Dating Season #5-6

Dating Season Bundle 3

Rate this book
It’s time for spring cleaning, but I’m not ready to toss Logan yet…

Out with the old, in with the new… a new me, that is. Now that Charlotte’s married, I, too, have decided to be mature. So Logan isn’t Austin--that’s okay. Better than okay. That’s what I’d wanted all along, someone just as kind and loving and--okay, smoking hot--as my roommate. But a kind, loving, smoking hot someone who likes me back.

Logan has basically been all my dreams come true.

If I could stop stressing about work for five whole minutes to appreciate it, I’m sure I would be really happy. Thank God I have Austin to keep me grounded. Literally, because he makes me garden with him now. And maybe it’s just the stress talking, but it kind of seems like he wants to put down roots too. How come no one told me maturity would be this complicated?

My dating season has come to a close, and I’m ready for a Hot Boyfriend Summer…

Almost every single thing in my life has changed over the past year.

New job.

New me.

New knowledge.

Ah, to be young again, with the wisdom I have gained over a year’s worth of dating-as-a-competitive-sport.

If only I’d had just about an inch more before I made my commitment…

The final two books in the laugh-out-loud Dating Season series together in one bundle. Includes Spring Fever and Summer Lovin.

Spring Fever
Chloe is really moving on with her life, has gotten closure on her one-time crush on Austin. Then Charlotte's wedding happens and things are upside down. Oh, she's still seeing Logan, hot, sweet Logan, but they haven't defined things, and now Austin's acting, uh, weird. Chloe's got a few decisions to make about her life, and what's best, who's best, for her. All she knows for sure is that she actually has matured a lot since she started dating to get over Austin, so she's going to think long and hard before making those decisions. Only time will tell who she decides is the man for her, and what she wants to do with her life.

I love Chloe! She's grown a lot over the course of the series, and she's finally making decisions not based on impulse. I'm not sure who she'll choose, and won't say, but I will say that maybe the one I picked at the beginning of the series is perhaps not my choice any longer. Whoever Chloe does choose, I know he'll be the right one, because she's got her head (and heart) on straight now. Both guys are great guys and whoever loses I hope will get his own story - I'd read it in a heartbeat.

Summer Lovin
Chloe (and her relationships) have come so far by the time Summer Lovin rolls around. Because she's matured so much, she knows she has to let down the guy she didn't choose in person, rather than on the phone. So that means upsetting the one she did choose, but she's doing things the mature way now. But...she is Chloe, so she's doing it with shenanigans, anxiety and humor, signature Chloe which had me laughing, and sniffling a little as I read and applauded at how much she had grown over the past months.

I still won't spoil in case people haven't started reading the series, but I am really happy with how this all worked out. Chloe is the star of this series, definitely, and I love her. She's one of my favorite book heroines this year because she's absolutely adorable, has a huge heart, and she just goes along making me (and those around her) laugh, being sweet, living her life and taking care of the ones she loves, especially her ride or die bestie, Charlotte, who is in rare form in this conclusion. This whole series has been one big ball of laughs, with lots of heat, some of the hottest moments here in Summer Lovin, and tons of heart. If I could have one wish for this series, it would be for it to continue, for Laurelin and Kayti to give us all more Chloe and her man, her friends, including the ones she made throughout the series, and her beloved Grandma. I'm going to so miss all of them!

Loved 😍 Loved the Final Book 📖#6

What characters Laurelin Paige and Kayti McGee developed for this series. I enjoyed Chloe growing up and I loved the fact that Chloe during her Dating Season has developed a group of friends for life, at least that's how the authors wrote it. I believe it can happen because I have more male friends than women not because I haven't tried but sometimes it's just what happens. I loved Logan and I had hope for this relationship. I loved the fact that when all hope is gone you see that light 🕯️shines through and there is hope again. I liked what happened with Lucy and Finn. I didn't like Lucy's personality at first but she grew on me. This to me could have been the final two episodes of a Rom-com. I think there was left open the possibility of another series or a duet or a Novella. I will say this one final time, I Loved this Bundle three of the series the Dating Season. Great 👍 Read, if you want an easy reading book 📚 📖.

After absolutely loving the first two bundle volumes of this, I’m shocked to find myself disappointed in this one. Especially the last episode—it kinda made me want to hurl.

Here’s my problem with this. I feel like the authors turned Logan self-absorbed for the purpose of justifying the story going in favor of Austin, but I swear Logan wasn’t that self-absorbed before. And somehow Austin is Mr. Perfect Man, yet he and Chloe still seem completely unable to have an honest and up-front conversation about anything between the two of them! Yet this is somehow the la-la-magic relationship of her dreams and we’re all supposed to be so happy for her and maybe even jealous? If they were real people, I don’t see it lasting a year.

I don't normally write spoiler-filled reviews but I've got a bone to pick (not really).

I didn't want it to be him!
I wanted to Chole to have finally found her person and it totally seemed like she did. And it was all ruined.

