After spending several years in Singapore leading the international business for a leading US battery manufacturer, he founded Terrafirma Strategy in 2019, a niche advisory practice focused on strategic planning, international growth, and acquisition due diligence. His approach to strategy blends the rigor of management consulting with deep hands-on international business management experience. Mat received an MBA with Honors from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University.
