This was first book that I read of Louise Penny, therefore started to read her series of Three Pines and thoroughly enjoyed each one and waiting for her last book. Mystery and murder — but what made the series so captivating was an introduction to a small village in rural Quebec, of interesting and lovable characters.

The premise was good, but by the end it read like a bad movie script. 80 pages to go and I couldn’t finish the book.