I absolutely love this. It was sweet, funny and heartwarming to watch Chole find herself through the seasons of dating. She even made amazing friends along the way too.

But now it seems like all of it was for nothing. Like we took the long way around to end up in the same exact spot. 😞

But my beef is with Chole as a heroine, not the lovely authors because this entire series was amazing from start to finish even though I wanted to shake some sense in to Chole 🤣

Such a great story!

I love that this is a really lifetime scenario! The life of Chloe is so close to his a normal woman feels going through life trying to find place! Even with all that going on, I laughed so much. I could totally identify with some o of the things she went through! I recommend reading these books. They'll make you laugh, cry, and just dive you a sense of "I get it"!

THE B E S T friends-to-lovers I have EVER read. And I am not especially a fan of this trope, more like the opposite, usually enemies-to-lovers gives me the thrill, but this book series was epic. Hilarious and swoony with a little bit of sadness and a lot of heat. Perfect recipe for a romance novel. Also, food and cooking has never before made me blush so much.

This was a really cute wrap up, and I like that the characters were acknowledging that the FMC could like both men at once and that maybe maybe a safe choice is just both the right choice and safe rather than settling but also being introspective enough to want to actually evaluate the risks. I'm glad with the job resolution in general but also for how it was explained.

stick with this series

Dating Season few on me. I didn’t enjoy the first bundle at all. As I continued to read each bundle, Dating Season and Chloe grew on me. I loved Dating Season Bundle 3 and the way it ended. My only regrets is that there is not more to Chloe and Austin’s story.

Love In The Adult World

Chloe is still looking for forever in the last two stories in this series. She is also, still in love with Austin. She is also trying to be an adult.

I have loved every minute of these stories. Wonderful characters, and so much humour. I would love to have these people as friends. What a terrific read.

Spring Fever (Dating Season #5)
Chloe's hilarious dating adventures change when she tries to be a selfless friend, comforting Austin after the stunning news he revealed in the last episode. But as she is trying to keep his mind off of his troubles, she feels like he might be flirting with her. Can she risk her heart taking a chance with her roommate and crush, especially if Lucy wins him back? What about sweet Logan? She also finds herself being the adult when Charlotte faces a new challenge as well. This year of self growth is making Chloe happier, and more confident. Now the biggest challenge yet happens when an unexpected dream opportunity presents itself. How will she know what to do, when it will turn her whole life upside down? Chloe continues to grow stronger and more responsible in this hilarious, heartfelt, and sizzling series. I love how Chloe is still quirky, loyal and supportive, and her inner thoughts are the best! I just can't get enough of Chloe's laugh-out-loud, dating adventures, and I can't wait to find out what she will do next in Summer Lovin!

Summer Lovin (Dating Season #6)
What a perfect conclusion to this amazing and completely addictive series! We have followed Chloe over six hilarious dating seasons while she learned to be a better person, and maybe find love along the way. In this sixth and final season, Chloe finally has everything she has ever wanted. She is feeling more confident in herself, is starting a business she loves, has good friends who are there for her, and a new exciting relationship with Austin. But when life has always found a way to let you down, Chloe tries to set up a plan B. What happens when that plan undermines what she and Austin are trying to build? Could it rip them apart before they ever really begin? I absolutely loved everything about this journey with Chloe. It's been a bumpy ride at times, but also an excellent and ultimately warm series that lets us see Chloe at her most relatable and charming self. She is still quirky, loyal and supportive, and I love how her hilarious inner thoughts now help her stop her mistakes before they set her back. I also love all the hilarious and quirky friends she has found along the way, to add to her best friends Austin and Charlotte. The Dating Season series was so hilarious, heartfelt, and sizzling hot, and I had a blast reading it!

I have mixed feeling towards the last book only because I don't want it to end. This series has been hilariously funny as well as some strong Emotional times. Chloe has been on a ride of dating trying to get over Austin her best friend. He has now broken up with long time girlfriend and told her how he feels about her. The problem is she is in a good place with Logan who is so sweet, caring loving and romantic with her. He has shown her how a good relationship can be. It is now time for her to choose but she is not trusting her gut and keeps making up backup plans. She has to let one of them go. Who will she choose. This series is an absolute must to read it will give you all the smiles and butterflies and you will get an HEA in the End.

Dating Season is Chloe's story of her dating life. She's trying to get over her crush on her friend, Austin. To do that, her best friend, Charlotte, signs her up on an online dating site. Spring Fever continues with her time with Logan and a surprise announcement that I was so excited to read! Summer Lovin was the perfect ending. She's finally admitted her feelings to Austin and he has felt the same. Loved it!

I hated that this was the last one I wanted more. This series has been hilariously funny as well as some strong Emotional times. We have been with Chloe through all of her relationships and we have felt the emotions right along with her. I think the author ended it perfectly. Who she ends up with is her perfect match. You wanna find out who she ends with? Who will it be Logan or Austin we hurry go grab this book and find out.
