I’m the pack alpha. She’s human. And my wolf is convinced she’s my mate…
Our pack’s enforcer has gone missing, and I’ve tracked his scent to his mate’s old hometown. In a town this small, it won’t take long to uncover them, but what I didn’t count on was Morgan.
I know instantly she’s my mate. It must be a joke. She’s human, and that’s unheard of in our world. But my wolf doesn’t care. I can see Morgan is special, and I’m not the only one.
When I find an unusual book in her apartment, I smell it straight away—the scent of another supernatural. She tells me a stranger visited the library and asked her to translate it. I’ve no idea what a supernatural would want with her, but my instincts are telling me this isn’t good.
I need to protect Morgan from danger while I find out the truth behind the ancient text. But first, I must convince her to trust me, which means revealing who and what I am. I just hope she’s got enough imagination to believe that the things you read about in books might actually be true…
Morgan walked down Main Street in Brightenville, knowing this had been the best decision she had ever made. It was a new start without judgment. As she walked along, everyone she met greeted her as she headed toward the library where she worked. But first, she had to grab breakfast at Brenda’s Bakery. As she and Ronnie, the children’s librarian, ate their scones, Ronnie told her she should sign up on a dating app to meet someone. But Morgan wanted to hold out for finding true love, The One, face-to-face like in the pages of her romance stories.
Morgan started processing the returned books as the rest of the library staff came in and greeted her. As Ronnie’s friend brought the kindergarten children in, Morgan saw a large, dark shadow behind the group. The giant looked totally out of place accompanying the children, well over 6 feet tall, bulging muscles, and leather motorcycle vest. Then she spotted the tiny baby in a sling held gently to his chest. This must be sweet, gentle Serene’s husband. Would Morgan ever find someone to love her like that?
Ben Sage was the Alpha of the pack and president of the Demon Hollowers Motorcycle Club, responsible for keeping his wolves in line. Tevin Novak had found his mate and had a child with her. They left the pack lands and Ben had to bring him back. Ben got a motel room and walked to town, trying to scent him. He stopped at a bakery for coffee and his wolf picked up Tevin’s scent across the street at a library! But when he walked inside, it was not Tevin’s scent he followed.
As soon as Ben saw Morgan, he knew she was his mate. Worse, though, she was a human. And he was pretty sure she had never been on a motorcycle in her life. His wolf was already going crazy for her. He was going to have to gain her trust and tell her who and what he was. And finding another supernatural showing interest in Morgan could put her in danger. Can he convince her to come with him? To be his? To trust him? Or will she run and put herself in danger from the Fae stalking her to get a book that’s in her possession?
This was an intriguing story with interesting characters. There are plenty of surprises along the way to keep the reader firmly drawn into the story. Grab your copy and find out all that is going on and whether Ben can keep Morgan safe.
Action packed, sexy, fun, engaging and emotional adventure filled with danger, suspense, and undeniable passion... an edge of your seat read from beginning to end and so hard to put down. Really enjoyed the characters I got to know on this journey.
This book picks up where the last left off, and I am every bit as enamored by this couple as I was the first. Fate was surely at work when these two met. How else could they just happen to be in the right place at the right time. I love how the author broadened the storyline and brought us a new bad guy to dislike. The intensity was high throughout and the lead-in to book three was fantastic! I can’t wait to read it!
The story was rolling along quite nicely until a different type of supernatural was introduced. I'm unsure I want to carry on reading the series now.
Lots of things were beginning to irritate me as they didn't make sense. I know it's ridiculous of me to say that some things didn't seem real when the story is reality suspended, but Morgan's real lack of reaction or questioning to what she is seeing seemed unreal. Ben, the alpha and Morgan's mate, ordered all wolves to respect her, yet one sentence brushed off the dissenters. Surely this would be dealt with. Also, if it was necessary for one human friend to be brought to the packlands in an emergency, why not Morgan's friend who would be in more danger, seeing as though Morgan is the catalyst and her friend could be the leverage needed.
It all sounds cryptic I know, but I don't wish to give any spoilers. All I am really saying is human reactions should at least seem realistic, especially in a supernatural environment. Having said all that, it was a decent read. I am just picky.
