Oh My Heart with that ending! And now I have to wait a year to find out what happens 😭 say it ain't so.
I have been loving this journey we've taken with Beck, Seth, and Heavenly, after the last book, THE CHASE, left us with one heck of a cliffhanger we all thought the next book would be the final book but there is so much more to tell in there story we are getting another book! So it's not a trilogy any more it is now a series of four books and I couldn't be happier because I absolutely love these three.
In this installment we find out a bit more about Beck's family and his brother Zach plays a big role...and my wheels are turning with him so I'm guessing so are Shalya's and Jenna's which is fantastic for us. And if that wasn't enough of a bonus we get Seth's younger twin Brothers. HOTNESS ALERT! Yes I'm totally seeing them in a book too.
And there's sooooo much more of Seth's back story that we finally get and listen to me when I say GRAB THE TISSUES because you are going to need them. Now I'm not going to tell you anything that happens just that a LOT happens, some good things some not so good, but it all makes for an amazing read.
This series MUST be read in the order it has been released as each of the books end with a cliffhanger that will bring us to the fourth and final book THE COMMITMENT. I would highly recommend this series to those that enjoy Steamy Contemporary Romances, Menage/Triad Romances, or BDSM Romances.

What an emotionally powerful read! The Confession by Shayla Black and Jenna Jacob is the third book in the Unbroken: Heavenly Rising series. It doesn't get better than this. This story is jam packed full of sexy times, stirring emotional scenes and love. Heavenly, Beck and Seth face some difficult times in this addition to the series. I was invested in their troubled relationship from the beginning of the book. These authors made me really care for these main characters throughout the book. I am very much looking forward to The Commitment.

I found I got frustrated while reading this one. The same issue at the start of the book was there at the end of the book and it all centered around Seth. Seth finally telling Beck and Heavenly about his past, yet not the whole story, claiming he was over/past things, but clearly he wasn't. Through it all both Beck and Heavenly asked what they could do to help, maybe he should see someone to help him through things, but he needed to do something because he was hurting their relationship. I was glad when they finally told him the last bit. Seth really needs to see that he could loose it all and then where would he be???
One a side note, as frustrated as I was about our trio, there was some good things in this one. First off Seth's twin brothers, who were so funny! I did find it a bit odd how good they were with Zach, but the 3 of them in their swinging bachelor pad was a good thing. I did think Seth's hypocritical speech to the boys was bad, especially when he got busted later. One high point for Seth was the first talk that he gave Zach, Zach needed to hear it all, but better was the talk that Zack gave Seth at the end, very on point and brutally honest.
The other funny part, as long as you are only an observer is the whole Pike, River, Dean thing. I thought it telling how one girl could so enamor both Pike and River, loved how River kept talking up this girl to Dean, but the best was finding out just who this girl was and how WWIII broke out. It will be fun to see how this whole situation comes out in the end.

This book.............holy cow, this book!!!! First, this is book 3 in the series and will end on a cliffhanger. I know some don't like that so that is one thing I will include in my reviews. BUT..........if you've read the first two books, you NEED to read this one. Beck, Seth and Heavenly are just...........sigh!!! So good! And this will be a short review because I don't do spoilers but I seriously wanted to reach through my kindle and shake some sense into Seth!!! So good, so many emotions!! Did I mention it's so good? Seth has struggled with his past for a long time now and since he blurted out what his past was about to Beck and Heavenly, he seems to withdraw more into himself. No one seems to be able to reach him. But the connection, emotionally, between the three of them is still there. Will Seth walk away from the best thing that has ever happened to him or will he fight his demons and resolve it? We won't find out until next year but as I've said before, this is one series I have NO problem waiting on!!! It's so freaking good!!!!

Holy crap - my review will not do this story justice. Shayla Black once again takes her readers on an emotional, throw your kindle on the floor, and scream out loud "oh no you did not do that" ride. We all fell in love with Seth, Beck and Heavenly and only wanted them to get a HEA, but you know that will not happen right away. First we have to have our hearts ripped our, stomped on and then just when you think it is safe - think again. The Confession will leave you breathless and wanting more. I only hope that some of the new characters that show up inside this story also get their futures told. Bravo Shayla Black - BRAVO!!

OMG y’all I could not wait until I got my hands on this book! The Confession is the 3rd book in Doms of Her Life: Heavenly Rising.
It looks like these 2 authors squeezed in another story in between The Chase and The Commitment and that is this book.
Next up will be The Committment coming next year! Believe me that isn’t soon enough! Although that is sooner than what we had to wait for this book.
Normally I finish a book every 1-2 days, but I happen to be on vacation while reading The Confession. It has been sweet torture to be able to read this book. You know…. family sometimes gets in the way and you have to do things. When what I really wanted to do was find a nice comfy corner to sit myself in and read MY book. Especially since I have been waiting for another book in this series.
I enjoyed reading this book every chance I got. I LOVED it! I was thrilled when I saw that this book was coming out and I am thrilled to have read it! I know I said this already but it could use another I LOVED IT! And now that I know another book will be out in 2023 I am already impatient for it! It is worth every little minute I could take to escape from my vacation to read it! If I could give it more than 5 STARS I would!

