A very enjoyable read. Better than most rugby biographies as he concentrates on his personal life and the characters he has met along the way.

A good read of many stories of Wales 2008 - 2013
One of Wales top scrum halves with huge confidence / arrogance
At times reads more like a rock star biography (drink & women but no drugs)
Did feel that lawyer or just advisor had read through & said to admit your at fault & say the person is a good guy.
Unlike most rugby books no top players I played with & against which is fine but would be good to have an appendix on all games he played & points
Inspire of these points still well worth reading

I did enjoy reading this book as Mike Phillips was a fab rugby player and this was a firm favourite on my list. I was just disappointed that the approach was to big himself up so much and everyone else had issues. It was a good read though and ended on a good note. Mike will still remain a favourite rugby player though….

I enjoyed the book and the book is gripping. The book does jump around and doesn’t run in an order so can be confusing at times.
