Elle Adams lives in the middle of England, where she spends most of her time reading an ever-growing mountain of books, planning her next adventure, or writing. Elle's books are humorous mysteries with a paranormal twist and tons of magical mayhem.
She also writes urban and contemporary fantasy novels as Emma L. Adams.
This is the 2nd box set I've read. I'm not one to tead book after book of the same series. I get bored and have to sneak in something else before I can move on. Not this series. They are really delightful cozies! Aurora is a human, raised normal, but discovered she was really magical. After her father's death and a run in with vampires, she went to live with her aunt's and cousins in their magical library. She seems to have a knack for coming across dead bodies and then works on finding the guilty one.
From love spells gone wrong to murder this set of books kept me entertained. Rory and Xavier are getting very serious. The Grim Reaper is not Willingham from dating and Laney comes for a visit to the library. Lots of drama and Aunt Candace is usually in the middle of it all.
FANTASTIC BOX SET. Boy I love this series, set in an enormous magical library, a mystery journal written in code by a dead father, A grim reaper and his apprentice, a cranky witch relative and some loving aunts thrown in, there is just so much to interest me and you too I think. I have the audible set and enjoy the narration. RECOMMENDED CLEAN PARANORMAL BOOK HEAVEN.
I really enjoyed this series of books. Rory is very relatable. I like how the author slowly develops the characters, and not always in predictable ways. This definitely would make a list of my favorite books. Murder, mystery, romance, paranormal , magic and the antics of family and friends. Great read for young adults and adults.
If you have read any of my previous reviews you know I don’t say anything about the plot or plots. I do enjoy the characters they’re amazing. So joining our cast of characters is a pixie and a newly turned vampire. Our Heroine and her family should love to pick up strays.
This box book set gives the reader books 4-6 in The Library Witch Mystery series. The books are a fun read, with book 6 giving the reader the most twists and turns. I'm looking forward to reading the next book set and seeing what mischief Rory and the gang get into next.