Ladies this is a 10 star story!!!! We catch up with Heavenly, Beck and Seth at the cabin where everything unraveled and so much death and destruction happened. What triggers Seth is Zach, Beck's brother and his loss. As Seth struggles with his past and what the future might be with Beck and Heavenly, everybody around him are trying to help him see the light but his own stuborness and fears will have him stay on the sideline and not fully commit and embrace to this beautiful life in front of him. Heavenly and Beck will take a stand that will leave him reeling. Will he be forever be looking though the glass or will he make the right decision and embrace love and a bright future? The next book of this series will give us all the answers to this spellbinding, powerfull, heartwrenching story. I volunteered to review this story.

The Confession is the third book in this series, and you have to read the other two before this one. It is a steamy, emotional page turner. There is a cliffhanger that will leave your mouth hanging open. If you can’t handle that, I’d wait until the next book is finished to binge the series. It’s a good thing that I know that Shayla and Jenna will give us a happily ever after. Heavenly, Beck, and Seth have had a rough road to their happily ever after. Seth can’t get over the loss of his wife and child. He feels guilty, and he can’t see the future for his pain. Meanwhile heavenly and Beck yearn for a commitment and a family. This is especially true after Raine, Hammer, and Liam get their family started. This book promises a rollercoaster ride. You won’t be able to put it down until you get to the end!

They have had their fair of ups and downs, but they maybe faced with their biggest obstacle on the road to happily ever after. This book throws you through an emotional loop. I can’t wait to find out what happens with Seth, Beck, and Heavenly in the final book and to see if they finally get their happily ever after.

Omg I am absolutely speechless and Blown away by this book. It's the third book in the Unbroken series and let me tell you it will definitely have you wanting to toss your kindle and scream ! It's a cliffhanger and yes this series is worth them just wish I could read the next book asap lol we get the best of both worlds with Jenna Jacob and Shayla Black trust me I am so mad at Seth right now but it was his turn for his confession and now we're left to wonder what is next for these three?

Getting back into the story with Seth, Beck and Heavenly was just so easy. The words flowed. The story line sucked me in right from the first page.
Learning about Seths wife and child. The heart ache over losing them.
Although from the revelation starts to unravel their bond.
Everyone can see that Seth is not coping. Except Seth. Will he realise how his actions are pushing Beck and Heavenly in another direction?
Loved catching up with Liam, Raine and Hammer too. Also Liams mum. With her special talent.
I am also looking at the other characters. River, Pike, Dean and Jasmine. There is a story right there. It's simmering in the background. Ready to burst onto the page.

The Confession is a beautiful and heart wrenching book full of emotional scenes, sexy times and plenty of love. Your heart will be torn out and stomped to pieces only to be put together again then torn out again... What an emotional roller coaster ride that will leave you reeling. I absolutely love Beck, Seth and Heavenly, but sometimes like now, I want to slap Seth upside his head. This one ends on a cliffy. I can't wait to see how this all concludes in The Commitment. But I have to wait a whole year!?!?

When secrets are exposed it could be the ending of Heavenly, Beck and Seth. I absolutely love this story and characters. Their struggle is heartbreaking and had me glued too my kindle. I’m hoping for the best for these characters. Love seeing Raine, Liam & Hammer in this story as well. Can’t wait too see what happens next.

This long awaited book...what can I say? Full of steamy scenes, jammed packed with emotions, gab ahold of you and keep you turning page after page!! Shayla Black and Jenna Jacob once again draw you into the world of Heavenly, Seth and Beck. With visits from other loved characters, you can't help turning page after page.

It's not pretty, and he leaves out VERY important details. Will he finally have the ability to confront his past, or is their threesome going to end?
This books has tons of "WTF" moments and book 4 is WAY to far away. I'll be not so patiently waiting. Lol

OMG! What a ride! Sultry, sexy, and oh so painful. Everything about this story is heart breaking and makes you want to hug them all. I am crying for the trio at the end.
I know Shayla and Jenna will heal this rift and I cannot wait to see how they do it!
So many times in this novel I wanted to shake some sense into Seth. Then I just wanted to hold him.

Great read in book #3. I was happy to see when it was finally out and now we have to wait a year to see how it ends!
I enjoyed the development of new characters with the twins & Zack (spin off perhaps?). I did get continually confused when Seth was both Seth and Cooper in the same scenes. It became hard to follow. Stick with Seth especially when no one actually calls him Cooper. I don't remember that being an issue in the first 2 books. Overall I loved the book and can't wait for more!!

This was a knee jerker of a book. I hate the way it ended as I now have to wait to get the next one but I know it will be well worth it.

Get to to see what it is really like for a new person to learn thing for the first time as Zack is learning to live in this new world.

another great read
I absolutely love this series and this book was no different. The wait was worth it. Beck, heavenly and Seth are great and their chemistry is off the charts. The cliff hanger just keeps you wanting more and waiting for the full story. Jenna Jacob and Shayla Black don’t disappoint.
