Missing Pieces Series Collection

Missing Pieces Series, Book One.

Dallas Muller has everything he never expected he’d have. He owns a successful motorbike mechanic shop in Newcastle, and he’s madly in love with his boyfriend of four years, Justin Keith.

Justin has always struggled to find where he fit in, never realising his true worth or what it means to be loved—until he met Dallas. Living and working together might be too much for some, but Dallas and Justin wouldn’t have it any other way.

When a terrible accident tears their world apart, Justin’s left with no memory of Dallas or their relationship. Trying to put the pieces back together is almost impossible when some pieces are blank and some are missing altogether. Dallas has to let Justin find his own way back to him and just hope that their love will light the way.

Missing Pieces Series, Book Two

Justin’s recovery is slow, but any step forward is a win in Dallas’ eyes. Having always been a source of strength for Justin, even before the accident, Dallas is trying to find his feet again as he struggles to get some normalcy back in their lives.
But now, with added financial pressures and Justin’s ongoing medical needs, Dallas isn’t sure how much longer he can be the strong one.

As missing pieces of Justin’s memory return, Justin realises the physical side of their relationship is another piece of the puzzle he desperately wants to put back together. And as he gets to know Dallas all over again, he realises what his mind can’t remember, his heart can’t forget.

Missing Pieces Series, Book Three

As Justin’s recovery moves forward, Dallas dares to hope their lives are settling into their new normal. His money worries have eased, business is picking up, and best of all, Justin now laughs more than he frowns.
Justin’s memory still eludes him, but with each snippet or flashback, small pieces of his old life start to slot into place. He remembers more of Dallas and how perfectly happy their lives used to be, and with each passing day, Justin realises he can have that again.

But when someone from Justin’s past turns up, he discovers that not all the missing pieces are good, and sadly, he and Dallas also learn just what it means to live with a traumatic brain injury.

If Dallas and Justin have to fight for their Happily Ever After, then Dallas will stop at nothing—nothing—to give Justin the life he always wanted.

“. . . as I tried to put the puzzle of myself back together, it was the pieces of us that made me whole.”

it's a mood

❝you’ll really marry me?❞
❝yes, baby. a thousand times yes.❞ i thumbed away his tears. ❝why are you crying?❞
❝all i ever wanted was a family of my own.❞
❝oh, jussy.❞ i pulled him into a hug. ❝we are a family. married or not, you and me, we’re a family.❞
he sobbed and sniffled. ❝and squish.❞
❝yeah, baby. and squish too.❞

this. freaking. series. 😭

the missing pieces series will forever have my emotions in a chokehold, not even gonna lie. i don't care that dallas is almost supernaturally perfect. i don't care that nothing really happens (aside from the amnesia). and i surprisingly don't care about the lack of steam … you know why?

because the romance in this series is almost god-tier, imo. dallas and justin are soulmates, period. not even freaking amnesia could keep them apart. my king of naps and his hot mechanic are truly a favorite couple of mine.

A Series That Wraps You In A Hug!

This series is my top read of the year. It is absolute perfection. It makes you feel loved, and I swooned and smiled the whole freaking time reading this. A true example of love and commitment. A healthy relationship example and the power of found family. Just amazing! It’s sweet, sexy, and it’s all the little things that make this series epic.

Dallas Muller and Justin Keith share a love built on trust, healing, and quiet devotion. After four years together, they’ve built a life full of laughter, work, and unwavering support—until a devastating accident leaves Justin with no memory of Dallas or their relationship. In Book One, Dallas must navigate the heartbreak of loving someone who no longer remembers him, while Justin struggles to piece together a life that feels both familiar and foreign. Their bond is tested as Dallas hopes love alone can guide Justin back. Book Two follows their slow recovery, as Justin begins to rediscover the emotional and physical intimacy they once shared. Dallas, burdened by financial strain and emotional exhaustion, clings to every small victory, while Justin’s heart begins to remember what his mind cannot. In Book Three, life starts to settle into a new rhythm—until someone from Justin’s past reopens old wounds. As they confront the realities of living with a traumatic brain injury, Dallas and Justin must fight harder than ever to protect the love that once saved them both. This

This story was full of emotions and feelings as the two men coped with the implications of Justin's traumatic brain injury following the accident. I felt desperately sad for them both and especially Dallas who had to carry them both. It was a story of memory, resilience, and the kind of love that rebuilds what fate tries to tear apart. It did feel torturous at times but the result was worth it. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

“What I’m trying to say, Juss, is that love has its ups and downs. But you and me, we got this. We found each other years ago, and when the universe tried to pull us apart with the accident, we found each other again.”

no words. i cried so fucking hard for like half the book, especially at the beginning when everything was so hard for dallas and justin. ☹️ once justin started healing, i finally stopped blubbering and just enjoyed this beautiful story of resilience, hope, healing, and so much love.

dallas was literally perfect. like no words could describe how supportive and strong he was. he was the backbone and pillar of justin’s road to recovery. justin was so strong and sweet as well. i can’t imagine going through what he did and coming out a fighter. he never gave up. they never gave up on each other and it was beautiful.

i absolutely loved dallas and justin’s relationship. there’s nothing like it. the supporting characters, davo and sparra, were great too; thank goodness dallas and justin had them in their lives.

i cried again at the ending, but happy tears for how far they’ve come. 💓

Amazing

It was one of the most emotionally charged stories I've ever read. Justin and Dallas have been together for almost 5 years. On his way to a job, Justin is in a car accident and almost killed. He has broken bones in his arms and legs and a broken skull. Having a traumatic brain injury, Justin has retrograde amnesia. He does not remember the last 5 years of his life. He does not remember Dallas.

This is a story full of love and devotion. Perseverance in the face of the most horiffic circumstances.

As Justin fights to get himself back, Dallas fights to keep himself and Justin together.

Heartbreakingly sad, beautifully uplifting, perfectly romantic. This is a story of strength, courage, and love in the face of terrible odds.

An absolute must read.

4.5 stars. Really moving, romantic and wonderful collection of novellas. I do think this series of three novellas could have been either shortened a little bit to one 400 page book or been deeper in the exploration of both Dallas and Justin's feelings / experiences (and since it's really just one story, why publish it as three novellas?). Still, I've read it a few times now and still love it every time I read it.
