This practical book draws on various psychological methodologies to provide easy to follow steps to help deal with worry, anxiety and other issues. The book was broken up into logical components which made up the mind strength method. There were useful summaries provided as well as questions to allow for you to undertake the activities recommended. There were also comprehensive explanations that were relatable and easily understood. A really useful resource.

I was really not a fan of this book unfortunately.
I felt as though it was very repetitive throughout the whole book. The middle work book section about values genuinely didn’t make sense. There was so much clutter with so many different types of sections, headings, subheadings and case studies.
I think this book could be better for someone who wanted an introduction to anxiety, but definitely wasn’t for me.

I gave up about half way through. I found it boring , repetitive and a little bit patronising. Not for me.
