The recipes themselves are okay - best for beginners. Recipes aren’t too complicated, but that also means there is plenty of room for improvement in adding spices / other ingredients to add warmth or hearty value to the meals. However, some recipes (actually every one I’ve tried so far) have poor instructions. For example, the recipe will list ingredients in one order, and then list the same ingredients but in a different order during the cooking. A small, but significant factor, that may lead beginners to miss items. Some recipes use incorrect words (pepper when none is present) or with misspelled instructions / ingredients. For someone who is used to reading or adjusting recipes, there are some good ideas in here. My only concern is quantity was valued over quality here. There are better options online for free than I found in here.