NOTE: The KU volume for book one actually contained the entire trilogy – not a single outing! Book one world-building, character guides and notes a major conflict to play out. Bookis3s two and three introduce/continue a common foe, conflict and expands the world as another element is introduced. This review posted on all three books. Possessive Alpha Wolf: Tevin & Serene – 2.75stars Tevin Novak was nearly feral when he found pack and shows his loyalty by never turning down a job. He doesn’t flinch when he gets the job is to eliminate schoolteacher Serene Duran but his wolf gets a whiff. The only blight on Serene’s life is her tiny town’s lack of romantic possibilities. She’s uncertain about a letter she receives but would rather think about Tevin, a sexy, new biker in town whose eyes are only for her. This outing had plot gaps, bland MC couple and poor pacing. Dominating Alpha Wolf: Ben & Morgan – Rating 3stars Alpha Ben is leery of human/shifter pairings is because of his past. In town he’s got a head of steam for Tevin but pulls up short after scenting librarian Morgan. Avid reader Morgan dreams of adventure and a love of her own but a lifetime of bullies has made her distrustful of men, surely Ben’s no different! Inexplicably, Morgan develops a new skill that makes her a target of the wolves primary enemy and leads to imprisonment. (Another bland pairing and poor pacing) Protective Alpha Wolf: Charles & Melanie – Rating 3stars With the pack alpha and enforcer protecting their human mates on the packlands, it’s up to beta Charles to go to town and determine how far the fae have infiltrated and retrieve Serene’s best friend, fellow schoolteacher, Melanie. Charles’ timing couldn’t be more perfect as he arrives at Melanie’s, the fae try to capture her. They barely escape as Charles realizes Melanie is his mate! This much too convenient trilogy conclusion features a third couple with no chemistry. Rating: 3.25stars
Dominating Alpha Wolf Demon Hollowers Motorcycle Club, Book 2 By: Skye Wilson, Lindsey Devin Narrated by: Allie Martina, Jack Calihan
This second book of the series picks up right after the first one ends, Tevin and Serene were living with the pack but just upped and left without saying a word, which for several reasons pisses off Ben the Club’s president. Ben goes out to find him and tracks him down in Serene’s former hometown, but they are not the only ones he finds there, he also finds his mate. After giving Tevin a hard time about having a human mate, I thought it was great and fitting for him to have one too and now he must decide what is more important, his mate or his M.C., as a leader he can delegate and find the balance to take care of both. Morgan is an innocent librarian, it surprised her that she attracted the attention of the good looking and intriguing newcomer in town. But she seems to get attention from others lately, strange others who start showing up in the library and she does not know what to think. Ben senses another power is in the area and he is not sure what they are and when they come close to his mate, he knows he must protect her. This second book of the series is just as captivating as the first, it was great to see Tevin and Serene again and their little Pax, it was also great to see Ben and Morgan’s relationship grow and I am looking forward to what comes next in the series. Skye Wilson, Lindsey Devin, thank you for another great story and the wild and fascinating ride.
🎧 📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Allie Martina and Jack Calihan’s wonderful performance continues as they bring these characters and their story to life. They give each character their own distinct sound making it easy to follow and tell who is who. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance and have you feeling every single one. These fabulously talented and versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.
H- Ben Sage h- Morgan Reign I have mixed feelings abt this book. I thought it was going to be great.. but felt short. It left me with more questions than answers. We have Morgan who is human working at the library. Ben the alpha looking for Tevin & Serene (his mate) so he can come back to the packlands. Instead of finding Tevin he finds Morgan his mate. I like Ben, I love how strong & protective he is. Morgan I felt she was a little weird & not strong at all specially for being the alpha’s mate. So we met her ex 2x in the book & was never mentioned again (why bring him out if the story will not include him 🤷🏽♀️?. So all of a sudden Morgan is able to read this “book” when nobody else can see it. Come to find out she is a fae that has some what powers but her only powers is “sight”. So the rest of the fae is looking for this book & the translation to make an army of fae to take over. That’s how this story ends… I just didn’t like it & I probably will not be reading the nxt one.
Hiya... so I read both the books in this series and the best I can say is, they filled a gap, they were okay. The editing and such were fine, and as others have said in reviews... the covers were gorgeous and the blurb was promising.
I found the books a little lacklustre - things just didn't fire the way I needed them to with it, but I enjoyed them and as I said, they filled a gap and a few hours reading. Not high literature, but worth a few hours.

