I found Firework Humans: Spark A Growth Mindset. Ignite 9 Entrepreneurial Instincts. Fuel Courage, Curiosity, Confidence, & Conviction by Jessica Mead the greatest guide at both, personal and professional level. Sometimes as a teacher and also as a human being, I feel the need of a little sparkle. Some days are better than others, and it is in those worse days that I stick to the tools learned in this book.
Jessica Mead shares her knowledge in a fantastic way. Her work is divided into nine chapters and each of them describes the Nine Entrepreneurial Instincts.
The language used was perfectly chosen and the main idea of the author can be easily understood. Descriptions and steps are clearly explained. I found it quite interesting and read it as soon as I got it. While reading, some friend of mine came to my mind, so I've already recommended it. I will continue recommending Jessica's work for sure as there was a long time since I last read a book this good.

Firework Humans: Spark A Growth Mindset. Ignite 9 Entrepreneurial Instincts. Fuel Courage, Curiosity, Confidence, & Conviction by Jessica Mead is a must-read if you need a little inspiration. The author believes that all of us have an entrepreneurial spirit, we just need to unleash it. Mead proposes four components central to the entrepreneurial mindset: a Mindset Development Process, The Need to Create Value Where There Was None Before, The Ability to Put Resources Together in Unusual Ways, and finally, The Consistent Search for Opportunity. The author believes we all have this spark inside of us to be creative and use our own life experiences for our betterment. Learning how to harness the power of your spark is what it takes to create the life you want, whether in business or your personal life. This is a hugely positive book with a powerful message and one that you will want to dive into. Highly recommend.

I have always believed in life that one's mindset is their path to success, this is exactly what is illustrated in detailed by Jessica Mead in her phenomenal book "Firework Humans". She has encapsulated all her experiences as a founder, CEO, Investor, and a home school mom to bring forth a guidance for anyone who wants to develop their ideas into success. She shares real life experiences to explain different circumstances which is a source of motivation. She demonstrates with ease that we all possess entrepreneurial instincts and they are chronicled distinctly in each chapter.
Through this book Jessica guides expertly to chart a child's success for a bright future and healthy habits through with more engaging and enjoyable mechanism and less force for both parents and child. This book has changed my perspective on life and has become a beacon for guidance. I highly recommend this book to everyone to incorporate positive changes in life.

A helpful guide and advice giver!

I find that, at certain times in my life, I need confirmation or affirmation that I am going in the direction I am supposed to be going. When I came across this book, I was in one of those little slumps of mine which included my children this time. As a mother, I am accustomed to putting my children’s needs above my own (though that is not always a good way of going about things). The author makes many good points in their 9 Entrepreneurial Instincts, some of which I find I am developing (or realizing I already possess). Chapter seventeen even talks about understanding different ways of learning. I was excited about this because I taught at an elementary school where I realized not everyone learns the same way. Even me! I fell in the love with this book, and know it has helped me already. I can only imagine what it might do for others, and so, I recommend this book to anyone!

As an entrepreneur and parent, I loved reading this amazing book, filled with great advice from author Jessica Mead, Founder, CEO, Investor, and Home-school Mom.

In this great book, she focuses on how to spark entrepreneurial instincts in employees and children. She also presents the Nine Entrepreneurial Instincts, that she believes every human possesses and she guides us through the process of developing these instincts into behavioural traits.

I believe this is a guide that could help chart a child’s path with less stress and more optimization for healthy habits and future success.

This book is definitely a must read for any parent that wants their children to grow with that spark that sets them apart from the rest and makes them special. I highly recommend reading this great book!

Spark creativity and motivation

This one has a catchy title, but the information contained within did more than just resonate with me. This is a book that is designed and recommended for anyone who wants to see the change in their life while offering ways to spark creativity and motivation. Whether in a personal or professional setting, this is a great motivational jump that is needed for staying on top of all the day-to-day necessities and making the best of the life you have. This is a relatively short read, one that can be completed in a single sitting, but leaves readers with a mindset that they can achieve their dreams if they work hard and stay dedicated. I would recommend this one specifically to everyone who works with children as it offers information that could help readers to implement positivity and healthy habits into their lives as well.

Apart from being an investor, CEO and founder, author Jessica Mead is a home-school mom, enough reasons to believe she is authorised to give readers advice on how to spark entrepreneurial instincts in employees and children. Being an entrepreneur and a parent may sometimes seem to be two things which may not relate to each other. However, she is able to combine these two different worlds, show readers why they go hand in hand and offer a powerful perspective on them.
She presents us with Nine Entrepreneurial instincts and she highlights that everyone of us have and can develop them.
The book is intended for parents, but also for teachers or people who work in a manager position and deal with and handle people as part of their job. An excellent guide which deserves 4 stars.

Jesse and I are old friends from way back when. I know for a fact that this book is filled with multiple lies and it is truly sad to see how it has come into form in this book. There may be some inspirational words in here but a lot of it comes from fictional stories. I am just here to inform but it is up to your freewill as to what you want to believe. Who said that it is impossible? In "Firework Humans: Spark A Growth Mindset," author Jessica Mead offers a powerful and hopeful perspective on parenting, running a business, and extending life. In addition, she postulates and presents Nine Entrepreneurial Instincts that she believes every human being possesses to achieve their dreams.
I love reading books like this one, I think they are sources of inspiration. One of the things to highlight is the reflection it has at the end of each chapter. The reading was quick; although this book has about 130 pages, its content is valuable. Personally, this book left me with many teachings and I hope to read more books by this author.

Jessica Mead brings an insightful and unique perspective to the issues of entrepreneurship and addressing the learning needs of children. Her writing style is very personable and with the insights into her own life you feel as though you really know her through the pages of this book. I felt she saved her best advice for last when she stated, “Don’t wait for perfect and polished. Start creating explosions in all areas of your life. Start making every day count.” Now that’s how to live a truly effective life!

If there is one thing that humans thrive on, encouragement would be a hard contender for first place. Feeling valued and appreciated can do wonders to inspire confidence and success, which is the basis of Jessica Mead’s Firework Humans. Breaking down her method of encouraging and helping employees find their best selves, she presents her approach in a series of descriptions and reflection exercises.
The book is well organized and easy to read, with definitions and terms well outlined. The only thing I found to take away from the good material contained in the book was the syntax and extremely casual language. It made her very good ideas seem a little less credible, but not to such an extent as to demerit the total good content of the book.
I feel it would be a useful read for anyone who works with people on a daily basis, teachers, managers, even parents, etc., and the ideas presented are ones which everyone can apply to themselves personally as well.

I was excited to read Firework Humans: Spark A Growth Mindset by Jessica Mead when I read the book description. The author has the passion, fire, and vision I want to grow in my life. The author has a creative and inspiring way of thinking, but her writing style is organized and reflexive. As she goes through the nine entrepreneurial instincts, you will find some you are already doing well, but she pushes you to grow. I was impressed with areas I needed for growth. I love that I can apply this to my homeschooling as well as business.

I found Firework Humans a well-written and strategic book. Jessica Mead is one of those women who steps up and flourishes when others fade into the background. I love her drive and desire to help those of us who need a little push in the right direction. The power of Language was my favorite chapter.
