This was definitely an intriguing story. High priced Escort turned PI, what a change. The book has intrigue, suspense and possible romance. Fast paced.
I've really enjoyed writing this series and I'm already getting stuck into book 4, so the wait won't be long. I'm expecting the release to be before March 2022.
I get asked how I came up with the idea of a high-class escort turning amateur detective, but honestly, I've got no idea. Sometimes, as an author, ideas just pop into your head and you run with them.
If you enjoy a great mystery, with a romantic suspense undertone, then you'll love Deadly Deceit, book 3 in the Foxy Mysteries Series.
A high class madam working as a PI with a retired detective is working to solve a case where the retired detective’s ex-partner is being framed. This is book 3 in the Foxy mystery series and refers to events from the previous book. I would have liked a little more info during these references to help keep straight who and what occurred. Just kind of dragged on for me. Took me a while to read this one. Several theories as to who did what with a surprise at the end. I liked Presumed Missing more than this book.
