start the story with an established couple - it isn't often you find yaoi with an established couple - which then provides flashbacks to show how they met.

It was so freaking cute, I love this sorta dynamic so much and I’m so glad I picked this up n bless the cashier who recommended it to me <3 I really felt the cute aggression that Kumazaki gave Terano sometimes throughout the story, he really is just so innocent and lovable I just wanna bite his cheeks >w< Im bummed that it seems this is just a solo release rather than a series but I’ll have to check out the author’s other works if i can find them because this was easily one of the better developed and written BL mangas I’ve read in a while. It was a short yet sweet and comedic romance of two horny high school boys getting to know eachother and discovering what it’s like to be in a relationship together, my only true complaint is that there isn’t more of it. Definitely plan to reread this one, money well spent here!

I went blindly into this cuz I was afraid for the outcome, I’ve been reading a bunch of stuff from this publisher, and a lot of it has rape or SA or non-con and I went into this so doubtful but we’re good, everything was completely consensual, and if the characters didn’t like something they knew when to push and shove.
Also this story actually has character development and the story is actually well thought out and well written. The only thing is that it’s heavily coated with smut, the two main characters be fucking everywhere and anywhere (literally scared that someone is gonna catch them cuz they’re out here in public).
Overall I really liked this besides all the smut, since most of the scenes are sex scenes, it helps build the plot. Sometimes BL manga be having random sex scenes for no reason and they don’t add to the plot, but this was different and good.

Terano-kun and Kumazaki-kun takes the smart one and delinquent one/bad boy-bad girl trope and slightly flips it. The story starts with them as a couple and goes backwards then back to the present. The flip is that Terano-kun is the good student, student council president who’s oversexed and head over heels for his bf (my man, my man, my man type), Kumazaki-kun. Kumazaki-kun looks like a bad guy but he’s nice, kinda shy and school just isn’t his thing. Fun little opposites attract story.

I thought the little love triangle in the story was very funny. The karaoke meet up was also good too.

I find it so funny that these high school bls usually have empty classrooms for the guys to scamper off to. What is going with these school buildings!?! Hahah!

This is cute but not much actually happens; it's probably at least 30% pure smut. It's also not reinventing the wheel; it's a smart boy x delinquent high school romance where the smarty is secretly a massive tease and the delinquent is shy and misunderstood and for reasons unknown they've fallen in love and are now secretly dating. It's not that I don't trust their chemistry, more that I think the volume kind of skips the falling in love part and then is a bit too busy perving on them having sex to show much of anything else about their relationship. Aside from that, we get a little bit of jealousy, a little bit of unrequited love triangle, and a couple of misunderstandings that are cleared up relatively clearly.

Overall, this is not an angsty, deep read; it's mostly just an excuse for smut between two likeable characters and a good mix of comedy and sweetness.
