Great insight

I really enjoyed the information in this book and found it helpful. I appreciate the authors personal story in the beginning. It helps to know where he is coming from. The different types of psychic abilities were well explained and useful tips were given for improving your natural abilities. I am motivated now to do more journaling and keeping up with my dreams and gut feelings.

Loved this book. Great exercises and plenty of information easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this book for beginners.
