He Is Watching...

A series of personal misfortunes have left Taylor Maxwell reeling. Even a sexy new neighbor in her South Beach apartment complex has no effect on her -- except to make her uneasy. Taylor is suspicious of Shane Donovan's interest in her, and she doesn't know why...

He Is Waiting...

Shane is the last person Taylor expects to see at her mother's house. Recently diagnosed with cancer, Taylor's mother now wants to find the daughter that she had put up for adoption years ago -- and she's hired Shane's security firm to help.

He Is Ready To Kill...

When a woman is found who may be her mother's child, Taylor and Shane don't buy it. There's too much at stake -- including millions of dollars -- to take anything or anyone at face value. Just as Taylor's misgivings about Shane begin to change, her newly discovered sister is killed. Unknown to Taylor, someone has been thriving on the chaos in her family, a devious and patient killer who is playing a game he intends win -- at any cost...

This book was exceptionally well-written. It doesn't live up to its name though. This story is just as absorbing as all of Sawyer's other books; it's a fascinating romantic suspense page-turner and I finished it in two days' time. She did a good job of making you guess the culprit's identity. I don't like how many parts of this story seem too good to be true, and the ending didn't really feel like closure to me. I wish she wrote Vince's story though; there always seems to be a character that doesn't have his/her story told, as well as in her other books. I highly recommend this - it has a perfect blend of romance, suspense, mystery and intrigue to entice the reader to pick up another one of Sawyer's novels. 3.5/5 stars.

Good love story

This book kept me guessing from the very beginning. The characters were all amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed trying to figure out who did it. It had a little bit of everything and I look for that in a book.

Overall a very good read. I enjoy getting an insight into places and circumstances that are unfamiliar to me.

Did anyone else pick up the little glitch though near the end of the book when Taylor ran into her brother on her way to Brew Ha-Ha, and 'glanced at her watch', when in fact she had left her watch on the bedside table?

This book was very predictable. I knew about 50 pages in who the killer/stalker was. However, it was a quick, easy read.

Not my favorite from this author. Easy to pick out the "bad guy", very early on. Not very many likeable characters & no real chemistry between the romantic leads. Kind of a tedious read.
