This whole book is on Fire!

Hearing the story was reverse harem, I expected some hot sexy scenes. What I got was a wonderfully written, touching story of friendship, love, inclusion and acceptance. Well, that and love scenes hot enough to melt your panties.
The story has a good plot, progresses well and wraps up nicely. V.J. has a way of writing that makes you forget where you are, pulling you into the story.
I loved her characters. Her women are strong hut feminine, her men masculine but aware of others.
I've read a lot of the authors other work, and this didn't disappoint. In fact, it made me hungry for more!

I received this book free in exchange for an honest review. My word is my bond.

DNF AT 41 %

I was planning to DNF from the beginning but I pushed through until I couldnt do it anymore. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO READ A BOOK THAT MADE ME SO MAD.
Way tooo insta love for me. Like the relationship had no flow and I just couldnt connect with any of the characters. Everything just mashed together. I liked the FMC but there was nothing special about any of the characters honestly. I love multi povs but we mostly got povs from Ari and Riah which annoyed me. Seriously don't write RH if you're only gana focus on one male character and Ari annoyed me so many times like dude is selfish AF. And all of them are followers, Ari says cut her off and they all did. Like what?! His reasons are just so dumb too and made no sense like it wouldnt hurt him to communicate to her or make an exception. Not to mention this happened after all the insta love and empty words and promises which made me angry. Atleast if it was enemies to lovers I would have been okay with that but noooo. God worst MMCs ever. The hypocrisy is real. What made finslly DNF the book was when Riah forgave thrm too fast and they had X!!!! Like come on.
Other things I didnt like in this Book:
I needed more build up and a little bit of Angst. I love mm but it was barely there in this book and more like a background thought. I needed more povs from the guys so I can connect with them but there was barely any from the guys except Ari which frustrated me to no end. Also I found the plot to be boring. I would have ignored the lackluster relationship in this story if the plot was good but it wasn't. I also got confused about alot of what's going on. The flow of the book was confusing and sometimes you jump from one sentence to another without any sort of flow. There was one thing I liked which is the X scenes; they were good. This is my first book from this author and I will not read any more work from this author cause she's not for me.
