But with my 30th birthday around the corner, I’m feeling the heat to jump into the deep end with both feet. Except, it’s not deep at all. It’s a kiddies pool filled to the brim with unsolicited pecker portaits, and ‘hey babe, wanna b@ng’. So when the first sem-decent guy, fifteen years my senior, swipes right, I think I might be one of the lucky ones.
Until I’m not.
Tinder.
The bane of my existence.
Only because my triplets thought it would hilarious to sign me up without my knowledge.
It’s a disaster in the making, but considering my first marriage ended badly, I decide to jump feet first into the dating dumpsterfire. And the flames are too hot for my liking.
But then my children swipe right on a woman fifteen years my junior, and I think maybe I’m willing to risk the flames.
I'm a 28 year old Publishing Graduate with a penchant for hot books, cowboys, and off-the-chart-chemistry between the characters I write. In April 2019, I graduated with my Publishing degree, and took a brief writing hiatus to complete my studies. Right now, I'm busy with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, and have recently published my newest book, Under The Sake Sky (Horseshoe Bay Series Book 1). I'm still addicted to coffee, reading, and when I'm not writing, or designing all kinds of things in Photoshop, I'm editing romance novels for my clients. In my free time, I can usually be found in bed with my three fur babies, BamBam, Benji and Denver.
I absolutely loved this book! My husband caught me giggling and laughing like a little school girl that he even read a few paragraphs (note, he doesn’t read at all). It was an absolute blast and can’t wait to read the other books!!
You can tell right from the start that this book is going to be filled with some entertaining chaos. Ash and Tam have done it again with their hilarious character development and banter. I loved this story and all of the outrageous one-liners and seriously funny situations. It was incredibly brilliant! I can't wait to see what these two cook up next.
Tinder B@ng( by Tamsyn Bester and Robin Ash is the next installment in this hilarious look at life in the 21st century. Channing is approaching 30 and now that her best friend and employer has found love, Channing is ready to find love herself. Unfortunately she is using Tinder to find love which is turning out to be the worst decision of her life. Kalon is 45, retired, financially sound and the father of triplets who are about to turn 21. When the triplets come for a visit, they decide to help their father find that special someone by way of Tinder. This story was a laugh riot from the first page to the last page. If you haven't read Uber G#sm( by these 2 authors please do so, preferably before this book which introduces use to Channing and her 2 cohorts. If you decide to read this book first do not worry it just helps to understand some things that are referredto in this story. Regardless both books are fresh, funny and truly entertaining. Following Channing going from one disastrous date to the next was cringe worthy and comical but watching Kalon was down right hilarious. The guy is duller than paint drying however he is not only handsome but physically fit. Kalon is not looking for love. A woman for casual sex is fine by him but the ladies at the country club only see dollar signs and the woman who want just sex are too bold for him. When Kalon and Channing strike up a conversation on Tinder things do get strange. I don't want to give too much away. All I can say is this story is well worth the read. Truly entertaining that had my sides hurting and tears running down my face. 5 swipes for me. So looking forward to the next friend's book. That chick is a little flighty with a smig of quirky, definitely will be interesting.
Tinder B@ng was a fun little romance with plenty of laughs, love, dirty humour, sizzling chemistry and witty banter. I really enjoyed this story, it left me with huge smile on my face. The perfect way to escape for a few hours.
The way Channing and Kalon met through Tinder was really funny, especially the way Kalon had no idea what he was doing, their tinder profiles really made me laugh. I loved the chemistry between them. The suit measuring was one of the funniest things I've read and cringed at, at the same time. I'll never forget it.
Kalon Ward is a sexy silver fox, he's a bit of a novice when it comes to anything social media which I actually found quite refreshing. There are a lot of layers to Kalon, he's very charismatic, successful, a little blunt as he doesn't suffer fools gladly, but he's an all round good guy. He even made stamp collecting sexy. I loved him and his relationship with his children was fantastic too, he's a great father.
Channing was a hoot, I loved her strong friendship with Oakley, they're very open about over sharing details of their love lives, which was hilarious. She's a great girl and her sassy attitude and fantastic energy made her perfect for Kalon. They're a great balance for each other. Channing brings out the real Kalon, the side he has kept on a tight leash for years, and I loved her for that.
Kalon and Channing's Tinder journey was exhilarating, it definitely went off with a B@ng, I loved them together.
I'm loving The App series and I'm already excited for more.
I am hooked on this series. I love that these authors are taking every day apps and putting their own twist on a story about them. I absolutely loved Uberg#sm.
This book is so entertaining. You don't have to read the first one in the series to understand what's going on, but it does help with some character development for Channing.
I loved that this followed Channing from one disastrous date to the another. It's entertaining.
There's such funny conversations between Channing and Talon on Tinder. It's so hard to give a review for this one because it'll give to much away about the story. But this is a definite must read.
If you are looking for something with comedy and a lot of steam, this is one for your TBR.