A slow start that builds very well into an exciting and twisted plot . This is the first story in a series and has a slight cliff hanger at the end and you will really want to read the next as it is well written and has a great storyline . If you like shifter romances with strong and somewhat bull headed alphas who are brought under the spell of their equally strong mates this is perfect for you

This story series started off pretty good with wolf shifters being the only paranormal thing... But in this book the addition of Fae seems to be a bit too much... I am not against mixing in different paranormal beings but when it happens after the first book was very much excluding them it kinda feels not planned. I was not looking for a fairytale and this series has kinda went from wolf shifters to fairytale creatures and library types with bikers... Its kinda strange. I'm. Not sure if I will continue with the series.
Wow this series is getting better and better. What im liking so much is the fact that on one hand we have wolves finding their mates in a tiny village. Once they met their mates they just cant resist. And the second fact is that seen its not humans that are the problem it the others, in the form of the fae. I really liked Ben as the alpha and his wolf sounded like it was a really beautiful. As for Morgan she was brilliant. She had my dream job lol. Excitment, drama and suspence in these wonderful stories that you wont want to miss
This is the 2nd installment of the Demon Hollowers MC series. Each book focuses on a new couple and their story, each book has a bad boy alpha shifter and a sweet innocent woman who is their mate. These authors take a common shifter story and twist it into something wonderfully magical!! I absolutely love this series and I cannot wait to get my greedy hands on the next book in this amazing series!!!!

I loved reading this paranormal romance. I could not put it down. I cannot wait to read more of this series and more from this author. I was hooked into the story right from the start. I loved the characters and the storyline. I love wolves and their mates. This one is an Alpha and a human mate. Loved it!

XXX! Adult content, reader discretion advised. Less violence than the first book. More creepy. Stalkers are creepy! Morgan has some dangerous stalkers. Yes plural. Ben is not a fan, but tries to control himself. That doesn’t last long. Then throw in a few extra complications and a handful of Fae and you got yourself a powder keg. World development and character development was better in this book. Morgan was less annoying than Serene.
This is the second book in this series and the books seem to be following a similar pattern Wolf Shifter meets mate can't leave her alone she is human and is in mortal danger and the big bad wolf comes to her rescue. This book covers the Alpha Ben finding his mate in Morgan she ends up being hunted by the fae and discovers their secrets they aren't going to give up easily and we are left with questions of what happens next with these supernaturals.
The second book in the Demon Hollowers Motorcycle Club another good story in this series. This is librarian Morgan and Alpha werewolf ben's story of suspense, drama, danger, villains, and romance. I want to read the next book. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
They had me in the first half… but the back half was pretty nonsensical. Plot and relationship needed to be fleshed out and explained more. Like I feel like whole scenes were missing. This is supposed to be the main Pack Alpha Hero and he was… not that. I enjoyed the first one in the series but this book just didn’t hit right.
What could be more different than a wolf and a librarian? Not much but they are good together. Good book and good plot. Only thing it leaves you on a cliff hanger but the next book is out so see you there. I'm off to see what happens to Charles will he find his mate? I hope so
Book2, funny that Ben was so against Serene and Tevins relationship in the first book but now has found his mate, a human too. This book has more craziness mixed up in their love story. I enjoyed it enough to read the next book it the authors have put some inventive situations in it.
He's the Alpha and pres of the MC, he's come to town to wrangle his enforcer and mate back to pack lands but hits a little snag of his own. She's the head librarian and is trying to rebuild her life. These two meet and fireworks fly. He's trying to denying that she's his mate until he scents danger coming straight for her. Only question is why.
Well written character work and an engaging story line made this book entertaining from beginning to end. I can't wait for my next adventure with this author.

I really enjoyed this story. Great world building. Interesting storyline. I liked the characters. Pack alpha Ben especially held my attention and I found his wolf's attitude/personality amusing. A really good read and I recommend it. 4 stars.
Surprise mate with a mystery brewing. The librarian and the cool guy. Classic story with a far twist. This is the second book in a mystery that takes two books to complete.
A reasonable read which contains a small amount of supernatural time considering the book is about werewolves. This book has no particular ending and could just go on to another chapter. A bit weird but I will see where it goes
I couldn’t put this book down. The characters were great and the storyline was wonderful. The chemistry was a sizzler. They were both scared to love again. But who wouldn’t love a wolf shifter.
So far a great read, I read it in one sitting 🪑. I found the story line was very different to what I have read before. I would definitely recommend this book 📚