Time to go on another adventure in the APP world of Tinberb@ng. This writing duo have chemistry in spades and it shows within the pages of this hilarious adventure of Kalon and and Channing. Channing we first met in Uberg@sm ( check it out) and she was a fantastic female character to read. She made me laugh. And then there is Kalon, we’ll let me tell you, what is there not to like about this silver fox who has all of the sexy moves. The dialogue between him and his adult children had me in fits of laughter. It was fantastic to read a light hearted book filed with OMG moments and so many laughs.
This is book two in the app series by these two talented ladies and its so good.
Kalon is push into Tinder by his 20 year old triplets who actually set up the account, despite his protests that he does not want to date. He is quite happy with his retired life. Then there is Channing who I absolutely loved, she is smart, independent and so feisty. Kalon and Channing meet and hit it off. This book was funny, and the suit fitting part was hysterical. I cant wait for the next book in this series
They did it again. This dynamic author duo has become one I can't get enough of. In this second APP series book I found myself remembering why I loved the first offering from this pair. The witty banter had me laughing outloud. In a world full of books, this series is a breath of fresh air. The unique storyline will keep you lost in the pages. I can honestly say the next books in this series are some of my most anticipated.
Kalon looked forward to his Friday golf outings. He didn't get to see his friends often anymore since retiring because they were still working. He had worked very hard to be able to retire early and to be able to enjoy life and his money before he got too old to enjoy it.
But, today everything is getting on his last nerve. The club piranhas were looking at him like he was their last meal ticket. He didn't know why he was all of the sudden their focus - he was very good at avoiding the gold diggers looking for their next husband.
And then the woman at the dry-cleaners wouldn't look him in the eye. Did have an offensive odor? When he finally gets home and takes a much-needed shower, he lays on the couch to watch tv and ending up falling asleep.
Until his twenty-year-old triplets banged in the apartment laughing and kidding around. They were worse than toddlers. Maybe if he pretended to be asleep they would leave him alone. And then he hears them snickering and saying that they couldn't believe he was getting more right swipes than they were - whatever that meant. When he hears the word stepmom he starts paying attention...
He is going to kill his kids!!! They signed him up on Tinder without his knowledge. No wonder he was the focus of all the women at the clubhouse!
Channing had had about enough of Tinder and was getting ready to delete her account. If she received another unsolicited d*ck pick she was going to scream. And that didn't count the losers that she had gone out with.
So she is left swiping away when she accidentally swipes right on a profile and Tinder says she has a match. His photos are all from a distance like he was unaware that he was being photographed so she starts chatting with him for a few days, but then his responses change in nature. What's with that?
Channing works with her best friend and wedding dress designer, Oakley. When she arrives to work, Oakley tells her that they have triplets coming in today to be fitted for a dress and tuxedos for their twenty-first birthday and asked if Channing would handle the measurements of the two boys and father and Oakley would work with the daughter.
When they arrive it is so weird how the father and his children just stop dead and stared at her. She knows she's never met them before although the father does seem familiar.
As she's fitting the sons, who act more like children with all their snickering, she can't figure out why the daughter, Tala, and her brother's Fallon and Lycan seem to be carrying on some type of triplet communication conversation while looking at her. And the father keeps looking at her weirdly.
When she gets to the father's measurements, she has to take his inseam measurement several times because WTF? She pulls Oakley aside and tells her that she's going to need 2 dildos taped to their mannequin they've named Ken because the father was packing. There was no way her measurements could be right.
And then she realizes why he seems so familiar. He is her Tinder match and obviously, he and the children recognized her as soon as they arrived in the boutique.
Do not read this book in public! It is laugh-out-loud hilarious! Tala, Fallon, and Lycan are a riot and Kalon is just short of committing murder of his children. This book is action-packed from beginning to end!
And sexy...wow! When Channing first sees what's under Kalon's suits she is speechless. Who would have thought that this man would be covered in tattoos and have his nipples pierced? He may be 45, but this was one hot daddy!
Highly highly recommend this book and series! Oakley and Sebastian from Uber G#sm are a big part of this story with Oakley and Holland being Channing's best friends. This book is funny, smoking hot and has a big b@ng at the end!
Refreshing storyline filled with so many laugh out loud moments, this is one of those books that is so easy to read and where you quickly become attached to the characters. I loved the banter between Channing and Kalon. The age gap throws obstacles their way and the trials of using the tinder app just added a whole different fun dimension to the often tiresome dating game. Sizzling chemistry together with meddling adult children, exes and characters trying to get their heads around the new ways of dating, Tinderb@ng is a fun-filled story that had me smiling throughout. It has five stars stamped all over it.
I really enjoyed the first book in this series so was really looking forward to the follow up. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I was so disappointed. My problem was I intensely disliked the male lead Kalon. I found him obnoxious, controlling and with the emotional maturity of a goldfish! I also really didn’t like his spoilt annoying as hell trio of privileged grown up children. Normally one is rooting for the heroine to find her Romeo but I felt like yelling, Run for the hills girl! However reading reviews, I realise I’m in a minority and I would still recommend reading this book as your experience could be totally different from my own so make up your own mind
This book had me right from the get go.. the banter between the characters had me laughing out loud. As the pages wore on the story just got better and better. I’m really enjoying this new look at the phone “apps”
